Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy tapicerowany, skladajacy sie z rozkladana sofy i dwóch rozkladanych foteli. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac mebli zestawu, charakteryzujaca sie ksztaltem oparc i siedziska i ich linia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia widok sofy w widoku aksonometrycznym, fig.2 - widok fotela z tylu i z boku, fig.3 - widok sofy w polozeniu czesciowo rozlozonego oparcia, a fig.4 -ukazuje widok wszystkich trzech elementów zestawu w widoku aksonometrycznym po rozwozeniu. Zestaw sklada sie z rozkladana sofy i korzystnie dwóch rozkladanych foteli. Zarówno oparcia jak i siedziska mebli wyprofilowane sa w ksztalcie z prostopadlosciennych elementów i sa umieszczone na ramie z zamknietych ksztaltowników o przekroju kwadratu. Siedzisko i oparcie mebla w pozycji do siedzenia stykaja sie ze soba krawedziami. W pozycji do lezenia, jak na fig.4 oparcie zostaje odchylone w dól i stykajac sie polaczonymi trwale krawedziami, stykaja sie takze plaszczyznami bocznymi. Oparcie posiada takze mozliwosc . ustawienia posredniego polozenia - w polowe pomiedzy pionowym a poziomym polozeniem, jak ukazano na fig. 3 . Czesci skladowe zestawu moga byc stosowane lacznie jak i oddzielnie. Rozlozone do lezenia dwa fotele i sofa tworza w sumie plaszczyzne o duzej powierzchni. Fotel stanowi polowe powierzchni sofy i styka sie z siedziskiem lub oparciem sofy bokami zarówno swego siedziska jak i oparcia. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - zestaw sklada sie z rozkladanej sofy i korzystnie dwóch rozkladanych foteli,- oparcia i siedziska wyprofilowane sa w ksztalcie prostopadlosciennych elementów, - siedziska sa umieszczone na ramie z zamknietych ksztaltowników o przekroju kwadratu, - siedzisko i oparcie mebla w pozycji do siedzenia stykaja sie ze soba krawedziami, - oparcie posiada mozliwosc ustawiona posredniego polozenia - w polowie pomiedzy pionowym a poziomym polozeniem, - fotel styka sie z siedziskiem lub oparciem sofy bokami swego siedziska jak i oparcia.Fig.1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PL PLThe industrial design is for an upholstered lounge set consisting of a sofa bed and two reclining armchairs. The essence of the design is the new form of the furniture set, characterized by the shape of the backrests and seat and their lines. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the sofa, Fig. 2 shows the armchair from the back and side, Fig. 3 shows the sofa with the backrest partially reclined, and Fig. 4 shows an axonometric view of all three elements of the set after being unfolded. The set consists of a sofa bed and, preferably, two reclining armchairs. Both the backrests and seats of the furniture are profiled in the shape of cuboid elements and are placed on a frame made of closed square sections. In the sitting position, the seat and backrest of the furniture meet at their edges. In the lying position, as shown in Fig. 4, the backrest is tilted down, and the permanently connected edges touch, also touching at the sides. The backrest also has the option of setting an intermediate position—halfway between the vertical and horizontal positions, as shown in Fig. 3. The set's components can be used together or separately. When folded out for lying, the two armchairs and the sofa create a large surface area. The armchair constitutes half the sofa's surface and touches the seat or backrest of the sofa with the sides of both the seat and the backrest. Essential features of the industrial design: - the set consists of a fold-out sofa and preferably two fold-out armchairs, - the backrest and seats are profiled in the shape of cuboid elements, - the seats are placed on a frame made of closed square sections, - the seat and backrest of the furniture in the sitting position touch each other at their edges, - the backrest can be set in an intermediate position - halfway between the vertical and horizontal position, - the armchair touches the seat or backrest of the sofa with the sides of its seat and backrest.
