According to the industrial design, the sofa is part of a group of upholstered lounge furniture and is intended for relaxation in a sitting, lying, or sleeping position. The essence of the industrial design is the new spatial arrangement of the individual elements comprising the sofa, manifested in their shape, line layout, colors, finish, and structural solution, all aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings and photographs attached to the application. Figure fig. 1 shows the sofa in a front view; fig. 2 shows the sofa in a side view; fig. 3 shows the sofa in a back view. Photograph fig. 1 shows the sofa in a front view; fig. 2 in a back view; fig. 3 in a side view; fig. 4 in a side view in the unfolded position; fig. 5 in a front view in the unfolded position. The extendable seat fig.fig.1A or fig.fig.3A in a side view has the shape of a horizontally arranged cuboid and is arranged straight, perpendicular to the extendable backrest fig.fig.3B. The extendable seat is constructed using a wooden frame with chipboard and MDF elements, the upper section of which is covered with flexible polyurethane foam, felt, and a Bonnell spring unit, covered with a textile upholstery fabric. A chrome leg (fig. 1H) is attached to the front of the extendable seat base, which serves as both a reinforcement and decorative element. The extendable backrest (fig. 3B) is also cuboid-shaped, but arranged vertically on a narrower plane, perpendicular to the extendable seat (fig. 3A). Its construction is based on a wooden frame with chipboard and MDF elements, the upper section of which is covered with flexible polyurethane foam, felt, and a Bonnell spring unit, covered with a textile fabric. The extendable backrest (Fig. 3B) is attached to the sofa box (Fig. 3C). When unfolded, the backrest rests on its side against the seat, creating a large, uniform sleeping surface, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The sofa box (Fig. 1C or Fig. 3C) is rectangular and located beneath the extendable seat. The frame-panel structure, made of wood and panel elements, is covered with textile upholstery on the outside and with textile lining on the inside. The box rests on four chrome-plated metal feet mounted in its corners (Fig. 1G and Fig. 3G). In addition to serving as the base of the sofa and its seat, the box also serves as a bedding container. It also constitutes the base for the movement of the extendable seat (fig. 3A) and the support for the folding backrest (fig. 3B). The backrest cushion (fig. ID) is an element placed on the extendable seat (fig. 1A) and resting on the surface of the folding backrest (fig. 3B). In the front view (fig. 1), the backrest cushions (fig. 1D) abut against each other along their shorter side edges (fig. 1K), and their other shorter edges are arc-cut in the shape of the armrest cushions (fig. 1L) lying on the seat. The backrest cushions (fig. 1D) are filled with shredded flexible polyurethane foam and silicone balls, covered with textile upholstery material on the outside. The armrest cushion (fig. 1E) is a two-part element consisting of a cushion (fig. 1E) and an armrest cover (fig. 1F). The elements are connected with Velcro and rest freely on the surface of the extendable seat (fig. 1A). The armrest cushion (fig. 1E) is made of a textile material sewn in the shape of a triangular prism filled with a wedge of flexible polyurethane foam. The armrest cover (fig. 1F), on the other hand, is made of several layers of upholstery wadding covered with upholstery material. The armrest cushion and cover serve two functions: first, as an armrest when the sofa is folded, and second, as a headrest when the sofa is unfolded. Significant features of industrial design. The essential features of the industrial design entitled "Textile fold-out sofa with a sleeping function" are all of the sofa's elements described and shown in the illustrations, their shape, function, and the methods of connecting individual elements, such as: 1. The extendable seat (fig. 1A or fig. 3A) in a side view has the shape of a horizontally oriented cuboid and is arranged perpendicularly to the extendable backrest (fig. 3B). A chrome-plated leg (fig. 1H) is attached to the front of the extendable seat base, which both reinforces the seat structure and serves as a decorative element. 2. The extendable backrest (fig. 3B) also has the shape of a cuboid, but arranged vertically on a narrower plane, situated perpendicular to the extendable seat (fig. 3A). The armrest cushion fig.fig.lE is a two-part element consisting of the cushion fig.fig.1E and the armrest cover fig.fig.1F. The elements are connected with Velcro and rest freely on the surface of the extendable seat (fig. 1A). The armrest cushion (fig. 1E) is made of a textile material sewn in the shape of a prism with a triangular cross-section, filled inside with a wedge of flexible polyurethane foam. The armrest cushion with the cover has a dual function: the first is to act as an armrest when the sofa is folded and the second is to act as a headrest when the sofa is unfolded.
