Zestaw mebli tapicerowanych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli tapicerowanych, przeznaczony do wyposazenia duzego pomieszczenia goscinnego lub salonu. W sklad zestawu wchodzi kanapa narozna, sofa dwumiejscowa i fotel. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie siedzisk i poduch, ukladzie linii przeszyc i wykonczen oraz konturów boczków i oparc. Ponadto elementy zestawu posiadaja dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja rozkladania i przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia albo zawieraja rózne uzyteczne dodatki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1. przedstawia naroznik w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji zlozonej, fig. 2. - naroznik w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji rozlozonej, natomiast fig. 3. przedstawia sofe dwumiejscowa w widoku perspektywicznym w pozycji zlozonej, zas fig. 4. - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi zestaw elementów, w sklad którego wchodzi naroznik, sofa dwumiejscowa i fotel.2 Kazdy z elementów zestawu posiada jeden lub dwa boczki w ksztalcie szerokich prostopadloscianów, które maja fantazyjne odszycie z podwójnym sciegiem, przebiegajace z przodu po skrajnej krawedzi, zas z boku w nieznacznym oddaleniu od krawedzi górnej oraz dolnej, boczki sa tez osadzone na nózkach, majacych postac ulozonych poziomo, metalowych walców o dlugosci równej szerokosci boczków. Boczki sa polaczone z konstrukcja stelaza, tworzacego przynajmniej jedno siedzisko oraz oparcie, przy czym siedzisko z przodu jest zaopatrzone w prostopadla, lekko wybrzuszona oslone, która u dolu ma waska, plaska listwe, zas na siedzisku jest umieszczona poducha z podwójnymi przeszyciami na krawedziach. Oparcie z tylu jest pionowe i plaskie, powierzchnie górna ma szeroka i wykonczona owalnie, zas powierzchnia przednia jest skosna i lekko wypukla u dolu, ponadto jest umieszczona poducha, wystajaca powyzej oparcia, która ma podwójne przeszycia na krawedziach oraz jedno wglebne poziome odszycie umieszczone nieznacznie ponizej polowy poduchy, zas na oparciu powyzej poduchy moze byc umieszczony zaglówek. Naroznik ma siedzisko podzielone na segment rozkladany do przodu i segment boczny, zas z jednej strony segmentu rozkladanego znajduje sie boczek, w którym na powierzchni bocznej, nieznacznie ponizej powierzchni górnej, jest umieszczona wysuwana póleczka. Segment rozkladany zawiera dodatkowo mechanizm z wewnetrznym materacem osadzonym pod siedziskiem oraz podglówek umieszczony wewnatrz oparcia. Segment boczny zawiera kwadratowa poduche siedziska naroznego z uformowanymi skosnie poduchami oparcia oraz poszerzona na koncu poduche siedziska skrajnego, które jest dluzsze od oparcia wraz poducha oparcia. Nad niektórymi, wybranymi przez uzytkownika poduchami oparcia, sa umieszczone zaglówki.Sofa dwumiejscowa ma segment rozkladany do przodu z podwójnym siedziskiem i oparciem, podobnie jak naroznik, gdzie nad poduchami mozna umiescic zaglówki, natomiast z obu stron segmentu znajduja sie boczki. Fotel ma pojedyncze stale siedzisko z oparciem, gdzie nad poducha oparcia jest umieszczony zaglówek, natomiast z obu stron znajduja sie boczki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. The set includes a corner sofa, a two-seater sofa, and an armchair. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the shape of the seats and cushions, the arrangement of stitching and trim lines, and the contours of the side panels and backrests. Furthermore, the set's elements possess additional functional features related to the reclining function and transformation from a sitting piece to a lying piece, or incorporate various useful accessories. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the corner sofa in a folded position, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the corner sofa in an unfolded position, Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the two-seater sofa in a folded position, and Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the armchair. The industrial design is a set of elements consisting of a corner sofa, a two-seater sofa, and an armchair.2 Each element of the set has one or two side panels in the shape of wide cuboids, which have fancy double-stitching, running along the outer edge at the front, and slightly offset from the top and bottom edges at the sides. The side panels are also mounted on legs in the form of horizontally arranged metal cylinders, the length of which is equal to the width of the side panels. The side panels are connected to a frame structure, forming at least one seat and a backrest. The front of the seat is provided with a perpendicular, slightly bulging cover, which has a narrow, flat strip at the bottom, and the seat cushion is placed on top with double-stitching on the edges. The backrest is vertical and flat, the upper surface is wide and oval, while the front surface is sloping and slightly convex at the bottom. Furthermore, there is a cushion protruding above the backrest, which has double stitching on the edges and a single recessed horizontal stitching located slightly below the cushion's midpoint. A headrest can be placed on the backrest above the cushion. The corner sofa has a seat divided into a forward-folding section and a side section. On one side of the folding section is a side section, which has a pull-out shelf on the side surface, slightly below the top. The folding section also includes a mechanism with an internal mattress embedded under the seat and a headrest located inside the backrest. The side section includes a square corner seat cushion with diagonally shaped backrest cushions and a widened outer seat cushion, which is longer than the backrest and backrest cushion. Headrests are located above some of the backrest cushions, selected by the user. The two-seater sofa has a forward-folding section with a double seat and backrest, similar to a corner sofa, where headrests can be placed above the cushions, and side panels are located on both sides of the section. The armchair has a single fixed seat with a backrest, where a headrest is located above the backrest cushion, and side panels are located on both sides. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
