Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe z przeznacze- niem do eleganckich salonów, gabinetów i pokoi dziennych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - fotel dwuosobowy w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fo- tel jednoosobowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - fotel jednoosobowy i dwuosobowy w widoku z boku na fig. 4 - taboret - podnózek, oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 5 - pokazano fotel dwuosobowy w widoku perspektywicznym, na fig. 6 - fotel dwuoso-bowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 - fotel jednoosobowy w widoku z perspek- tywicznym, fig. 8 - fotel jednoosobowy w widoku z boku, fig. 9 - taboret - podnózek, fig. 10 i fig. 11 - meble w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych. Taboret w widoku bocznym ma prostokatny ksztalt, przy czym krawedz siedzi- ska jest lagodnym lukiem wypukla, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 4 i zala- czonej fotografii fig. 9 . Poszycie mebli jest dwukolorowe, z kolorami rozmieszczonymi na wzór sza- chownicy, z tym, ze oparcia maja czolo i wewnetrzna plaszczyzne w kolorze, do które- go przylegaja od strony siedziska, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 5 do fig. 7. Meble sa posadowione na trójkatnych, metalowych, chromowanych nogach z gietego plaskownika, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 4 i fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 11.Meble moga wystepowac w róznych odmianach i kompozycjach kolorystycz- nych, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 8 do fig. 11. Exhibition priority: May 8, 2001 (MTP - Meble 2001, Poznań, Poland). The industrial design covers lounge furniture intended for elegant living rooms, offices, and family rooms. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a two-seater armchair in a front view, in fig. 2 - a single-seater armchair in a front view, fig. 3 - a single-seater and a two-seater armchair in a side view, in fig. 4 - a stool - footrest, and in the attached photograph, where fig. 5 shows a two-seater armchair in a perspective view, in fig. 6 - a two-seater armchair in a perspective view, fig. 7 - a single-seater armchair in a perspective view, fig. 8 - a single-seater armchair in a side view, fig. 9 - a stool - footrest, fig. 10 and fig. 11 - furniture in various color variants. Upholstered lounge furniture according to an industrial design, consisting of a two-seater armchair, a one-seater armchair and a stool-footrest, is characterized by the fact that the furniture is placed on metal legs, the seat is a single thick rectangular element with rounded edges protruding beyond the plane of the sides, the sides are flat cushions with a rectangular cross-section from the front, and in a side view, arch-shaped and overlapping the backrest in the shape of a wedge with a sacro-lumbar plane convex towards the seat, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 and in the attached photograph Fig. 5 to Fig. 11. The two-seater armchair has one large cushion divided by a vertical seam that passes into the seam dividing the seat cushion, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 5. The single-seat armchair has one backrest and one seat cushion, both separated by a vertical seam, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 6 and Fig. 7. The stool in a side view has a rectangular shape, with the seat edge being a gentle convex arc, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4 and the attached photograph Fig. 9. The upholstery of the furniture is two-tone, with the colors arranged in a checkerboard pattern, but the backrests have the front and inner surface in the color to which they adjoin on the seat side, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 5 to fig. 7. The furniture is set on triangular, metal, chrome-plated legs made of bent flat bar, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 4 and photograph fig. 4 to fig. 11. The furniture can be available in various varieties and color compositions, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 8 to fig. 11. The furniture can be covered with smooth grain leather, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 5 to fig. 11.
