KANAPA W YPOCZYNKOW A Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa wypoczynkowa prze- znaczone do pomieszczen zwiazanych z wypoczynkiem - zwlaszcza dzien- nym. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, posiada- jaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w charakterystycznych efek- tach plastycznych wynikajacych z kolorystyki i szczególnych walorów zdob- niczo - uzytkowych bedacych rezultatem ksztaltu i podkreslenia naturalnych cech tworzywa, z jakiego meble zrobiono oraz ich cech uzytkowych. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której pokazano: na fig. 1 kanape wieloosobowa w odmianie pierwszej w widoku perspekty- wicznym, fig. 2 kanape w odmianie pierwszej w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 ka- nape w odmianie drugiej bez podlokietników w widoku perspektywiczny od przodu, fig. 4- kanape w odmianie drugiej w widoku perspektywicznym z bo- ku. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, possessing an individual character, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the color scheme and specific decorative and functional values resulting from the shape and emphasizing the natural characteristics of the material from which the furniture is made and its functional characteristics. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustration, which shows: Fig. 1: a multi-seater sofa in the first variant in a perspective view; Fig. 2: a sofa in the first variant in a front view; Fig. 3: a sofa in the second variant without armrests in a perspective view from the front; Fig. 4: a sofa in the second variant in a perspective view from the side. The fully upholstered sofa is characterized by the fact that it is formed in the shape of a stylized sea wave, so that the seat box is one whole and has the form of a lying, modified letter "C", in such a way that the back of the letter - constitutes the seat of the sofa, as shown in the attached illustration fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4. 2. The sofa according to feature 1 in the first variant is characterized by the fact that it consists of a backrest and a seat, which smoothly transitions into the sides - armrests of the sofa, where the sides - armrests are formed in such a way that one is rolled inwards in a form resembling the other is straight up, the front of the seat has a decorative motif emphasizing the shape of the sofa, an ornamental motif running through the entire piece of furniture, which on one side of the side-armrest, formed in the shape of a cylinder, is partially rolled up, while on the opposite side of the side-armrest it is finished in the shape of a stylized letter "J". On the seat box there are rectangular seat cushions with all-round stitching and supported by the backrest cushion, and the whole is placed on legs, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 3. The sofa according to feature 1 in the first variant is characterized by the fact that the backrest cushions have decorative buttons and ruffles, and on the seat cushions there are: a cylinder-shaped cushion and a small rectangular cushion supporting the comfort of rest, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 4. The sofa according to feature 1 in the second variant is characterized by the fact that it has a seat and a backrest connected into one inseparable whole formed in such a way that the backrest is rolled inwards in the form of a wave resembling a cylinder, while the seat has a straight upper surface, the lower surface gently rounded downwards, and has on the side surfaces a decorative, emphasizing shape ornamental motif running along the entire side of the furniture in the form of a partially developed spiral on a cylinder on one side, and on the other side changing into the shape of a modified letter "J", and on the seat box there is a cuboid seat cushion with all-round upholstery, and a backrest cushion supported by the backrest, and the whole is placed on legs, as shown in the attached illustrations fig. 3 and fig. 4. 5. The sofa according to feature 1 in the second variant is characterized in that the backrest cushion has decorative buttons and ruffles, as shown in the attached illustration fig. 3. 6. The sofa according to feature 1 in variant 1 and variant 2 is characterized in that the sofa is provided with four identical, fancifully arched legs, as shown in the attached illustrations fig. 1 to fig. 4. 7. The sofa according to feature 1 in variant 1 is characterized in that the sofa legs are made of metal, as shown in the attached illustration fig. 1. 8.
