Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy skladajacy sie z fotela i kanapy rozkladanej. Tego rodzaju zestaw wypoczynkowy przeznaczony jest do wyposazenia wnetrz. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaci przedmiotów, zestaw wypoczynkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, powierzchni, strukturze i rodzaju materialu. Fotel i kanapa rozkladana posiadaja drewniany stelaz utworzony przez przednie nogi, rame siedziska, tylne nogi przechodzace w rame oparcia, oparcie dla poduchy i podlokietniki oraz tapicerowane siedzisko i oparcia. Przednie nogi powyzej siedziska sa lukowato wygiete w strone oparcia, zas tylne nogi przechodza powyzej siedziska w oparcie boczne i lukowato koncza sie powyzej listwy, która laczy tylne nogi i tworzy oparcie dla poduchy. Listwa ta pozewnetrznych stronach górnej krawedzi ma lukowate wyciecia. Boki ramy siedziska, laczace przednie i tylne nogi, w górnej krawedzi maja sinusoidalne wyciecia. Natomiast listwa laczaca przednie i tylne nogi na wysokosci oparcia ma ksztalt listwy lukowato skierowanej ramionami ku siedzisku, która konczy sie poza polaczeniem z nogami przednimi glowiczka i stanowi podlokietnik. Przednia listwa ramy siedziska w dolnej krawedzi ma symetryczne, sinusoidalne wyciecie. Na oparcie i siedzisko fotela nalozony jest pokrowiec z pionowymi przeszyciami, a dolna jego krawedz zakonczona jest falbanka, która czesciowo zaslania przednia listwe ramy. Kanapa rozkladana ma podwójnie zgiety materac tworzacy oparcie i uchylne siedzisko zakonczone przednia listwa ramy, która w dolnej krawedzi ma symetryczne, sinusoidalne wyciecie. Pod uchylnym siedziskiem umieszczony jest oryginalny kosz na posciel. Oparcie do eksploatacji nocnej rozklada sie i razem z siedziskiem tworzy powierzchnie do spania. Na oparcie i siedzisko kanapy nalozony jest pokrowiec z pionowymi przeszyciami, zas dolna jego krawedz zakonczona jest falbanka, która czesciowo zaslania przednia listwe ramy, a w pozycji rozlozonej równiez boki siedziska. Na kanapie umieszczone sa dwie ozdobne poduchy. Pokrowce i poduchy pokryte sa ozdobnym materialem. Cechami istotnymi fotela i kanapy rozkladanej, jest to, ze przednie nogi powyzej siedziska sa lukowato wygiete w strone oparcia, zas tylne nogi przechodza powyzej siedziska w oparcie boczne i lukowato koncza sie powyzej listwy, która laczy tylne nogi i tworzy oparcie dla poduchy. This type of lounge set is intended for interior furnishing. Compared to similar items of this type, the lounge set based on the industrial design is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, surface, structure, and type of material. The lounge set based on the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair in a front view; Fig. 2 shows the sofa in a front view before unfolding; Fig. 3 shows a photograph of the armchair in a side view; Fig. 4 shows a photograph of the folded sofa in a side view; Fig. 5 shows a photograph of the unfolded sofa in a side view; Fig. 6 shows a photograph of the unfolded sofa with the seat raised and a bedding basket in a side view. The armchair and sofa bed feature a wooden frame formed by the front legs, seat frame, rear legs that extend into the backrest frame, cushion backrest, and armrests, as well as an upholstered seat and backrest. The front legs above the seat curve toward the backrest, while the rear legs extend above the seat into the side backrest and arc above a slat that connects the rear legs and forms the cushion backrest. This slat has arc-shaped cutouts on the outer edges of its upper edge. The sides of the seat frame, connecting the front and rear legs, have sinusoidal cutouts on their upper edges. The slat connecting the front and rear legs at backrest height is shaped like a slat with its arms directed toward the seat, ending beyond the connection with the front legs at the head and forming an armrest. The front frame rail has a symmetrical, sinusoidal cutout at the bottom edge. A cover with vertical stitching is placed over the backrest and seat, and its lower edge is finished with a ruffle that partially covers the front frame rail. The sofa bed features a double-curved mattress that forms the backrest and a tilting seat, finished with a front frame rail, which has a symmetrical, sinusoidal cutout at the bottom edge. A unique bedding basket is located under the tilting seat. For nighttime use, the backrest folds out, and together with the seat, it creates a sleeping surface. The sofa bed and backrest are finished with a cover with vertical stitching, and its lower edge is finished with a ruffle that partially covers the front frame rail and, in the unfolded position, also covers the sides of the seat. The sofa features two decorative cushions. The covers and cushions are upholstered in decorative fabric. The essential features of the armchair and sofa bed are that the front legs above the seat curve toward the backrest, while the rear legs extend above the seat into the side backrest and terminate in an arc above a slat that connects the rear legs and forms the backrest for the cushion. This slat has arc-shaped cutouts on the outer edges of the upper edge. The sides of the seat frame, connecting the front and rear legs at the upper edge, have sinusoidal cutouts, while the slats connecting the front and rear legs at the backrest are shaped like a slat with their arms curved toward the seat, ending beyond the connection with the front legs at the head and forming an armrest. The front slat of the seat frame has a symmetrical, sinusoidal cutout at the lower edge. The backrest and seat cushions are covered with a cover with vertical stitching, and its lower edge is finished with a ruffle that partially covers the front frame rail. The sofa bed features a double-curved mattress that forms the backrest and a tilting seat, which is finished with a front frame rail, which has a symmetrical, sinusoidal cutout at the bottom edge.
