KOMPLET MEBLI TAPICEROWANYCH Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych skladajacy sie z sofy dwuosobowej i/lub sofy trzyosobowej, fotela, naroznika, pufy oraz lózka wchodzacych w sklad zestawu wypoczynkowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego elementów drewnianych i czesci tapicerowanych, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. Komplet mebli tapicerowanych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku zbiorczym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia sofe dwuosobowa w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia fotel w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 3 przedstawia naroznik w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia pufe w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i fig. 5 przedstawia lózko w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu oraz na zalaczonych fotografiach fig. 6-10, na które przedstawiaja kolejno: sofe dwuosobowa, fotel, naroznik, pufe i lózko w widoku ogólnym. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt podstawy mebla, który utworzony jest przez drewniany element ozdobny wystepujacy we wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad kompletu mebli tapicerowanychi sposób jego polaczenia z elementami tapicerowanymi oraz ksztalt podlokietników, siedziska i poduch tworzacych oparcie mebla. Komplet mebli tapicerowanych ma siedzisko stanowiace dwie tapicerowane plaszczyzny ulozono warstwowo, oparcie i podlokietniki. Ksztalt podlokietników i polaczenie ich z poduchami siedziskowymi i oparciowymi oraz zamocowanie ozdobnej drewnianej listwy w podstawie pozwala uzyskac bardzo oryginalny ksztalt calego mebla. Komplet mebli tapicerowanych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zostanie wprowadzony na rynek pod nazwa handlowa „PINO". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Komplet mebli tapicerowanych charakteryzuje sie tym, ze podstawa mebla w czesci frontowej jest drewniana listwa zakonczona na bokach stopkami zwezajacymi sie od strony wewnetrznej ku podlodze. Siedzisko tworza poduchy w ksztalcie prostokata majace na bokach wyciecia, w których umiejscowione sa szerokie podlokietniki bedace jednoczesnie bokami mebla, przy czym jeden z podlokietników jest znacznie dluzszy od drugiego podlokietnika. Podlokietniki od zewnetrznej strony maja kat prosty w stosunku do powierzchni siedziska, natomiast od strony siedziska zwezaja sie ku górze i w widoku z przodu maja ksztalt trapezu prostokatnego. Efektem takiego polaczenia siedziska z podlokietnikami jest to, ze siedzisko z przodu obejmuje podlokietniki i dochodzi do linii boku mebla, przy czym z jednej strony siedzisko bez podlokietnika jest znacznie dluzsze. Oparcie tworza poduszki w ksztalcie trapezów za wyjatkiem srodkowych, które maja ksztalt prostokata, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3. Puf pokazany na fig. 4, ma podstawe w postaci drewnianej listwy zakonczonej w narozach stopkami zwezajacymi sie obustronnie ku podlodze. Siedzisko tworza dwie tapicerowane plaszczyzny ulozone warstwowo. Lózko uwidocznione na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 5, ma podstawe w postaci drewnianej listwy zakonczonej w narozach stopkami zwezajacymi sie obustronnie ku podlodze. Legowisko tworzy tapicerowana plaszczyzna w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Wezglowie stanowi tapicerowana prostokatna plaszczyzna, która nieco wystaje poza materac i boki lózka, a znacznie wystaje powyzej materaca ku górze.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PL PLUPHOLSTERED FURNITURE SET The subject of the industrial design is a set of upholstered furniture consisting of a two-seater sofa and/or a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a corner sofa, a pouffe, and a bed, all part of a lounge suite. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of its wooden elements and upholstered parts, which give the furniture a unique, original appearance aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thus providing it with beneficial decorative and functional properties. A set of upholstered furniture based on an industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached collective drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-seater sofa in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 shows an armchair in a front perspective view, Fig. 3 shows a corner sofa in a front perspective view, Fig. 4 shows a pouffe in a front perspective view, and Fig. 5 shows a bed in a front perspective view, as well as in the attached photographs Figs. 6-10, which depict, respectively, a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a corner sofa, a pouffe, and a bed in general views. The essence of the industrial design is the shape of the furniture base, which is formed by a wooden decorative element found in all the furniture pieces included in the upholstered furniture set, and the manner of its connection with the upholstered elements, as well as the shape of the armrests, seat, and cushions forming the backrest of the furniture. The upholstered furniture set has a seat consisting of two layered upholstered surfaces, a backrest, and armrests. The shape of the armrests and their combination with the seat and backrest cushions, as well as the attachment of a decorative wooden strip at the base, allows for a very original shape of the entire piece of furniture. The set of upholstered furniture based on the industrial design will be introduced to the market under the trade name "PINO." The essential features of the industrial design include a wooden strip at the front of the base, with feet tapering from the inside towards the floor. The seat is formed by rectangular cushions with cutouts on the sides, which accommodate wide armrests, which also serve as the sides of the furniture. The armrests are at a right angle to the seat surface on the outside, while on the seat side they taper upwards and, from the front, have the shape of a rectangular trapezoid. The effect of this combination of seat and armrests is that the front of the seat embraces the armrests and extends to the side of the furniture. The backrest is formed by cushions in the shape of rectangular trapezoids, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The armchair shown in Fig. 2 has a base whose front section is a wooden slat with feet that taper from the inside towards the floor. The seat is formed by rectangular cushions with cutouts in the sides, which accommodate wide armrests that also form the sides of the furniture. The armrests on the outside are at a right angle to the seat surface, while on the seat side they taper upwards and, from the front view, have the shape of a rectangular trapezoid. The effect of this combination of seat and armrests is that the front of the seat embraces the armrests and extends to the side of the furniture. The backrest is formed by a trapezoidal cushion, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2. The corner sofa shown in Fig. 3 has a base formed by wooden slats at the front, terminating in feet on the sides and in the corner, tapering towards the floor. The seat is formed by rectangular cushions with cutouts in the sides, which accommodate wide armrests that also form the sides of the furniture, with one armrest being significantly longer than the other. The armrests are at a right angle to the seat surface on the outside, while they taper upwards from the seat side, forming a rectangular trapezoid shape from the front. The effect of this combination of seat and armrests is that the front of the seat encompasses the armrests and extends to the side of the furniture, while the armless seat is significantly longer on one side. The backrest is formed by trapezoidal cushions, except for the central cushions, which are rectangular, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3. The pouffe shown in Fig. 4 has a base in the form of a wooden slat with corner legs that taper towards the floor on both sides. The seat is formed by two upholstered surfaces arranged in layers. The bed shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 5, has a base in the form of a wooden slat with corner legs that taper towards the floor on both sides. The bed is formed by an upholstered surface in the form of a cuboid. The headboard is an upholstered rectangular surface that protrudes slightly beyond the mattress and sides of the bed, and significantly above the mattress towards the top.
