Zestaw wypoczynkowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy zlozony z kanapy oraz fotela, przeznaczony do wypoczynku. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w widoku perspektywicznym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia fotel, zas fig.2 kanape. Zestaw wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie charakterystycznym ksztaltem oraz zdobnictwem poszczególnych elementów. Kanapa wg wzoru zlozona z siedziska, oparc tylnych i bocznych oraz nózek, której cechy istotne to zarys siedziska, które zlozone jest z dwóch prostokatnych elementów usytuowanych wzgledem siebie w ten sposób w ten sposób, iz tworza zarys zblizony do stylizowanej litery „L", zas jedno z oparc bocznych w widoku czolowym ma zarys zblizony do odwróconej litery „L", natomiast drugie ma zarys prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych narozach, zas oparcia tylne sa dwudzielne zgodnie z podzialem siedzisk, przy czym jedno z nich w czesci górnej jest wyprofilowane w ten sposób, iz zachodzi czesciowo na oparcie boczne, ' wszystkie krawedzie poszczególnych elementów kanapy zdobione sa „siodlarskim" przeszyciem tapicerskim, ponadto szwem tym zdobione sa plaszczyzny siedzisk oraz oparc tylnych - tworzac zarys zblizony do litery „L" i bocznych - tworzac zarys zblizony do litery „T", zas nózki maja zarys prostopadloscienny, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.2. The design is shown in the attached illustration in a perspective view, where Fig. 1 shows the armchair and Fig. 2 the sofa. The set, as designed, is distinguished by its distinctive shape and the decorative design of its individual elements. A sofa according to the pattern consisting of a seat, back and side backrests and legs, the essential features of which are the outline of the seat, which is composed of two rectangular elements arranged in relation to each other in such a way that they form an outline similar to a stylized letter "L", while one of the side backrests in a frontal view has an outline similar to an inverted letter "L", while the other has the outline of a cuboid with rounded corners, and the back backrests are two-part in accordance with the division of the seats, while one of them in the upper part is profiled in such a way that it partially overlaps the side backrest, ' all edges of the individual elements of the sofa are decorated with "saddler" upholstery stitching, in addition, the surfaces of the seats and back backrests are decorated with this stitching - forming an outline similar to the letter "L" and the side backrests - forming an outline similar to the letter "T", while the legs have an outline cuboid, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2.
