Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kanapa rozkladana, posiadajaca stelaz z pojemnikiem na posciel i dwuczesciowy materac. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz wykonczenia tapicerskiego. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kanape zlozona w widoku z przodu a fig. 2 - jej widok w rozlozeniu. Kanapa rozkladana, posiadajaca stelaz z pojemnikiem na posciel i dwuczesciowy materac, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pojemnik ma z przodu lacznik o ksztalcie podluznego prostokata i polaczony jest z bokami, które od górnej czesci siedzenia wygiete sa lukowo na zewnatrz, a w dolnej czesci, ponizej lacznika, maja nogi wygiete lukowo na zewnatrz, przy czym dwuczesciowy materac, bedacy siedziskiem i oparciem, tapicerowany jest ozdobna tkanina. Lacznik i boki, w czesci srodkowej, sa tapicerowane jednobarwna jasna tkanina, a z zewnatrz okalane listwami. Kanapa rozkladana ma oryginalny i estetyczny wyglad. PL PL PLThe right to register a sofa bed as an ornamental design has been in effect since September 1, 2000. The design is for a sofa bed with a frame and a storage compartment for bedding and a two-piece mattress. The essence of the design is a new form of the item, manifested in its shape and upholstery finish. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the front view of the folded sofa bed, and Fig. 2 shows it unfolded. This sofa bed features a frame with a bedding compartment and a two-piece mattress. The compartment has a rectangular connector at the front, connected to the sides, which arc outward from the top of the seat. The lower section, below the connector, features legs that arc outward. The two-piece mattress, which serves as the seat and backrest, is upholstered in decorative fabric. The connector and sides, in the center, are upholstered in a plain, light fabric, and the outside is trimmed with slats. The sofa bed has a unique and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
