Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zestawu wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych przejawiajaca sie w ich przestrzennym uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw w widoku perspektywicznym. Zestaw wypoczynkowych mebli tapicerowanych, skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej, majacych cokoly, siedziska, podlokietnikj i oparcia tylne, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pionowe scianki podlokietników kazdego mebla zestawu maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu w czesci górnej lagodnie odchylajacego sie na zewnatrz i przechodzacego w walkowe, wzdluzne zakonczenie wystajace znacznie poza os pionowa plaszczyzny czolowej scianki. The subject of the industrial design is a set of upholstered lounge furniture consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the upholstered lounge furniture set, manifested in its spatial shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the set in a perspective view. This set of upholstered lounge furniture, consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa, each with plinths, seats, armrests, and backrests, follows an industrial design. The vertical armrest walls of each piece are cuboid-shaped, gently sloping outward at the top and transitioning into a cylindrical, elongated end protruding significantly beyond the vertical axis of the front wall. The sheathed chest of drawers, smaller than the front of the armrest wall, has a shape similar to that of the wall in its upper section, transitioning from the plinth side into a rectangular bulge the width of the plinth in its lower section. The armrest is attached to the front of each armrest wall in such a way that its outer edge in the lower part and the inner edge in the section from the arch of the thickening to the lower edge of the plinth coincide with the edges of that wall, and the visible part of the right armrest wall protruding from under it has the shape of the letter "P" made of a margin with a width approximately equal to the width of the plinth, while the visible part of the left wall has the shape of a mirror image of that letter. At the same time, the edge-trimmed, removable, double-sided seat cushions have a cuboid shape with a sewn-in backrest. The edge-trimmed, removable, double-sided backrest cushions with a sewn-in backrest have a shape that curves from the center of the furniture toward the armrest, and the backrests have the same shape. The sides of the backrest cushions and the sides of the backrests have extensions that partially enclose the armrests from above. The frontal plane of the seat cushions lies on the common frontal plane of the armrests and plinths. The armchair has one seat cushion and one backrest cushion with two-sided side extensions; the two-seater sofa has two seat cushions and two backrest cushions, each with one-sided extension on the armrest, and two additional, upholstered envelope cushions; and the three-seater sofa has two seat cushions separated by a center cushion, and two backrest cushions, each with one-sided extension on the armrest, a separated center cushion with a slightly curved upper edge, and two additional, upholstered envelope cushions. A curtain is attached to the base of each piece, along its entire perimeter, with inserts at the corners and along the extension of the line of contact between adjacent seat cushions, and of a length sufficient to cover the legs, as shown in Figure 1 of the illustrative material. Protective claim A set of upholstered lounge furniture, consisting of an armchair and a two- and three-seater sofa, with plinths, seats, armrests and backrests, according to an industrial design, characterized in that the vertical walls of the armrests of each piece of furniture in the set have a cuboid shape in the upper part, gently sloping outwards and transforming into a cylindrical, longitudinal ending protruding significantly beyond the vertical axis of the front plane of the wall, while the armrest-trimmed armrest of smaller dimensions than the front of the armrest wall has a shape similar to the shape of this wall in the upper part, and in the lower part transforming from the side of the plinth into a rectangular thickening the width of the plinth, wherein the armrest is attached to the front of each wall the armrest so that its outer edge in the lower part and the inner edge in the section from the arch of the thickening to the lower edge of the plinth coincide with the edges of this wall, and the visible part of the right armrest wall protruding from under it has the shape of the letter "P" made of a margin with a width approximately equal to the width of the plinth, while the visible part of the left wall has the shape of a mirror image of this letter, and in addition, the drawers and removable, double-sided seat cushions trimmed on the edges have a cuboid shape with a sewn-in backrest, while the drawers and removable, double-sided backrest cushions trimmed on the edges with a sewn-in backrest have such a shape that their upper edge from the center of the furniture falls in an arc towards the armrest, and the backrests have the same shape, wherein the sides of the backrest cushions and the sides of the rear backrests have extensions that partially cover the armrests from above, and that the frontal plane of the seat cushions lies on the common frontal plane of the armrest walls and plinths, wherein the armchair has one seat cushion and one backrest cushion with two-sided lateral extension, the two-seater sofa - two seat cushions and two backrest cushions, each with one-sided extension from the armrest side, and two additional, upholstered envelope cushions, while the three-seater sofa - two seat cushions separated by a middle cushion, and two backrest cushions, each with one-sided extension from the armrest side, separated by a middle cushion with a slightly arched upper edge, and two additional, upholstered envelope cushions, while to the plinth of each piece of furniture, on the entire a curtain is attached to the perimeter, having inserts on the corners of the furniture and on the extension of the line of contact of the adjacent seat cushions, and the length of which covers the legs of the furniture, as shown in Fig. 1 of the illustrative material.Fig. 1 PL PL PL
