NAROZNIK WYPOCZYNKOWY SAN REMO Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naroznik wypoczynkowy „San Remo", którego przeznaczeniem sa cele wypoczynkowe i rekreacyjne. Naroznik wypoczynkowy „San Remo" jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, okreslonych nastepujaco: fig.1., fig.2., oraz na fotografiach: fot. 1., fot. 2., fot. 3. Naroznik wypoczynkowy wystepuje w dwóch odmianach: odmiana pierwsza („ODMIANA 1")., charakteryzujaca sie prawym bokiem dluzszym i lewym bokiem krótszym, oraz odmiana druga („ODMIANA 2."), charakteryzujaca sie prawym bokiem krótszym i lewym bokiem dluzszym. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter naroznik wypoczynkowy, którego cechy przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie mebla, linii jego boków i nózek, sposobu wykonania obicia, zastosowan funkcjonalnych i sposobu wykorzystania. Z uwzglednieniem róznic wynikajacych z odmian naroznika wypoczynkowego, posiada on dwie strony - krótsza i dluzsza. Dluzsza strona sklada sie z trójdzielnych czesci w ujeciu pionowym, zlozone z wyszczególnionego siedziska oraz oparcia. Krótsza strona sklada sie z dwudzielnych czesci w ujeciu pionowym, zlozone z wyszczególnionego siedziska oraz oparcia.Oparcie dzieli sie na dwie czesci: górna i dolna. Czesc górna jest wizualnie dwukrotnie dluzsza niz czesc dolna. Oparcie skladajace sie z poduszek, delikatnie wypuklych, zawiera w poziomie wciecie - tzw. „lekki usmiech" (delikatny luk), na styku górnej i dolnej czesci oparcia. Oparcie zawiera w sobie tzw. „funkcje relaks". Pozwala ona na delikatne wygiecie na zewnatrz czesci oparcia do pozycji póllezacej, znajdujacej sie w rogu naroznika wypoczynkowego (widoczne na fot. 3.). „Funkcja relaks" obejmuje obydwa boki oparcia w rogu naroznika wypoczynkowego. Ze wzgledów technicznych i funkcjonalnych mozliwe jest jednakze korzystanie jednoczesne tylko z jednego (z dwóch) wygiecia („funkcji relaks"). Siedzisko jest jednolitym elementem, dzielacym sie na dwie czesci (w czesci naroznikowej krótszej) i na trzy czesci (w czesci naroznikowej dluzszej). Siedzisko moze zostac podniesione, m.in. celem wykorzystania znajdujacego sie pod nim schowka. Nózki naroznika sa wykonane w calosci z drewna, w ksztalcie „szerokiego wazonu", tzn. zwezajac sie delikatnie z góry na dól. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: charakterystyczny bok naroznika wypoczynkowego obszyty falda materialu. Dodatkowo podlokietnik znajdujacy sie na krawedziach naroznika jest skierowany delikatnie od zewnatrz w strone kanapy. Jest to puszysty element wypelniony silikonem, dajacy wiekszy odczuwalny komfort dla uzytkownika. Ponadto charakterystyczna cecha zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego jest przemiennosc w ukladzie czesci naroznika wypoczynkowego - strona lewa moze byc zamieniana ze strona prawa (odpowiednio: strona krótsza ze strona dluzsza), przez co mebel jest uniwersalny w swoim zastosowaniu (fig. 1. Lub fig. 2.).FIG. 1.FIG. 2.ODMIANA 1. ODMIANA 2. PLSAN REMO CORNER SOFA The subject of the industrial design is the "San Remo" corner sofa, which is intended for rest and recreation. The "San Remo" corner sofa is presented in the illustrations identified as follows: fig. 1., fig. 2., and in the photographs: photo 1., photo 2., photo 3. The corner sofa is available in two varieties: the first variety ("VARIATION 1"), characterized by a longer right side and a shorter left side, and the second variety ("VARIATION 2"), characterized by a shorter right side and a longer left side. The essence of the industrial design is a new corner sofa with an individual character, the features of which are manifested in the shape of the furniture, the lines of its sides and legs, the method of upholstery, functional applications and method of use. Taking into account the differences resulting from the different types of corner sofas, it has two sides – a shorter and a longer one. The longer side consists of three vertical sections, consisting of a detailed seat and backrest. The shorter side consists of two vertical sections, consisting of a detailed seat and backrest. The backrest is divided into two sections: upper and lower. The upper section is visually twice as long as the lower section. The backrest, consisting of slightly convex cushions, has a horizontal indentation – a so-called "slight smile" (a delicate arch) – where the upper and lower sections of the backrest meet. The backrest incorporates a "relaxation function." It allows for a gentle outward bending of the backrest section to a semi-reclining position, located in the corner of the corner sofa (visible in photo 3). The "relaxation function" covers both sides of the backrest in the corner of the corner sofa. However, for technical and functional reasons, it is possible to use only one (of the two) bends (the "relaxation function") at a time. The seat is a uniform element, divided into two parts (in the shorter corner section) and three parts (in the longer corner section). The seat can be lifted, among other things, to use the storage space underneath. The legs of the corner sofa are made entirely of wood, in the shape of a "wide vase", i.e., they taper slightly from top to bottom. Important features of the industrial design include: the characteristic side of the corner sofa upholstered with a fold of fabric. Additionally, the armrest located on the edges of the corner sofa is angled slightly outward toward the sofa. This fluffy element is filled with silicone, providing greater comfort for the user. A distinctive feature of the submitted industrial design is the interchangeability of the corner sofa's parts – the left side can be swapped with the right (or the shorter side with the longer side), making this piece of furniture universal in its use (Fig. 1 or Fig. 2).
