PL 24676 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa rozkladana, która jest zaopatrzona w ruchome elementy oslony boków. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebla, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, pikowan, ksztalcie konturów, a szczególnie w konstrukcji elementów bocznych, które sa integralnie zwiazane z poducha siedziska. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicznych, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia kanape z przodu, fig. 2 – kanape w ujeciu tylno-bocznym, fig. 3 – kanape w ujeciu przednio-bocznym, fig. 4 – kanape z podniesionym siedziskiem, zas fig. 5 – kanape w pozycji rozlozonej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kanapa rozkladana, majaca podstawe w formie skrzyni poscielowej, na której sa umieszczone, na mechanizmach podnosnikowych, polaczone z soba pojedyncze poduchy oparcia oraz siedziska. W pozycji zlozonej oparcie jest lekko pochylone i z tylu szczelnie osloniete tkanina tapicerki. W pozycji rozlozonej poduchy oparcia i siedziska tworza jednolita plaska powierzchnie. Krawedzie poduch sa uwydatnione na calym obwodzie wzdluzna faldka podwójnego przeszycia. Poducha oparcia posiada jedno poziome i trzy pionowe przeszycia, które sa pikowane w symetrycznie rozlozonych punktach przeciecia linii przeszyc. Siedzisko jest szersze od oparcia i posiada integralna, lekko wyoblona, tapicerowana, lekko wyoblona, szeroka oslone boczna, która jest zabudowana do dolu poza poduche siedziska, co dodatkowo oslania przód oraz boki skrzyni poscielowej i ukrywa mechanizmy podnosników. Poducha siedziska posiada dwa wzdluzne oraz trzy poprzeczne przeszycia, które sa pikowane w symetrycznie rozlozonych punktach przeciecia linii przeszyc. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the arrangement of stitching lines, quilting, contours, and especially in the construction of the side panels, which are integrally connected to the seat cushion. The industrial design is shown in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front, Fig. 2 – the sofa from the rear-side view, Fig. 3 – the sofa from the front-side view, Fig. 4 – the sofa with the seat raised, and Fig. 5 – the sofa in the unfolded position. The industrial design is a sofa bed with a base in the form of a bedding box, on which individual backrest and seat cushions are connected by lifting mechanisms. In the folded position, the backrest is slightly tilted and tightly covered with upholstery fabric at the back. In the unfolded position, the backrest and seat cushions form a uniform, flat surface. The edges of the cushions are accentuated along their entire circumference by a longitudinal fold of double stitching. The backrest cushion has one horizontal and three vertical stitching lines, quilted at symmetrically placed stitching intersections. The seat is wider than the backrest and has an integral, slightly curved, upholstered, wide side panel, which extends downward beyond the seat cushion, further protecting the front and sides of the bedding box and concealing the lifting mechanisms. The seat cushion features two longitudinal and three transverse stitching lines, quilted at symmetrically placed stitching intersections. The sofa is available in a variety of upholstery color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A folding sofa, having a base in the form of a bedding box on which the backrest and seat cushions are placed on lifting mechanisms, is characterized in that the seat is wider than the backrest and has an integral, slightly curved, upholstered, wide side cover of the seat cushion, which is built down beyond the seat cushion, which additionally covers the front and sides of the bedding box and hides the lifting mechanisms, moreover, the seat cushion has two longitudinal and three transverse stitchings, which are quilted at symmetrically placed points of intersection of the stitching lines, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 5. 2. A folding sofa, is characterized in that in the folded position the backrest cushion is slightly inclined and tightly covered with the upholstery fabric at the back, while in the unfolded position the backrest and seat cushions form uniform flat surface, moreover, the edges of the cushions are highlighted along the entire circumference with a longitudinal fold of double stitching, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 5. 3.
