Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zestawu wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych przejawiajaca sie w ich przestrzennym uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw w widoku perspektywicznym. Zestaw wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych, skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej, majacych cokoly, siedziska, podlokietniki i oparcia tylne, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pionowe scianki podlokietników kazdego mebla zestawu maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu w czesci górnej zakonczonego wzdluznie usytuowanym walkiem wystajacym do 1/3 swojej srednicy poza zewnetrzna plaszczyzne scianki, zas obszyta kiedra szatoza przymocowana jest do czola kazdej scianki podlokietnika tak, ze jej zewnetrzna krawedz w dolnej czesci pokrywa sie z zewnetrzna krawedzia tej scianki, a wystajaca spod niej, widoczna czesc prawej scianki podlokietnika ma ksztalt litery „P" utworzony z marginesu o szerokosci w przyblizeniu równej szerokosci cokolu, natomiast widoczna czesc lewej scianki ma ksztalt lustrzanego odbicia tej litery. The subject of the industrial design is a set of upholstered lounge furniture consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the upholstered lounge furniture set, manifested in its spatial shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the set in a perspective view. A set of upholstered lounge furniture, consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa, with plinths, seats, armrests and backrests, according to an industrial design, is characterized in that the vertical armrest walls of each piece of furniture in the set have the shape of a cuboid in the upper part, topped with a longitudinally arranged cylinder protruding by 1/3 of its diameter beyond the outer surface of the wall, while a trimmed chest of drawers is attached to the front of each armrest wall in such a way that its outer edge in the lower part coincides with the outer edge of this wall, and the visible part of the right armrest wall protruding from under it has the shape of the letter "P" made of a margin with a width approximately equal to the width of the plinth, while The visible portion of the left wall is shaped like a mirror image of this letter. Additionally, the set includes removable, double-sided seat and backrest cushions, trimmed at the edges, as shown in the pattern. They are cuboid-shaped with a sewn-in back. The sides of the seat cushions and the sides of the plinths have extensions that encompass the front of the armrest walls. The sides of the backrest cushions and the sides of the rear backrests have extensions that partially encompass the armrests from above. The front surface of the seat cushions protrudes slightly in front of the plinths, and the top edge of the backrest cushions protrudes above the rear backrest structure. The armchair has one seat cushion and one backrest cushion, each with two-sided lateral extension; the two-seater sofa has two seat cushions and two backrest cushions, each with one-sided extension on the armrest side, and two additional envelope cushions; and the three-seater sofa has two seat cushions, each with one-sided extension on the armrest side, a split center cushion, and two backrest cushions, each with one-sided extension on the armrest side, a split center cushion, and two additional envelope cushions. A curtain is attached to the base of each unit, around its entire perimeter, with inserts at the corners and along the extension of the seat cushions' contact line, and its length is sufficient to cover the legs, as shown in Figure 1 of the illustrative material.
