Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli mlodziezowych skladajacy sie z fotela i sofy trzyosobowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych mebli zestawu mlodziezowego wyrózniajacy sie zarówno walorami zdobniczymi jak i zaletami uzytkowymi, w tym i ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia czy lezenia, a takze skladania i rozkladania mebla do okreslonych funkcji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach i na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok aksonometryczny fotela, fig. 2 - widok perspektywiczny sofy trzyosobowej. Uzupelnieniem dokumentacji rysunkowej jest material ilustracyjny przedstawiajacy odbitki zdjec poszczególnych wyrobów, i tak: na fig. 3 pokazany jest widok czolowy fotela, na fig. 4 - widok od czola sofy trzyosobowej. Zestaw mebli mlodziezowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego na zewnetrznych powierzchniach zawiera pokryciowa tkanine meblowa i w czasie uzytkowania na jego powierzchni umieszczane sa oddzielne poduchy oparciowe zwiekszajace komfort oparcia, stanowiac równoczesnie dodatkowy element uzupelniajacy walory zdobnicze mebla. W zestawie mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego fotel j est jednostka modulowa sofy trzyosobowej z mozliwoscia zmiany funkcji zarówno do siedzenia, jak i do lezenia.Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze zawiera prostopadloscienne podlokietniki polaczone ze soba plyta cokolu, na której umieszczona jest poducha siedziska o katowej powierzchni czolowej, ze spadkiem od górnej powierzchni do plyty cokolu. Fotel na podlozu oparty jest czterema prostopadlosciennymi metalowymi slupkami, zamocowanymi do dolnych powierzchni podlokietników, majac jasny metalowy kolor, co stanowi istotny zdobniczy akcent w wygladzie fotela, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 . Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jak na fig. 1 jest sofa trzyosobowa bedaca skladowym wyrobem zestawu mebli mlodziezowych, której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze siedzisko i tylne oparcie ma szerokosc zblizona do potrójnej szerokosci fotela, przy czym siedzisko sklada sie z trzech oddzielnych segmentów poduch siedziska, zas tylne oparcie stanowi na calej dlugosci jednosegmentowa poduche. Poduchy siedziska ulozone sa na plycie cokolu podpartej od czola na trzech stopkach, zas w tylnej czesci cokól podparty jest poprzez podporowo- toczne rolki osadzone w prowadnicach zamocowanych do górnej krawedzi skrzyni poscielowej, bedacej spodnia czescia sofy. Przy rozkladaniu sofy w polozenie do lezenia, skrzynia poscielowa stanowi plaszczyzne podporowa dla poduchy tylnego oparcia, tworzac jedna powierzchnie do lezenia z segmentami poduch siedziska, po wysunieciu ich na zewnatrz podporowo-tocznymi rolkami. W polozeniu tym plyta cokolu podparta jest drugim koncem na trzech prostopadlosciennych stopkach. Podporowo-toczne rolki zapewniaja latwe skladanie i rozkladanie sofy, dajac duza powierzchnie do lezenia, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 2 i zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4 .Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a youth furniture set consisting of an armchair and a three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial arrangement of the individual pieces of furniture within the youth furniture set, distinguished by both decorative and functional qualities, including ergonomic aspects related to the comfort of sitting or lying down, as well as the ability to fold and unfold the furniture for specific functions. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings and illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows Fig. 1, an axonometric view of the armchair, and Fig. 2, a perspective view of the three-seater sofa. The drawing documentation is supplemented by illustrative material presenting photo prints of the individual products: Fig. 3, a frontal view of the armchair, and Fig. 4, a frontal view of the three-seater sofa. This industrial-style youth furniture set features upholstery fabric on its outer surfaces, and separate backrest cushions are placed on its surface during use, increasing the comfort of the backrest while also providing an additional decorative element. In the industrial-style furniture set, the armchair is a modular three-seater sofa unit with the option of changing between sitting and lying functions. The industrial-style armchair has essential industrial-style features, including rectangular armrests connected by a plinth panel, on which a seat cushion with an angled frontal surface is placed, sloping from the upper surface to the plinth panel. The edges of the armrests and their outer surfaces in the center of the vertical dividing line feature stitching. Its distinctive appearance divides the armrests into specific functional areas, simultaneously enhancing the chair's aesthetic. The seat cushion, resting on the plinth, also has stitched edges and connects at an angle to the rear backrest cushion on the inside, with the side surface overlapping with a recess onto the upper surfaces of the armrests. The edges of the rear backrest cushion are also stitched. The armchair is supported on a base by four rectangular metal posts attached to the lower surfaces of the armrests, having a light metal color, which constitutes an important decorative accent in the appearance of the armchair, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and in the illustrative material Fig. 3. A variation of the industrial design as in Fig. 1 is a three-seater sofa, which is a component product of a youth furniture set, the essential features of which of the industrial design are that the seat and backrest have a width close to three times the width of the armchair, the seat consists of three separate seat cushion segments, while the backrest is a single-segment cushion along its entire length. The seat cushions rest on a plinth board supported at the front by three feet, while the rear section of the plinth is supported by support and rolling rollers mounted in guides attached to the upper edge of the bedding box, which is the underside of the sofa. When the sofa is folded out to the lying position, the bedding box provides a support surface for the rear backrest cushion, creating a single lying surface with the seat cushion segments, when they are slid outward by the support and rolling rollers. In this position, the plinth board is supported at its other end on three rectangular feet. The support and rolling rollers ensure easy folding and unfolding of the sofa, providing a large lying surface, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 2 and the attached illustrative material Fig. 4.
