KANAPA NAROZNIKOWA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa naroznikowa przezna- czona do pomieszczen zwiazanych z wypoczynkiem. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna budowa i prosta postac mebli przeja- wiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ko- lorystyki i szczególnych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych wynikajacych z ksztaltu elementów zdobniczych i polegajacych na podkresleniu naturalnych cech tworzywa, z jakiego meble zrobiono oraz ich cech uzytkowych. Kanapa naroznikowa, której siedzisko w formie prostopadlosciennych ta- picerowanych skrzyn ma w widoku z góry ksztalt podobny do litery „L" charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma dwa zestawione ze soba, ulozone wobec sie- tylne oparcia i posadowione na nogach podobnych do ustawionej tylem do patrzacego litery „C" elementy, z czego siedzisko jednego elementu lagod- nym lukiem przechodzi w boczne oparcie laczac sie jednoczesnie z tylnym oparciem, zas oparcia drugiego elementu lacza sie ze soba i z siedziskiem pod katem prostym, z tym, ze oparcie boczne nie biegnie do konca siedzi- ska, które w swej koncowej czesci jest szersze o jego grubosc przez co w widoku z góry jest podobne do litery „L", zas na siedziskach obu elemen- tów znajduja sie obszywane i pikowane tapicerowane poduchy siedziska ulozone zgodnie z podzialem skrzyn siedziska, natomiast o oparcia sa wsparte przeszywane i pikowane poduchy oparcia, jak to pokazano na za- laczonej fotografii fig. 1 do fig. 5. 2. Kanapa naroznikowa wedlug cechy 1 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma grana- towe poduchy siedziska i poduchy oparcie o podobnej kolorystyce, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz fig 4 i fig. 5. 3. The essence of the design is the original construction and simple form of the furniture, manifested in the characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and the specific decorative and functional effects resulting from the shape of the decorative elements, which emphasize the natural characteristics of the material from which the furniture is made and its functional characteristics. Corner sofa, whose seat in the form of cuboid upholstered boxes has a shape similar to the letter "L" in a top view, characterized by having two juxtaposed backrests arranged towards each other and placed on legs similar to the letter "C" with the back to the viewer, of which the seat of one element passes through a gentle arc into the side backrest, connecting simultaneously with the backrest, while the backrests of the second element connect with each other and with the seat at a right angle, but the side backrest does not run to the end of the seat, which in its end part is wider by its thickness, which is why in the top view it resembles the letter "L", and on the seats of both elements there are stitched and quilted upholstered seat cushions arranged in accordance with the division of the seat boxes, while the backrests are supported by stitched and quilted backrest cushions, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 to Fig. 5. 2.
