Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wielofunkcyjny zestaw modulowych mebli tapicerowanych. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie poszczególnych mebli zestawu, i w ukladzie linii tapicerskich przeszyc ich siedzisk i oparc. Znane sa róznorodne zestawy wielofunkcyjnych mebli tapicerowanych majace postac kanap naroznikowych zestawianych z foteli i sof jedno dwu- i trzyosobowych. Sofy znanych zestawów posiadaja, czesto, siedziska wyposazone w wysuwane pojemniki na posciel albo sa przeksztalcalne w meble do lezenia. Np. z opisu wzoru przemyslowego nr 4125 znany jest komplet mebli wypoczynkowych tapicerowanych, których cokoly kanap i foteli podzielone sa poziomymi liniami stebnowania na trzy poziome czesci, przy czym dwie górne czesci maja widoczne od przodu zmarszczenia. Ponizej srodka wysokosci oparc kanap i foteli znanego kompletu przebiega linia stebnowania o ksztalcie lagodnego luku wypuklego do dolu. Znany jest, równiez, wielofunkcyjny zestaw modulowych mebli tapicerowanych produkcji Fabryki Mebli „PIASKI", którego oparcia w widoku z boku, maja ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu prostopadloscianu w górnej czesci splaszczonego i zakonczonego owalem oraz, wyposazone sa w poziome tapicerskieprzeszycia usytuowane równolegle do siedziska na V 3 wysokosci oparc, od których promieniscie Jcu górze" rozchodza sie ukosne przeszycia wytyczajace odwrócony trapez. Zestaw wedlug wzoru sklada sie z modulowych mebli, takich jak: jednoosobowa sofa, jednoosobowa sofa z przedluzonym siedziskiem, dwuosobowa sofa, trzyosobowa sofa, segmenty skrajne i segmenty narozne, które sa dowolnie komponowane w kanapy narozne posiadajace wspólne elementy skrajne ( fig. 1,2,12) lub, tez, stanowia oddzielne meble wypoczynkowe, z których kazdy wyposazony jest w skrajne elementy: lewy i prawy stanowiace swoje lustrzane odbicie (fig. 1,3,4,5,10). Sofy dwu- i trzyosobowe wyposazone sa w wysuwane pojemniki, a jednoosobowasofa z przedluzonym siedziskiem ma odchylna w kierunku „ku górze" górna czesc odkrywajaca pojemnik na posciel (fig.2 i 6). Do kompozycji rozmaitych naroznikowych kanap przeznaczone sa narozne segmenty: duzy, sredni i maly (fig. 7,8,9) i segmenty skrajne: lewy i prawy (fig. 10) oraz dostawialna pufa (fig. 11 i 12). Górna czesc oparc sof zestawu wedlug wzoru ma, w widoku z boku, ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu trapezu, którego dolna podstawa 1 w stosunku do prawego boku h usytuowana jest pod katem zblizonym do kata 90°, a górna podstawa z lewym bokiem polaczona jest owalnie, przy czym stosunek dlugosci dolnej podstawy 1 do dlugosci prawego boku h wynosi 2 : 3 (fig. 13). Ponadto, oparcia sof trzyosobowej i dwuosobowej, podzielone sa pionowymi liniami tapicerskich stebnowan na segmenty wytyczajace oparcie jednej osoby, przy czym wszystkie oparcia sof i segmentów naroznych podzielone sa poprzecznie poziomo biegnacymi liniami stebnowan na wysokosci okolo Vi oparc majacymi ksztalt wydluzonej litery C skierowanej brzuszkiem „ku górze". Poduchy siedzisk sofy dwuosobowej i trzyosobowej podzielone sa, równiez, poziomo biegnacymi liniami stebnowan stanowiacymi przedluzenie pionowych linii stebnowan ich oparc. Natomiast, przednia czesc skrajnych elementów zestawu wedlug wzoru, w widoku od przodu, ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu odwróconego trapezu (fig. 10), którego górna podstawa ma ksztalt usytuowanej ukosnie litery C, odpowiadajacy równiez, ksztaltowi podlokietnika, przy czym obrzeza podlokietnika maja, w widoku od przodu t dwie linie stebnowan o ksztalcie litery C, dzieki czemu podlokietnik sprawia wrazenie oddzielnie nalozonego elementu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Górna czesc oparc sof ma, w widoku z boku, ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu trapezu, którego dolna podstawa I usytuowana jest w stosunku do prawego boku h pod katem zblizonym do kata 90°, a górna podstawa polaczona jest z lewym bokiem owalem. Stosunek dlugosci 1 podstawy trapezu do dlugosci prawego boku h wynosi 2:3 . Oparcie sof i naroznych segmentów podzielone sa poprzecznie poziomobiegnacymi liniami stebnowan usytuowanych na okolo V* wysokosci oparc, przy czym linie poziomych stebnowan maja ksztalt wydluzonej litery C skierowanej brzuszkiem „ku górze". Ponadto, przednia czesc skrajnych elementów zestawu ma ksztalt, w widoku od przodu, zblizony do ksztaltu odwróconego trapezu, którego górna podstawa ma ksztalt usytuowanej ukosnie litery C i jej zwienczenie stanowi podlokietnik majacy, w widoku od przodu, dwie linie stebnowan o ksztalcie litery C. The essence of the design is revealed in the shape of the individual pieces within the set and in the arrangement of the upholstery stitching lines on their seats and backrests. Various sets of multifunctional upholstered furniture are known, taking the form of corner sofas composed of armchairs and single, two-, and three-seater sofas. The sofas in these sets often have seats equipped with pull-out bedding compartments or can be converted into lounge furniture. For example, the description of industrial design no. 4125 describes a set of upholstered lounge furniture whose plinths of the sofas and armchairs are divided into three horizontal sections by horizontal stitching lines, with the two upper sections having creases visible from the front. Below the midpoint of the backrests of the sofas and armchairs in this known set, a stitching line runs in the shape of a gentle, convex arc, curving downward. There is also a well-known multifunctional set of modular upholstered furniture manufactured by Fabryka Mebli "PIASKI", whose backrests, in a side view, have a shape similar to a cuboid, flattened in the upper part and topped with an oval, and are equipped with horizontal upholstery stitching situated parallel to the seat at the V3 height of the backrests, from which diagonal stitching radiates outwards at the top, defining an inverted trapezoid. The subject of the industrial design is shown in drawings and photographs, where Fig. 1 shows the furniture included in the set: a corner sofa consisting of a single-seater armchair with an extended seat, a three-seater sofa, a medium-sized corner section and a two-seater sofa, as well as a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa and a single-seater sofa - all with end elements - in a general view, Fig. 2 - a sofa corner sofa composed of the following furniture set: one-seater sofa with an extended seat, the upper part of which is raised and reveals a bedding container, two-seater sofa with an extended container, three-seater sofa with an extended container and raised sleeping area, two-seater sofa with a partially extended container and two common extreme elements: left and right - general view, fig. 3 - three-seater sofa - in perspective view from the left front corner, fig. 4 - two-seater sofa and fig. 5 - one-seater sofa with an extendable container - in a view as in fig. 3, fig. 6 - one-seater sofa with an extended seat without extreme segments - in perspective view from the right front corner, fig. 7 - large corner segment - front view, fig. 8 - medium corner segment - front view, fig. 9 - small corner sectional - front view, fig. 10 - left and right outer sections - front view, fig. 11 - pouffe - side view, fig. 12 - corner sofa with a pouffe attached in place of the right outer section, and fig. 13 - upper part of the sofa backrest - side view. The set, according to the pattern, consists of modular furniture, such as: a one-seater sofa, a one-seater sofa with an extended seat, a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa, outer sections, and corner sections, which can be freely combined into corner sofas with common outer sections (figs. 1, 2, 12) or, alternatively, constitute separate lounge furniture, each equipped with left and right outer sections that are mirror images of each other (figs. 1, 3, 4, 5, 10). Two- and three-seater sofas are equipped with pull-out containers, and the one-seater sofa with an extended seat has an upper part that tilts upwards, revealing a bedding container (fig. 2 and 6). Corner segments are intended for the composition of various corner sofas: large, medium and small (fig. 7, 8, 9) and extreme segments: left and right (fig. 10) and an add-on pouffe (fig. 11 and 12). The upper part of the backrests of the sofa set according to the pattern has, in a side view, a shape close to a trapezoid, the lower base 1 of which is located at an angle close to 90° in relation to the right side h, and the upper base is connected to the left side in an oval shape, where the ratio of the length of the lower base 1 to the length of the right side h is 2:3 (fig. 13). In addition, the backrests of the three-seater and two-seater sofas are divided by vertical lines of upholstery stitching into segments defining the backrest for one person, while all the backrests of the sofas and corner segments are divided crosswise by horizontally running stitching lines at a height of approximately V of the backrests, in the shape of an elongated letter C with the belly facing upwards. The seat cushions of the two-seater and three-seater sofas are also divided by horizontally running stitching lines constituting an extension of the vertical lines of the stitching of their backrests. In contrast, the front part of the outermost elements of the set according to the pattern, in a front view, has a shape similar to that of an inverted trapezoid (fig. 10), whose upper base has the shape of a diagonally arranged letter C, also corresponding to the shape of the armrest, while the armrest's edges have, in the front view, two C-shaped stitching lines, thanks to which the armrest gives the impression of a separately applied element. Essential features of the industrial design: The upper part of the sofa backrests has, in a side view, a shape similar to that of a trapezoid, whose lower base I is situated in relation to the right side h at an angle close to 90°, and the upper base is connected to the left side by an oval. The ratio of the length 1 of the trapezoid base to the length of the right side h is 2:3. The backrests of the sofas and corner segments are divided transversely by horizontal stitching lines located at approximately V* height of the backrests, where the horizontal stitching lines have the shape of an elongated letter C with its belly facing upwards. Furthermore, the front part of the outermost elements of the set has a shape, in a front view, close to the shape of an inverted trapezoid, the upper base of which has the shape of a diagonally placed letter C and its culmination is an armrest having, in a front view, two C-shaped stitching lines.
