Fotel Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dni a 9.06.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest fotel. Nowa postac fotela przejawia sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig.l przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu, a Fig.2 fotel w widoku perspektywi- cznym z tylu. Fotel wedlug wzoru posiada konstrukcje nosna w postaci kosza wykonanego z ele- mentów rurowych, w którym umieszczony jest wklad tapicerski. Konstrukcja nosna posiada u góry trój boczna, gruba porecz w ksztalcie prostokata otwartego, której obydwa konce w czesci przedniej sa zagiete u góry ukosnie do wew- natrz, a nastepnie sa zagiete w dól, tworzac nogi przednie fotela, które w czesci dolnej sa polaczone ze soba cienkim elementem rurowym. Z tylu konstrukcji nosnej znajduja cien- kie elementy rurowe, polaczone pionowo z porecza, które sa zgiete w srodkowej czesci do wewnatrz, a pod spodem znajduja walcowe nózki. Z boku konstrukcji nosnej znajduja sie proste, cienkie elementy rurowe, polaczone pionowo z porecza.Wklad tapicerski utworzony jest przez poduche siedziska w ksztalcie prostopadlos- cianu, poduche oparcia w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu oraz podlokietniki w ksztalcie pro- stopadloscianów. PL PL PLThe design registration right is valid from June 9, 2000. The design is an armchair. The new form of the armchair is evident in its shape and line arrangement. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the armchair from a perspective view from the rear. The armchair, as modeled, has a supporting structure in the form of a basket made of tubular elements, within which the upholstery insert is placed. The supporting structure has a three-sided, thick armrest in the shape of an open rectangle at the top, the two ends of which are bent diagonally inward at the top in the front section and then bent downward, creating the front legs of the armchair, which are connected at the bottom by a thin tubular element. At the back of the support structure are thin tubular elements connected vertically to the armrests, which are bent inward in the middle, and underneath are cylindrical legs. At the side of the support structure are straight, thin tubular elements connected vertically to the armrests. The upholstery is composed of a cuboid seat cushion, a cuboid backrest cushion, and cuboid armrests. PL PL PL

Protection claim An armchair with identical sides, characterized in that it has a supporting structure in the form of a basket made of tubular elements in which an upholstery insert is placed, wherein the supporting structure has at the top a three-sided, thick armrest in the shape of an open rectangle, both ends of which in the front part are bent at the top diagonally inwards and then bent downwards, creating front legs which in the lower part are connected to each other by a thin tubular element, and at the back of the supporting structure there are thin tubular elements, connected vertically to the armrest, which are bent in the middle part to the inside of the basket, and underneath there are cylindrical legs, furthermore, on the side of the supporting structure there are straight, thin tubular elements, connected vertically to the armrest, while the upholstery insert is formed by a cuboid seat cushion, a cuboid backrest cushion and cuboid armrests, as shown in the attached photographs: Fig.
