Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych skladajacy sie z nastepujacych mebli: kanapy trzysobowej, kanapy dwuosobowej, fotela jednoosobowego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych przejawiajacy sie w nowoczesnej formie i ksztalcie poszczególnych mebli, wygodzie i funkcjonalnosci. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do innych mebli, przejawia sie w zastosowaniu w nich charakterystycznego ksztaltu siedzisk i miesistych poduch, sposobu ich przeszycia, a takze ksztaltu nózek.Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w róznych kolorach, na przyklad odcien brazu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 kanape trzyosobowa, fig. 2 kanape dwuosobowa, fig. 3 fotel. Pozostala fotografia przedstawia przykladowe zestawienie mebli zestawu wypoczynkowego. The essence of the industrial design is a new, unique set of lounge furniture, manifested in the modern form and shape of the individual pieces, comfort, and functionality. The novelty and unique character of the industrial design compared to other furniture is evident in the distinctive shape of the seats and plush cushions, their stitching, and the shape of the legs. The furniture set based on the industrial design is made in various colors, for example, shades of brown. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a three-seater sofa, Fig. 2 a two-seater sofa, and Fig. 3 an armchair. The remaining photograph shows a sample set of furniture from the lounge set. The three-seater sofa, based on an industrial design, features a distinctive modern, soft seat, divided into two sections, plush cushions and a headrest with distinctive stitching, and metal legs. The single-seater armchair, based on an industrial design, features a distinctive modern, soft seat, plush cushions and a headrest with distinctive stitching, and metal legs. The essential features of the industrial design are primarily the distinctive form and shape of the seat, plush cushions and a headrest with distinctive stitching, and metal legs that provide comfort, functionality, and softness similar to those found in the individual pieces of furniture in the set.
