Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych skladajacy sie z wersalki, sofy dwuosobowej, sofy trzyosobowej, naroznika i fotela, wchodzacych w sklad zestawu wypoczynkowego. The subject of the industrial design is a set of upholstered furniture consisting of a sofa bed, a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa, a corner and an armchair, included in the leisure set.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego elementów drewnianych i w ksztalcie oraz wlasciwosci powierzchni czesci tapicerowanych, która nadaje meblowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape of its wooden elements and in the shape and properties of the surface of the upholstered parts, which gives the furniture a specific and original look, aiming at increasing the aesthetic features, thanks to which the furniture acquires favorable decorative and functional features.

Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. The industrial design is intended to be reproduced in industrial production.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia wersalke w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia sofe dwuosobowa w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 3 przedstawia sofe trzyosobowa w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia naroznik w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 5 przedstawia fotel w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 6-10 przedstawiaja kolejno: wersalke, sofe dwuosobowa, sofe trzyosobowa, naroznik i fotel w widoku ogólnym.Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt podlokietnika, który utworzony jest przez drewniany element ozdobny wystepujacy we wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad kompletu mebli tapicerowanych oraz sposób jego polaczenia z elementami tapicerowanymi.. Komplet mebli tapicerowanych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma tapicerowane siedzisko, oparcie i podlokietniki. Zarówno siedzisko jak i oparcie mebla sklada sie z poduszek, na których wykonane sa ozdobne przeszycia. Mebel ma nózki w postaci drewnianych krazków o zaokraglonych krawedziach. A set of upholstered furniture in an industrial design has an upholstered seat, backrest and armrests. Both the seat and the backrest of the furniture consist of cushions with decorative stitching. The furniture has legs in the form of wooden discs with rounded edges.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego wyrazaja sie tym, ze ma element ozdobny w postaci trzech listew polaczonych ze soba w jeden element dekoracyjny. Listwa pozioma przylega do frontowej powierzchni umieszczonej na samym dole siedziska przy podlozu. Druga listwa zamocowana jest wzdluz bocznych scianek mebla, która jest lagodnie wygieta na zewnatrz rozszerzajac sie ku górze, natomiast trzecia listwa jest poziomo zamocowana na podlokietniku. W sciankach bocznych mebla od strony siedziska bedacych podlokietnikiem utworzona jest poduszka zaokraglona u góry i zwezajaca sie ku dolowi. The essential features of an industrial design are the fact that it has a decorative element in the form of three strips joined together to form one decorative element. The horizontal bar is adjacent to the front surface located at the very bottom of the seat, next to the floor. The second strip is mounted along the side walls of the furniture, which is gently bent outwards, widening upwards, while the third strip is horizontally mounted on the armrest. In the side walls of the furniture, on the armrest side of the seat, there is a cushion rounded at the top and tapering downwards.

Frontowa czesc podlokietnika tworzy ozdobna listwa i trójkatna poduszka. Sposób wygiecia i zamocowania trzech listew oraz sposób polaczenia ich z elementami tapicerowanymi pozwala uzyskac bardzo oryginalny ksztalt podlokietnika i calego mebla. The front part of the armrest is made of a decorative strip and a triangular cushion. The way of bending and fixing the three strips and the way of connecting them with upholstered elements allows to obtain a very original shape of the armrest and the entire piece of furniture.
