PLThe industrial design covers a set of lounge furniture, consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa, and a corner sofa. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and color composition of the lounge furniture set's surfaces, distinguished by aesthetic, functional, and ergonomic qualities related to the comfort of sitting or lying down, as well as the ability to fold and unfold the furniture for specific functions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of an armchair being the first variety of a set of lounge furniture, Fig. 2 - a front view of a two-seater sofa being the second variety of a set of lounge furniture, Fig. 3 - a front view of a three-seater sofa being the third variety of a set of lounge furniture, Fig. 4 - a front view of a corner sofa being the fourth variety of a set of lounge furniture. A set of lounge furniture according to an industrial design is a type of upholstered furniture, the outer surface of which may be covered with a colored furniture upholstery fabric or, as in the subject of the application, with natural upholstery furniture leather. The set of lounge furniture includes an armchair with dimensions that constitute a reference to its recognition as a modular unit of a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa, and a corner sofa, creating varieties of the set of lounge furniture. The first type of lounge furniture set is an armchair, the essential features of which are industrial design, characterized by the fact that it contains a wooden frame consisting of a lower horizontal board, above which there is a front vertical plinth board, a rear vertical backrest board slightly inclined backwards and side framed board armrests with rectangular and arc-shaped through-cuts, the slatted backrest arms of which have an arc shape rising towards the rear corner vertical support elements. The front corner support elements are cuboid-shaped with oval-profiled recesses at the top that connect radially to the slatted backrest arms. Their outer front surfaces feature double grooved recesses parallel to the longitudinal edges. The front vertical corner support elements rest on the floor via cylindrical, ring-shaped feet. A seat cushion with an arc-shaped front surface extending beyond the plinth board is placed between the armrests. The slatted backrest arms of the armrests support flat side backrest cushions, which have an arc-shaped outer surface, characteristic of surface overhangs, and which contact the seat cushion on the inner side. At the rear of the armrests, the flat cushions of the side backrests meet the overlapping side surfaces of the rear backrest cushion. A rectangular recess is formed in the center of the rear backrest cushion, with a single-layer creasing on its surface. Above the recess, double stitching lines form two parallel trapezoids, one outer and one inner, whose surfaces constitute the upper central support area of the rear backrest. Below the rectangular surface, two stitches define a rectangular surface that contacts the seat cushion. The side wrinkles resulting from the recess enhance the aesthetics of the rear backrest of the armchair, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The second variety of the lounge furniture set is a two-seater sofa, whose essential industrial design features include a seat and backrest width approximately twice the width of the armchair. The plinth, seat surface, and backrest surface are uniform. The two-seater character of the sofa results from the arrangement of two rectangular recesses on the rear backrest surface, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. The third variety of the lounge furniture set is a three-seater sofa, whose essential industrial design features include a seat and backrest width approximately three times the width of the armchair. The plinth, seat surface and backrest surface have a uniform structure. The three-seater character of the sofa results from the arrangement of three rectangular recesses on the surface of the backrest, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 3. The fourth variety of the set of lounge furniture is a corner sofa, whose essential features of the industrial design are characterized by the fact that it consists of a two-segment front set, mounted between two armrests, connected by a corner sofa with a trapezoidal seat and a two-segment arched backrest, with a perpendicular three-segment side set, wherein the plinths, seats and backrest of the individual sets have a uniform structure, and the frame is additionally supported by feet located in the centers of the individual sets, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 4.
