Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych wyrobów oraz kompozycja kolorystyczna zestawu stylowych mebli tapicerowanych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym meble w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i takt fig. 1 - przedstawia fotel, fig. 2 - kanape trzyosobowa. Krawedzie boczne poduchy tylnego oparcia i poduch bocznych oparc obszyte sa kiederem, tworzac z obu stron, w jednym ciagu, liniowe walcowe obszycie, jak na fig. 1 materialu ilustracyjnego. Do zestawu stylowych mebli nalezy równiez kanapa trzyosobowa, która zawiera siedzisko i tylne oparcie o potrójnej szerokosci siedziska i tylnego oparcia fotela. Poducha tylnego oparcia stanowi jednolita powierzchnie z potrójnie rozmieszczonymi na calej szerokosci powierzchniami eliptycznymi oraz pomarszczeniami, zas poducha siedziska sklada sie z trzech oddzielnychsegmentów poduch, miedzy którymi znajduja sie dwie szczelinowe przerwy oddzielajace poszczególne segmenty. Cokól oparty jest na trzech przednich pierscieniowych stopkach, a na zewnetrznej powierzchni jego przedniej plyty uksztaltowane sa podwójne rowkowe wglebienia, tworzace stylizacje trzygrzbietowej fali, jak na fig. 2 materialu ilustracyjnego. The set of stylish upholstered furniture according to the ornamental design includes, as a modular unit, an armchair with a wooden supporting structure made of a lower floor board, with circular front corner projections, to which front ring feet are attached from the bottom via parallel-edge corner spacer plates. On the upper surfaces of the circular front corner projections, front corner vertical support elements are mounted, having the shape of cuboids with an arc-shaped bulge on the outer side, passing from a recess to an oval in the upper part, connecting radially on both sides with slatted angular armrests, and at their other ends, they contact rear corner vertical support elements, having radial upper edges and an angular inclination on the outer side, imparting an angular inclination to the rear backrest. Between the vertical corner support elements, on the upper side of the lower floor panel, there is a plinth composed of a front panel and side panels with a wavy upper edge, sloping towards the rear. Their outer surface features double grooved recesses parallel to the upper edge and a contoured, fanciful, closed figure. The outer surface of the front plinth panel features double grooved recesses in a triangular shape with an arched apex in the center and angular arms extending upward from the lower base, creating a characteristic triangular decorative element. The surfaces of the vertical corner support elements feature grooved recesses parallel to the side edges, with additional decorative elements located on the front surfaces of the vertical corner support elements. A seat cushion with an arched front surface and quilting in the center section is set around it, its side edges meeting the side backrest cushions, which are placed on slatted, angled armrests and have an arc-shaped outer surface characteristic of surface overhangs. The side backrest cushions flow smoothly into the plane of the rear backrest, whose surface, in the center, features elliptical stitching with recesses along the linear edge of the stitching and very dense vertical pleats in the fabric of the elliptical surface, and less dense pleats in the fabric of the rear backrest above and across the width of the elliptical pleat. The side edges of the backrest cushion and the side armrest cushions are trimmed with a runner, creating a linear cylindrical hem on both sides, as shown in Figure 1 of the illustration. The stylish furniture set also includes a three-seater sofa, which includes a seat and backrest that are three times the width of the seat and backrest. The backrest cushion is a uniform surface with three elliptical surfaces and creases distributed across its entire width, while the seat cushion consists of three separate cushion segments, with two slotted gaps separating the individual segments.
