Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie siedzisk i poduch, ukladzie linii przeszyc i wykonczen oraz konturów boczków i oparc. Dodatkowo kanapa posiada cechy uzytkowe, które sa zwiazane z mozliwoscia rozkladania lub przechowywania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kanapa narozna, która zawiera szeroki segment rozkladany, osloniety skrajnie boczkiem oraz z drugiej strony, polaczony z segmentem naroznikowym, do którego przystaje segment prosty siedziskowy, polaczony dalej z segmentem skrzyniowym, zas przy nim jest umieszczony segment fotelowy rozkladany oraz skrajny boczek. Segmenty siedziskowe kanapy naroznej posiadaja tapicerowane siedziska w ksztalcie prostokatnych, gladkich poduch, które lagodnym wyobleniem sa polaczone z przodu z szeroka oslona w formie analogicznych, gladkich, tapicerowanych prostokatów. Powyzej znajduje sie lekko odchylone do tylu tapicerowane oparcie, osloniete poduchami, na których poprzez przeszycia, sa uformowane na górze podluzne, poziome poduchy zaglówkowe, zas pod nimi po dwie poduchy plecowe. Skrajne boki segmentów maja powierzchnie plaskie, dopasowane do boków pozostalych segmentów lub boczków. Szeroki segment rozkladany, na siedzisku i przedniej tapicerowanej oslonie ma wzdluzne przeszycia, które dziela ich powierzchnie na cztery prostokaty. Odpowiednio do tych przeszyc na oparciu sa wykonane przeszycia tworzace na górze dwie waskie poduchy zaglówkowe, zas ponizej pod nimi cztery waskie poduchy plecowe. Zaglówkowa czesc oparcia jest ruchoma i pozwala zmieniac pozycje z wyprostowanej na przechylona ku przodowi. Poduchy segmentu fotelowego rozkladanego maja przeszycia analogiczne do pozostalych segmentów. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the shape of the seats and cushions, the arrangement of stitching lines and trim, and the contours of the sides and backrests. Additionally, the sofa possesses functional features related to its fold-out and storage capabilities. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in perspective views, in which Fig. 1 shows the corner sofa in a front view, Fig. 2 – the corner sofa in a front-side view with the wide fold-out segment unfolded, Fig. 3 – the corner sofa in a side-rear view with the open lid of the storage compartment of the box segment and the fold-out armchair segment unfolded, Fig. 4 – the corner sofa in a side-rear view from the side of the second wing of the furniture. The subsequent perspective views show individual segments of the bench seat, where fig. 5 shows the wide folding front segment in the folded position, fig. 6 – the wide folding side segment in the folded position, fig. 7 – the corner segment, fig. 8 – the straight seat segment, fig. 9 – the box segment with the storage compartment lid lowered, furthermore fig. 10 – the folding side seat segment in the folded position, fig. 11 – the folding seat segment in the folded position, fig. 12 – the folding seat segment in the folded position with the tilted headrest, while fig. 13 shows the extreme side section from the side, fig. 14 – the extreme narrow side section at the front, and fig. 15 – the extreme wide side section at the back. The industrial design is a corner sofa, comprising a wide reclining section, covered by a side panel, and connected to a corner section on the other side. This section is joined by a straight seat section, which is further connected to a box section. Next to this section is a reclining armchair section and a side panel. The corner sofa's seating sections feature upholstered seats in the shape of rectangular, smooth cushions, which are gently curved at the front and connected to a wide cover in the form of similar, smooth, upholstered rectangles. Above this is a slightly rearward-tilted upholstered backrest, covered with cushions, on which, through stitching, long, horizontal headrest cushions are formed at the top, and two backrest cushions are formed below. The outer sides of the segments have flat surfaces, matching the sides of the remaining sections or side panels. The wide reclining section features longitudinal stitching on the seat and front upholstered cover, dividing their surfaces into four rectangles. Corresponding to these stitching patterns, the backrest is also stitched to create two narrow headrest cushions at the top, and four narrow backrest cushions below them. In the reclining position, the movable seat, permanently attached to the front cover, extends forward, while behind it, thanks to familiar lifting mechanisms, the frame with the mattress extends from underneath, creating a shared, large lying surface. The corner section features a smooth, square seat with a seat cushion, with backrests on the two adjacent sides, while the two opposite sides have flat, upholstered surfaces that match the sides of the other sections. Furthermore, the front vertical edge of the base is gently rounded. The straight seat section features single longitudinal stitching on the seat and front upholstered cover, dividing their surfaces into two equal rectangles. The backrest features stitching that creates a single headrest cushion at the top and two backrest cushions below. The box section is an upholstered box, shaped like a wedge that tapers forward, its longer sides matching those of the other segments. The upper edge of the front surface is rounded, matching the shape of the seat cushions in the other segments. The interior of the box is covered with a wooden cover, creating a handy storage compartment. The reclining seat section is mounted on an electrically controlled, familiar mechanism that transforms it into a lying position by adjusting the position of the backrest and seat and raising the front cover. The headrest section of the backrest is movable and allows for adjustments from an upright position to a forward-leaning position. The seat cushions of the reclining section feature stitching similar to the other sections. On the outer edges of the corner sofa are side panels in the shape of rounded cuboids, which are covered in the upper part, inside and out, with smooth, flat, rounded cushions. The outer surfaces of the side panels feature single horizontal and vertical stitching. The corner sofa is available in various color combinations and upholstery textures. Essential features of industrial design 1 Corner sofa, characterized in that it comprises a wide fold-out segment, covered with a side panel on the extreme side and on the other side, connected to a corner segment, to which a straight seat segment is attached, further connected to a box segment, and next to it there is a fold-out armchair segment and the second extreme side panel, wherein the seat segments have upholstered seats in the shape of rectangular, smooth cushions, which are gently curved at the front and connected to a wide cover in the form of analogous, smooth, upholstered rectangles, and above there is an upholstered backrest slightly tilted back, covered with cushions on which, through stitching, longitudinal, horizontal headrest cushions are formed at the top, and below them two backrest cushions, furthermore, the extreme sides of the segments have flat surfaces, matched to the sides of the remaining segments or side panels, while the side panels have the shape of rounded cuboids, which in the upper part, from the inside and at the top, are covered with smooth, flat, rounded cushions, and their outer surfaces are provided with single horizontal and vertical stitching, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 15. 2 Corner sofa, characterized in that the wide folding segment, on the seat and on the front upholstered cover, has longitudinal stitching that divides their surfaces into four narrow rectangles, in addition, corresponding to these stitching, the backrest is stitched to form two narrow headrest cushions at the top, and four narrow backrest cushions below them, while in the unfolded position, permanently connected to the front cover, the movable seat is moved forward, and behind it, thanks to the known mechanisms 3.
