Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe z przeznacze- niem do eleganckich salonów, gabinetów i pokoi dziennych. The subject of the industrial design is lounge furniture intended for elegant living rooms, offices and living rooms.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties.

Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - fotel dwuosobowy w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fo- tel jednoosobowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - fotel jednoosobowy i dwuosobowy w widoku z boku na fig. 4 - taboret - podnózek, oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 5 - pokazano fotel dwuosobowy w widoku perspektywicznym, na fig. 6 - fotel dwuoso-bowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 - fotel jednoosobowy w widoku z perspek- tywicznym, fig. 8 - fotel jednoosobowy w widoku z boku, fig. 9 - taboret - podnózek, fig. 10 i fig. 11 - meble w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych. Meble wypoczynkowe wedlug wzoru przemyslowego tapicerowane, w sklad których wchodza fotel dwuosobowy, fotel jednoosobowy i taboret - podnózek charak- teryzuja sie tym, ze meble sa posadowione na metalowych nogach, siedzisko stanowi jeden gruby, wystajacy poza plaszczyzne czól boków prostokatny element o zaokra- glonych krawedziach, boki stanowia plaskie poduchy o przekroju od czola prostokat- nym, zas w widoku z boku lukowato wyprofilowane i nachodzace na oparcie w ksztal- cie klina o wypuklej w strone siedziska plaszczyznie krzyzowo - ledzwiowej, jak po- kazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 4 i na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 5 do fig. 11. Upholstered industrial furniture, consisting of a double armchair, a single armchair and a stool - the footrest is characterized by the fact that the furniture is placed on metal legs, the seat is one thick rectangular element with rounded sides protruding beyond the plane of the sides at the edges, sides are flat cushions with a rectangular cross-section from the forehead, while in the side view, they are arched and overlapping the backrest in the shape of a wedge with a cross-lumbar plane convex towards the seat, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to fig. 4 and in the accompanying photograph from fig. 5 to fig. 11.

Fotel dwuosobowy ma jedna duza poduche przedzielona pionowym szwem przechodzacym w szew dzielacy poduche siedziska, jak pokazano na zalaczonej foto- grafii fig. 5. Fotel jednoosobowy ma po jednej podusze oparcia i siedziska, obie przedzielone pionowym szwem, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 6 i fig. 7. The single-seat armchair has one backrest and one seat cushion, both separated by a vertical seam as shown in the attached photos of Figs. 6 and 7.

Taboret w widoku bocznym ma prostokatny ksztalt, przy czym krawedz siedzi- ska jest lagodnym lukiem wypukla, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 4 i zala- czonej fotografii fig. 9 . The side view of the stool has a rectangular shape, the seat edge being a slight convex arc, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 4 and the enclosed photo fig. 9.

Poszycie mebli jest dwukolorowe, z kolorami rozmieszczonymi na wzór sza- chownicy, z tym, ze oparcia maja czolo i wewnetrzna plaszczyzne w kolorze, do które- go przylegaja od strony siedziska, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 5 do fig. 7. The upholstery of the furniture is two-colored, with the colors arranged in a checkerboard pattern, but the backrests have a forehead and an inner surface in the color to which they adjoin from the side of the seat, as shown in the accompanying photo fig. 5 to fig. 7.

Meble sa posadowione na trójkatnych, metalowych, chromowanych nogach z gietego plaskownika, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 4 i fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 11.Meble moga wystepowac w róznych odmianach i kompozycjach kolorystycz- nych, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 8 do fig. 11. The furniture is seated on triangular, chrome-plated metal legs made of a bent flat bar, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 4 and photos of fig. 4 to fig. 11. The furniture can come in different variants and color compositions as shown in the attached photograph from Fig. 8 to Fig. 11

Meble moga byc pokryte gladka skóra licowana, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fo- tografii fig. 5 do fig. 11. The furniture can be upholstered in smooth, grain leather as shown in the accompanying photo of Fig. 5 to Fig. 11.
