Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zestawu wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych przejawiajaca sie w ich przestrzennym uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw w widoku perspektywicznym. Zestaw wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych, skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej, majacych cokoly, siedziska, podlokietniki i oparcia tylne, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pionowe scianki podlokietników kazdego mebla zestawu maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu w czesci górnej zakonczonego wzdluznie usytuowanym walkiem wystajacym do 1/3 swojej srednicy poza zewnetrzna plaszczyzne scianki, zas obszyta kiedra szatoza przymocowana jest do czola kazdej scianki podlokietnika tak, ze jej zewnetrzna krawedz w dolnej czesci pokrywa sie z zewnetrzna krawedzia tej scianki, a wystajaca spod niej, widoczna czesc prawej scianki podlokietnika ma ksztalt litery „P" utworzony z marginesu o szerokosci w przyblizeniu równej szerokosci cokolu, natomiast widoczna czesc lewej scianki ma ksztalt lustrzanego odbicia tej litery. The subject of the industrial design is a set of upholstered leisure furniture consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a set of leisure upholstered furniture, which is reflected in their spatial shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the accompanying illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the assembly in a perspective view. A set of upholstered seating furniture, consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa, with plinths, seats, armrests and rear backrests, according to the industrial pattern, it is characterized by the fact that the vertical walls of the armrests of each piece of furniture have the shape of a cuboid in the upper part ending along a cylinder protruding up to 1/3 of its diameter beyond the outer plane of the wall, while the hemmed robe is attached to the forehead of each armrest wall so that its outer edge in the lower part coincides with the outer edge of this wall, and the visible part of the right corner protruding from underneath it it has the shape of the letter "P" made of a margin approximately equal to the width of the plinth, while the visible part of the left wall has the shape of a mirror image of this letter. In addition, in the set according to the pattern, removable, double-sided seat cushions and the backrest are rectangular in shape. The legs with sewn-in bodice, and the sides of the seat cushions and the sides of the plinths have extensions covering the entire armrest walls, while the sides of the backrest cushions and the sides of the rear backrests have extensions partially covering the armrests from the top. The front plane of the seat cushions slightly protrudes in front of the plinths, and the upper edge of the back cushions protrudes above the backrest structure. The armchair has one cushioned seat and one cushioned backrest, each with a double-sided, side extension, a two-seater sofa - two seat cushions and two back cushions, each with a one-sided extension from the armrest side, and additionally two envelope cushions, and a three-seater sofa - two seat cushions, each with a one-sided extension on the armrest side, a separated middle cushion and two back cushions, each with a one-sided extension on the armrest side, a separated center cushion, and additionally two envelope cushions. To the plinth of each piece of furniture in the set, around the entire perimeter, a curtain with inserts at the corners of the furniture and at the extension of the contact line of the seat cushions and a length such that it covers the furniture leg, as shown in Fig. 1 of the illustration material is attached.
