Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w uksztaltowaniu elementów i ukladzie linii podzialów, zas szczególnie w uksztaltowaniu i konstrukcji oparc oraz ksztaltów boczka oraz wykon- czenia dolnych czesci skrzyniowych, przy czym segment skrzyniowy wystepuje w dwóch wersjach wykonania. Segment rozkladany z jednej strony jest osloniety fantazyjnym boczkiem, którego prostokatna podstawa o wysokosci równej z wy- sokoscia dolnej skrzyni, u dolu jest osadzona na lukowatych metalicznych nogach, zas w kierunku skrajnym od spodu zweza sie i konczy wyoblona boczna krawedzia. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the shape of the elements and the arrangement of the dividing lines, and particularly in the shape and construction of the backrests, the shape of the side panels, and the finish of the lower box sections. The box section is available in two versions. In addition, the sofa has functional features related to a tilting bedding box, with the function of transforming from a seat to a lying piece of furniture, as well as features that allow you to change its overall appearance by changing the position and inclination of the movable backrest cushions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where fig. 1. shows the sofa from the front in the first version of the embodiment with the upper parts of the backrests folded down, fig. 2. – the sofa from the front in the first version of the embodiment with the upper parts of the backrests in various positions, fig. 3. – the sofa from the front in the first version of the embodiment with the unfolded lying cushion, while fig. 4. – the sofa from the front in the first version of the embodiment with an open bedding box, fig. 5. – the sofa from the back in the first version of the embodiment from the long side, fig. 6. – the sofa from the back in the first version of the embodiment from the short side, furthermore fig. 7. shows the sofa from the front in the second version of the embodiment, and fig. 8. – the sofa from the back in the second version of the embodiment from the short side. The industrial design comprises a wide reclining section with a lift-operated cushion, protected on one side by a low side panel, and on the other side connected to a box-shaped section consisting of a corner section and a seat section. The reclining section comprises a box-shaped section with a lift-operated cushion for lying down, on which a double seat cushion is placed, and a low backrest, the front of which is slightly inclined, the rear surface is flat and vertical, and the upper, horizontal, wide surface is entirely occupied by two rectangular, movable backrest cushions, with variable inclination from the lying position to the upright position, complementing the backrest surface. The extendable section is covered on one side by a fanciful side panel, whose rectangular base, equal in height to the lower box, rests on arched metal legs at the bottom, while at the extreme bottom it tapers to a rounded side edge. A long cushion, roughly cuboid in shape, sits on the base of the side panel, with the front section being the height and length of the seat cushion of the extendable section, while the rear section follows the shape of the low backrest. The inner side surface and the upper surface of the front section are covered by a thin, rectangular cushion bent at a right angle. On the other side, the extendable section is connected to the box section at an angle. The base of the box section is mounted on arched metal legs and shaped similarly to the base of the side section. In the first version, the tilting extension of the box section includes a corner section with a seat cushion, two low backrests set at right angles with two movable backrest cushions. Furthermore, the corner section is joined to the seat section, which has a single seat cushion, a low backrest, and a movable backrest cushion, as in the fold-out section, with the seat section topped at the front with a short, wide cushion. In the second version, the tilting box sectional extension includes a corner section with a seat cushion, a low backrest with a movable backrest cushion aligned with the backrests of the reclining section, and a side section attached to the outermost section. Furthermore, the front of the corner section includes a seat section with a large rectangular cushion. The sofa is available in two mirrored configurations and with various upholstery color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
