ZESTAW MEBLI WYPOCZYNKOWYCH Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych skladajacy sie z nastepujacych mebli:, kanapy dwuosobowej o siedzisku prostym, kanapy dwuosobowej o siedzisku w ksztalcie luku, fotela oraz podnózka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter zestaw mebli przejawiajacy sie w prostej, nowoczesnej formie bryl poszczególnych mebli oraz prostej nowoczesnej formie nózek. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do innych mebli, przejawia sie w formie oraz ksztalcie poszczególnych mebli, w zastosowaniu w nich charakterystycznych ksztaltów oraz stylistycznie dopasowanych, charakterystycznych nózek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kanape dwuosobowa o siedzisku prostym (1 odmiana wzoru), fig. 5 przedstawia kanape dwuosdfcowa osiedzisku w ksztalcie luku (2 odmiana wzoru), fig. 6 przedstawia fotel (3 odmiana wzoru), fig. 7 przedstawia podnózek (4 odmiana wzoru). Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w róznych kolorach, na przyklad odcien brazu i z róznych materialów, na przyklad skóra. Cechy istotne wzoru: Kanapa dwuosobowa o siedzisku prostym wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z oblego siedziska, które w 1/3 szerokosci siedziska ma charakter dwuwarstwowy. Struktura kanapy widoczna z boku sklada sie z dwóch elementów: oparcia przechodzacego w jednowarstwowe siedzisko oraz dwuwarstwowe siedzisko którego górna czesc (poducha) wyksztalcona jest jednowarstwowego siedziska. Oparcia boczne kanapy sciete sa do wewnatrz i moga zostac zaopatrzone w podlokietniki w ksztalcie prostokatnych poduch. W przypadku stosowania jako podlokietników poduch, poduchy stanowiace oparcia tylne maja wciete rogi dopasowane do poduch bedacych podlokietnikami. Oparcie tylne kanapy stanowia dwie poduchy. Nózki kanapy stanowia wygiete w ksztalcie luku skierowane do zewnatrz dwa paski metalu polaczone u styku z podlozem metalowym walcem. Kanapa dwuosobowa o siedzisku w ksztalcie luku posiada wszelkie cechy kanapy dwuosobowej a dodatkowo jej siedzisko ma ksztalt wkleslego luku. Kanapa dwuosobowa o siedzisku prostym oraz kanapa dwuosobowa o siedzisku w ksztalcie luku moga zostac polaczone stanowiac jedna k^ryape.Fotel jest jednoosobowa wersja kanapy dwuosobowej o siedzisku prostym, przy czym jego cecha charakterystyczna sa boczne podparcia w ksztalcie poduch zas podparcie tylne sklada sie z jednej poduchy. Podnózek ma ksztalt zaoblonego trójkata, jego siedziska sklada sie z jednej warstwy. Podnózek zaopatrzony jest w trzy nózki rozmieszczone pod katami trójkatnego, zaoblonego siedziska.Fig. 1 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 PLLOUNGE FURNITURE SET The industrial design covers a lounge furniture set consisting of the following pieces: a two-seater sofa with a straight seat, a two-seater sofa with a curved seat, an armchair, and a footstool. The essence of the industrial design is a new, unique furniture set, manifested in the simple, modern form of the individual pieces and the simple, modern shape of the legs. The novelty and unique character of the industrial design compared to other furniture is evident in the form and shape of the individual pieces, the use of distinctive shapes, and the use of distinctive, stylistically matching legs. The industrial design subject is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-seater sofa with a straight seat (design variant 1), Fig. 5 shows a two-seater sofa with an arc-shaped seat (design variant 2), Fig. 6 shows an armchair (design variant 3), and Fig. 7 shows a footstool (design variant 4). The furniture set based on the industrial design is made in various colors, for example, shades of brown, and from various materials, such as leather. Essential features of the design: The two-seater sofa with a straight seat based on the industrial design consists of a rounded seat, which is double-layered for 1/3 of the seat width. The structure of the sofa, visible from the side, consists of two elements: a backrest that transitions into a single-layer seat, and a double-layer seat, the upper part (cushion) of which is shaped like a single-layer seat. The side backrests of the sofa are beveled inward and can be equipped with armrests in the form of rectangular cushions. When using the cushions as armrests, the rear backrest cushions have recessed corners that match the armrest cushions. The rear backrest of the sofa consists of two cushions. The legs of the sofa consist of two outward-facing metal strips bent into an arc, connected at the joint with a metal cylinder. The two-seater sofa with an arc-shaped seat has all the features of a two-seater sofa, with the additional feature of a concave arc-shaped seat. The two-seater sofa with a straight seat and the two-seater sofa with a curved seat can be combined to form a single sofa. This armchair is a single-seater version of the two-seater sofa with a straight seat, with its characteristic feature being side bolsters in the shape of cushions, while the backrest consists of a single cushion. The footrest is shaped like a rounded triangle, and its seat consists of a single layer. The footrest is equipped with three legs arranged at the angles of the triangular, curved seat.
