Abstract

[Problem] To provide a combination sofa furniture with enhanced versatility to assist resting in a large, connectable, low-seat height sofa. [Solution] A large, connectable, low-seat height sofa consisting of four different types of square sofa-type chairs 9-12, each of which is made of thick board material with a thickness of 20-50 mm and a width of 100-150 mm, and has a square or rectangular chair-like body with a skeletal wooden body dimension of 800-1000 mm in width, 800-1200 mm in length, and 150-300 mm in seat height, and is a combination of four connected sofa types with the same width and seat height, including an ottoman sofa type 9 with no backrest, a partial chair type 10 with a backrest in one place, a corner-shaped chair type 11 with backrests in two places, and a longitudinal sofa type 12 with backrests in two places. Description

This invention relates to a combination sofa furniture that is a large, connectable, low-seat sofa that enhances the versatility of supporting rest by connecting and combining an ottoman sofa type, a partial chair type, a corner-shaped chair type, and a longitudinal sofa type.

As is well known, in recent years, sofas have become widely used in which the backrest and armrests are made as separate parts from the main body of the furniture that functions as both a chair and a sofa, and the armrests at both ends can be attached or detached depending on the purpose of use, while still retaining the functionality of a sofa.

A sofa piece of furniture has been proposed that is a combination of a heart-shaped body, a crescent-shaped body, and a rice scoop-shaped body, with a simple structure for assembling the sofa body, which can be moved and assembled freely, can satisfy various functions of the sofa, and can easily be changed to suit the purpose.The circular parts of each body have a diameter of 800 to 1000 mm, the V-shaped parts of the heart-shaped body can be tightly joined to various parts of the circular parts of the other bodies, and the sofa part is 300 to 400 mm thick and has a connected two-tier shape, with the upper and lower tiers forming an equal connected body, the upper tier being a cushion body and the lower tier forming a box body with a spring, with the lower tier being narrower than the upper tier.The sofa piece is a set of three connected circular bodies (see Patent Document 1).

In addition, the sofa structure required a connecting mechanism such as rail members and hook members with complex shapes, which not only increased manufacturing costs, but also caused dissatisfaction for users, such as the need to request a contractor to repair or replace the connecting mechanism when it breaks down. A sofa has been proposed in which the seat surface is formed into an outer shape such as a polygon, circle, or oval when viewed from above, a seating section is provided along part of the outer periphery of the sofa seat surface, which is higher than the seat surface so that a person can sit down on it, and a backrest body that functions as a backrest for the sofa seat surface is provided on the front side of the seating section so that it can be moved (see Patent Document 2).

The sofa has a seat supported by a seat frame and a back fixed to a back support frame. The back includes a back body (back base), a back cushion material placed in front of it, and a bag-shaped back upholstery. The back support frame has upper and lower bosses protruding forward, and the back body is fixed to the back support frame by bolts screwed into the bosses from the front. An opening that can be opened and closed with a slide fastener is formed at the lower end of the back upholstery, and the opening is closed when the back body is fixed. It has been proposed to be used by placing it on a chair or sofa (see Patent Document 3).

In the above conventional sofa, when the armrest is removed from the sofa body, the side socket fittings are exposed, which greatly impairs the interior decoration of the sofa. A sofa has been proposed that has a seating section and a backrest section standing upward on one side of the seating section, in which a part near one end of the seating section is made into a reclining section, and the reclining section is supported in an inclined state relative to the other seating section by rotating around a connection point with the other seating section (see Patent Document 4).

As an easy-to-assemble sofa that promotes diversity in design specifications, simplifies delivery, and simplifies assembly, a sofa is divided into parts such as a seat, backrest, arms, corners, cushions, etc., and designed so that the end user can choose the design surface color, such as round or square, by combining the parts. A multi-cover with an anti-slip fixture attached can be fixed to the sofa, and the anti-slip fixture has a cylindrical or rectangular core that is removably stored in a bag or a hollow fabric (see Patent Document 5).

There is no large connected sofa that brings diversity, and there is a demand for sofas that can be divided into four sections and used alone, or assembled into 2 to 4 pieces to be suitable for resting as a chair or sofa, but there are not many. Generally, sofas are shown with two chairs lined up and placed at both ends. It is a state that does not show sufficient functionality. There are almost no sofas that can be combined in various ways to set up the chair and sofa in a desired position.

To provide a rectangular four-piece connected sofa set that can be attached to a desired position and that can be changed according to the layout of a room, without compromising the overall design of the chairs and sofa before assembly, and that has a decorativeness that can be fully used as an interior design, by changing the position of the chairs and sofas individually according to the layout of the room, and that can be easily changed according to the layout of the room.

The cushion section to be placed on the surface of the seat plate is a cloth, leather or synthetic leather body that is stable enough to serve as a sofa rug, is filled with a cushioning material selected from cotton, feathers and urethane foam, and can be freely removed and moved.

The four chairs and sofas can be assembled in various ways according to purpose and preference, and the position can be easily changed, resulting in a sofa that fully fulfills its function. The large chair and sofa body can also be placed in a preferred position, and the position of the sofa can be changed depending on the pattern of the room, so the design of the connected sofa as a whole is not marred, and the sofa has a decorativeness that is durable enough for interior design. By combining the sofa and chair bodies alone, or by connecting 2 to 4 of them, the seat height of the sofa can be relatively low, and it can be turned into a single chair, a connected sofa, or a simple bed in a relaxing shape, allowing the body to rest mentally and physically, so that even large furniture can be appropriately installed and used in a room, either alone or connected together.

The sofa section, backrest section and cushion section are supported on an inclined surface, so that the movable chair or sofa body can be effectively used as interior decoration. The cushion section can be removed to make the chair or sofa compact, and when the chair or sofa body becomes dirty or damaged, the chair, sofa section and backrest section can be washed, repaired or replaced, which is very convenient. Recently, the seat height of sofas has been relatively low, and the flexibility of the sofa shape is important, and sofas that can be adapted to various designs and uses by users' selection of armrests with different shapes and functions are desired. However, the conventional sofa modification structures were all complicated and were not satisfactory to both manufacturers and users. The following is a more detailed explanation of the present invention based on Fig. 1 to Fig. 6, which specifically show an embodiment of the present invention. The items indicated in the figures are the chair body and the sofa part. In addition, in this embodiment, the structure is designed to be comfortable to sit on and to support the sofa at a specified seating height.

As shown in Figure 1, in the large low-seat sofa that can be connected to four different types of square sofa-type chairs, each square sofa-type chair is made of a thick board material with a thickness of 30 mm and a width of 100 mm or 150 mm, and the dimensions of the wooden frame are a square or rectangular chair-like body with a width of 850 mm, a length of 870 mm or 1300 mm, and a seat height of 210 mm. The sofa type is a combination of four connected sofas with the same width and seat height, consisting of a single sofa type and a longitudinal sofa type with two backrests, and the sofa and chair bodies of the combination of these four sofas can be used alone or in a connected combination of two to four sofas to create a single chair for relaxation, a connected sofa, or a simple bed for mental and physical relaxation, so that even large furniture can be used alone or connected to appropriately install in a room, thereby increasing the versatility of the combination three-dimensional sofa furniture.

The four models, namely the ottoman sofa type with no backrest, the partial chair type with one backrest, the corner-shaped chair type with two backrests, and the longitudinal sofa type with two backrests, are made of Allnut thick boards with a thickness of 30 mm and widths of 100 mm and 150 mm, and are 850 mm wide, 870 mm long and 1300 mm long, with a seat height of 210 mm, and are either a square or a rectangular three-dimensional rectangular shape. As shown in Figure 3, when used alone, there is an ottoman sofa type without a backrest, a low seated chair with a backrest in one place, a conner-shaped chair type with a backrest in two places, a chair with an armrest on one side and a low seated height, and a long sofa type with a backrest in two places, which is a rest chair where you can stretch your body out and rest. By connecting and combining four sofa bodies and chair bodies, it can be assembled into a sofa for a family of four as shown in Figure 1, or a simple resting bed.

As shown in Fig. 4, the cushion part placed on the top surface of the seat plate and the surface of the cushion part for the backrest are made of cloth and are filled with cushioning materials such as cotton, feathers and foamed urethane foam to enhance the cushioning properties inside, as shown in Fig. 3. The cushion part placed on the backrest is 860 mm wide, 870 mm long and 1200 mm long, and has three rectangular cushion parts with a thickness of 200 mm, either square or rectangular. The cushion part placed on the surface of the seat plate is made of cloth to provide stability so that it can be used as a sofa mat, and is filled with cushioning materials such as cotton, feathers and foamed urethane foam, and can be freely removed and moved. It was possible to create various combinations of sofa bodies and chair bodies as shown in Fig. 4. This created a state of sociability, rest and comfort.

As shown in FIG. 6, the four models, namely, the ottoman sofa type with no backrest, the partial chair type with one backrest, the corner-shaped chair type with two backrests, and the longitudinal sofa type with two backrests, are made of Allnut thick boards with a thickness of 25 mm and a width of 150 mm, and are constructed in a three-dimensional rectangular shape with a width of 840 mm, a length of 840 mm and a seat height of 210 mm, and a square and a rectangle.
