Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel przeznaczony zwlaszcza do wyposazenia pomieszczen biurowych. Znane sa fotele majace stelaz, siedzisko, oparcie i podlokietniki, stojace na wieloramiennych podstawach, wyposazone w amortyzator i kólka jezdne. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac fotela przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wszystkie odmiany fotela wedlug wzoru osadzone obrotowo na wieloramiennej podstawie maja metalowy stelaz, czworokatne wyscielane i tapicerowane siedzisko oraz czworokatne wyscielane i tapicerowane oparcie. Fotel w odmianie drugiej i trzeciej ma podlokietniki, przy czym w odmianie drugiej podlokietniki maja otwarta konstrukcje pretowa, a w odmianie trzeciej konstrukcje zamknieta. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony w trzech odmianach w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym skladajacym sie z rysunku i fotografii. Odmiana pierwsza pokazana na rysunku fig. 1 i 2 przedstawia fotel obrotowy osadzony na wieloramiennej podstawie. Fig.l przedstawia fotel w ukosnym widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 w ukosnym widoku z tylu.Odmiana druga pokazana na rysunku fig.3 i 4 i fotografiach fig.7 i 8 przedstawia fotel obrotowy z podlokietnikami o konstrukcji pretowej, osadzony na wieloramiennej podstawie. Fig. 3 i 7 pokazuje fotel w ukosnym widoku z przodu, a fig. 4 i 8 w ukosnym widoku z tylu. Odmiana trzecia pokazana na rysunku fig. 5 i 6 i fotografiach fig. 9 i 10 przedstawia fotel obrotowy z podlokietnikami o konstrukcji zamknietej, osadzony na wieloramiennej podstawie. Oparcie ma wyraznie zaznaczone krawedzie wykonczone szwem, a jego grubosc jest najwieksza w srodku wysokosci i zmniejsza sie ku górze i ku dolowi. Druga i trzecia odmiana fotela ma podlokietniki. Podlokietniki w odmianie drugiej wyposazane sa we wsporniki wykonane z dwóch pretów mocowanych pod siedziskiem, wspierajacych oparcia podlokietników. Oparcia wykonane sa w ksztalcie wydluzonych i zaokraglonych czworokatów, których dluzsze boki biegna wzdluz krawedzi bocznych siedziska. Podlokietniki w odmianie trzeciej osadzone sa na plaskich wspornikach w ksztalcie litery „L". Known armchairs include a frame, seat, backrest, and armrests, resting on multi-arm bases, equipped with a shock absorber, and casters. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the armchair, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. All armchair variations based on the design, swivel-mounted on a multi-arm base, feature a metal frame, a quadrangular, padded, and upholstered seat, and a quadrangular, padded, and upholstered backrest. The armchair in the second and third variations has armrests, with the second having an open bar structure, and the third having a closed structure. The design is shown in three variations in the attached illustrative material, consisting of a drawing and a photograph. The first variant shown in figures 1 and 2 shows a swivel armchair mounted on a multi-star base. Fig. 1 shows the armchair in an oblique front view, and fig. 2 in an oblique rear view. The second variant shown in figures 3 and 4 and photographs figs. 7 and 8 shows a swivel armchair with bar-shaped armrests mounted on a multi-star base. Figs. 3 and 7 show the armchair in an oblique front view, and figs. 4 and 8 in an oblique rear view. The third variant shown in figures 5 and 6 and photographs figs. 9 and 10 shows a swivel armchair with closed-structure armrests mounted on a multi-star base. Figs. 5 and 9 show the armchair in an oblique front view, and figs. 6 and 10 in an oblique rear view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: All three variations of the armchair, swivel-mounted on a multi-arm base, feature a metal frame supporting a quadrangular, padded, and upholstered seat, rounded at the front and back, with sharpened upper edges, and a quadrangular, padded, and upholstered backrest, bent at mid-height and curved back. The backrest has distinctly defined, stitched edges, and its thickness is greatest at mid-height and decreases towards the top and bottom. The second and third variations of the armchair have armrests. The armrests in the second variation are equipped with supports made of two rods mounted under the seat, supporting the armrests. The backrests are shaped like elongated, rounded quadrangles, the longer sides of which run along the side edges of the seat. The armrests in the third variant are mounted on flat L-shaped supports. The armrest mounting part has the shape of a trapezoid widening upwards, while its backrest is an elongated, slightly rounded quadrangle, the longer sides of which run along the side edges of the seat.
