W sklad zestawu wchodzi naroznik z otomana, sofa trójmiejscowa, sofa dwumiejscowa i fotel. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie siedzisk i poduch, ukladzie linii przeszyc i wykonczen oraz konturów boczków i oparc. Ponadto elementy zestawu posiadaja dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja rozkladania i przeksztalcania z mebli do siedzenia w meble do lezenia albo zawieraja pod uchylnymi poduchami obszerne pojemniki na posciel. Kazdy z elementów zestawu posiada obudowe zawierajaca boczki polaczone z konstrukcja tylnego oparcia, w których przestrzeni osadzone jest przynajmniej jedno plaskie siedzisko zaopatrzone z przodu w prostopadla, siegajaca do dolu oslone, natomiast na siedzisku, przy tylnym oparciu, umieszczona jest przynajmniej jedna swobodna poducha, zakrywajac powierzchnie wewnetrzna konstrukcji tylnego oparcia. Boczki obudowy maja stala szerokosc i sa lekko odchylone na zewnatrz, zas z przodu sa zakonczone plasko. Z tylu boczki lagodnie, lukowato lacza sie z konstrukcja tylnego oparcia tworzac gladka wyoblona powierzchnie zewnetrzna, przy czym u dolu powierzchnia ta jest zaopatrzona w poziome odszycie tworzace niewielki dolny margines. Górne powierzchnie boczków z tylu lagodnie lacza sie z górna powierzchnia oparcia, zas ku przodowi sa lekko pochylone do dolu. The set includes a corner sofa with an ottoman, a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, and an armchair. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the shape of the seats and cushions, the arrangement of stitching and trim lines, and the contours of the side and backrests. Furthermore, the set's elements feature additional functional features related to the reclining function and transformation from seating to lounger, or include spacious bedding storage under the folding cushions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1. shows a corner sofa with an ottoman in a perspective view in a folded position, fig. 2. - a corner sofa with an ottoman in a perspective view in an unfolded position and with a raised ottoman, while fig. 3. shows a three-seater sofa in a perspective view in a folded position, fig. 4. - a three-seater sofa in a perspective view in an unfolded position, furthermore fig. 5. shows a two-seater sofa in a perspective view in a folded position, fig. 6. - a two-seater sofa in a perspective view in an unfolded position, while fig. 7. - an armchair in a front-side perspective view and fig. 8. - an armchair in a perspective view from the back.2 The subject of the industrial design is a set of elements which includes a corner sofa with an ottoman, a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa and an armchair. Each set element has a housing containing side panels connected to the rear backrest structure. Within these panels sits at least one flat seat, equipped with a perpendicular, downward-reaching cover at the front. At least one free cushion is placed on the seat, adjacent to the rear backrest, covering the inner surface of the rear backrest structure. The housing side panels have a constant width and are slightly angled outward, while the front ends are flat. At the rear, the side panels gently curve into the rear backrest structure, creating a smooth, rounded outer surface. At the bottom, this surface is provided with a horizontal trim creating a small lower margin. The upper surfaces of the side panels at the rear smoothly connect to the upper surface of the backrest, while at the front, they are slightly angled downward. The front vertical seat cover replicates the rounded shape of the front edge of the seat, accentuated by stitching, and is equipped with a horizontal trim at the bottom, creating a small lower margin. At the sides, it extends beyond the seat width and partially covers the front surfaces of the side panels. The corner sofa with ottoman has a seat divided into a forward-folding section that contains an additional inner mattress for lying down and a tilting ottoman that contains a storage compartment for bedding. The rear backrest features three free-standing cushions. The front cover of the section is convex on one side and its tip partially covers the front surface of one side section. On the other side, it is concave and its tip contacts the cover of the ottoman, whose seat is shaped like a forward, rounded tongue. The outer side of the seat partially covers the front surface of the second side section, which is slightly longer than the first. The three-seater sofa has a single seat, which is a forward-folding section that contains an additional inner mattress for lying down, while three loose cushions are placed near the rear backrest. The front cover of the section is convex at the ends and concave in the middle. The two-seater sofa has a single seat, which is a forward-folding section that contains an additional bedding box, and two loose cushions are placed near the rear backrest. The front cover of the section is curved at the ends. The armchair has a single fixed seat with a curved front cover, while the rear backrest has a single loose cushion. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, consisting of a corner sofa with an ottoman, a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa and an armchair, is characterized in that each element of the set has a casing containing side panels connected to the structure of the backrest, in the space of which at least one flat seat is mounted, provided at the front with a perpendicular, downward-reaching cover, while on the seat, near the backrest, at least one free cushion is placed, covering the inner surface of the structure of the backrest, wherein the sides of the casing have a constant width and are slightly inclined outwards, and at the front they are finished flat, moreover at the back they gently, arch-like connect to the structure of the backrest, creating a smooth, rounded outer surface, where at the bottom this surface is provided with a horizontal trim, creating a small lower margin, while the upper surfaces of the side panels at the back gently connect to the upper surface of the backrest, and towards the front are slightly inclined downwards, moreover, the front vertical cover of the seat reproduces the rounded shape of the front edge of the seat, emphasized by stitching, and at the bottom it is provided with a horizontal stitching, creating a small lower margin, while on the sides it protrudes beyond the width of the seat and partially covers the front surfaces of the side panels, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1. - Fig. 8. 2. A set of upholstered furniture, consisting of a corner sofa with an ottoman, a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa and an armchair, is characterized in that the corner sofa with an ottoman has a seat divided into a segment that unfolds forward, which contains an additional inner mattress for lying down, and a tilting ottoman, which contains a box for bedding, while at the rear backrest there are three free cushions, moreover, the front cover of the unfolding segment is emphasized on one side and ends with it partially covers the front surface of one side, while on the other side it is concave and its end is in contact with the cover of the ottoman, the seat of which has the shape of a rounded tongue protruding forward, the outer side of the seat partially covers the front surface of the second side, which is slightly longer than the first, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 3.
