Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy skladajacy sie z fotela i kanapy rozkladanej. Tego rodzaju zestaw wypoczynkowy przeznaczony jest do wyposazenia wnetrz. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaci przedmiotów, zestaw wypoczynkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, powierzchni, strukturze i rodzaju materialu. Fotel i kanapa rozkladana posiadaja drewniany stelaz utworzony przez przednie nogi, rame siedziska, tylne nogi przechodzace w rame oparcia, oparcie dla poduchy i podlokietniki oraz tapicerowane siedzisko i oparcia. Przednie nogi powyzej siedziska sa lukowato wygiete w strone oparcia, zas tylne nogi przechodza powyzej siedziska w oparcie boczne i lukowato koncza sie powyzej listwy, która laczy tylne nogi i tworzy oparcie dla poduchy. Listwa ta pozewnetrznych stronach górnej krawedzi ma lukowate wyciecia. Boki ramy siedziska, laczace przednie i tylne nogi, w górnej krawedzi maja sinusoidalne wyciecia. Natomiast listwa laczaca przednie i tylne nogi na wysokosci oparcia ma ksztalt listwy lukowato skierowanej ramionami ku siedzisku, która konczy sie poza polaczeniem z nogami przednimi glowiczka i stanowi podlokietnik. Pod uchylnym siedziskiem umieszczony jest oryginalny kosz na posciel. Oparcie do eksploatacji nocnej rozklada sie i razem z siedziskiem tworzy powierzchnie do spania. Na oparcie i siedzisko kanapy nalozony jest pokrowiec z pionowymi przeszyciami, zas dolna jego krawedz zakonczona jest falbanka, która czesciowo zaslania przednia listwe ramy, a w pozycji rozlozonej równiez boki siedziska. This type of lounge set is intended for interior furnishing. With regard to similar, similar forms of objects known of this type, a leisure set according to an industrial design, a new form is distinguished, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, surface, structure and type of material. A leisure set according to an industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - shows the armchair in a front view, fig. 2 - shows the couch in a front view before unfolding, fig. 3 - shows photos of the armchair in a side view, fig. 4 - shows the photos of the sofa folded out from the side, fig. 5 - shows the photos of the sofa unfolded in the side view, fig. 6 - shows the photos of the sofa unfolded with the seat raised and a basket for bedding in the side view. The armchair and the fold-out sofa have a wooden frame formed by the front legs, the seat frame, the rear legs that pass into the backrest frame, a backrest for cushions and armrests, and an upholstered seat and backrests. The front legs above the seat are arched towards the backrest, and the rear legs extend above the seat into the side support and end arched above the slat that connects the rear legs and forms the support for the cushion. This trim on the outer sides of the upper edge has arched cuts. The sides of the seat frame, connecting the front and rear legs, have sinusoidal cuts on the upper edge. On the other hand, the bar connecting the front and rear legs at the height of the backrest has the shape of a bar directed with the arms towards the seat, which ends apart from the connection with the head's front legs and constitutes the armrest. The front plank of the seat frame has a symmetrical, sinusoidal cutout at the bottom edge. A cover with vertical stitching is placed on the backrest and the seat of the chair, and its lower edge is finished with a flounce that partially covers the front panel of the frame. The fold-out couch has a double bent mattress forming a backrest and a tilting seat finished with a front frame slat, which has a symmetrical, sinusoidal cut at the bottom edge. An original basket for bedding is placed under the tilting seat. The backrest for night use unfolds and forms a sleeping surface together with the seat. A cover with vertical stitching is placed on the backrest and the seat of the sofa, while its lower edge is finished with a flounce, which partially covers the front slats of the frame, and in the unfolded position also the sides of the seat. There are two decorative cushions on the couch. Covers and pillows are covered with decorative material. Significant features of the armchair and sofa bed are that the front legs above the seat are arched towards the backrest, and the rear legs pass above the seat into the side support and end arched above the slat that connects the rear legs and forms the support for the cushion. The strip has arched cuts on the outer sides of the upper edge. The sides of the seat frame, connecting the front and rear legs at the upper edge, have sinusoidal cuts, while the slats connecting the front and rear legs at the height of the backrest have the shape of a strip directed with the arms towards the seat, which ends apart from the connection with the front legs of the headstock and forms an armrest. the lower edge of the seat has a symmetrical, sinusoidal cut. A cover with vertical stitching is placed on the cushioned backrest and the seat cushion, and the bottom edge is finished with a flounce, which partially covers the front slat of the frame. The fold-out couch has a double-bent mattress forming a backrest and a tilting seat, which ends with a front frame slat, which has a symmetrical, sinusoidal cut at the bottom edge.
