PL 24762 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli tapicerowanych, przeznaczony zasadni- czo do wyposazenia pokoju wypoczynkowego. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, pikowan, ksztalcie konturów oraz podzialów warstw poduch. Ponadto zestaw posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja ustawiania poduch w pozycjach podniesionych lub plaskich. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi zestaw elementów, w sklad którego wchodzi kanapa oraz wielofunkcyjny puf. Kazdy z elementów zestawu ma tapicerowana podstawe, osadzona na drew- nianych nogach o przekroju kwadratu, które stozkowo zwezaja sie ku dolowi i sa rozmieszczone w naroznikach podstawy, zas na podstawie sa umieszczone wysokie, lekko wyoblone, grube poduchy, osloniete od góry plaskimi poduchami wierzchnimi, które posiadaja po jednym wzdluznym oraz kilka poprzecznych przeszyc. Poduchy wierzchnie sa pikowane w symetrycznie rozlozonych punktach prze- ciecia linii przeszyc. Kanapa ma podstawe w formie skrzyni poscielowej, na której sa umieszczone na mechanizmach podnosnikowych, polaczone z soba pojedyncze wysokie poduchy oparcia oraz siedzi- ska, osloniete poduchami wierzchnimi. Skrajnie kanapa ma boczki w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o za- okraglonych naroznikach i krawedziach podkreslonych podwójnymi przeszyciami. Powierzchnie ze- wnetrzne maja po jednym pionowym i poziomym przeszyciu z centralnie umieszczonym pikowaniem. W pozycji zlozonej oparcie jest lekko pochylone i z tylu szczelnie osloniete tkanina tapicerki. W pozycji rozlozonej poduchy oparcia i siedziska tworza jednolita plaska powierzchnie o symetrycznym pikowaniu. Puf ma prostokatna podstawe, na której sa umieszczone dwie wysokie kwadratowe poduchy osloniete poduchami wierzchnimi. Jedna z poduch jest ruchoma i uzyskuje, po uniesieniu, forme oparcia sytuow- anego w dwóch pozycjach, odslaniajac plaska tapicerowana powierzchnie podstawy. Przy dostawieniu pufa do kanapy, zestaw uzyskuje postac naroznika, poszerzajac zakres funkcjonalnosci. Zestaw moze wystepowac w róznych zestawieniach kolorów materialu tapicerskiego. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the arrangement of stitching lines, quilting, contours, and the division of the cushion layers. Furthermore, the set has additional functional features related to the function of positioning the cushions in raised or flat positions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where fig. 1. shows the sofa in a front-side view with an added pouffe, fig. 2. – the sofa in a front-side view without the pouffe, fig. 3. – the sofa from the front, fig. 4. – the sofa in a side-back view, fig. 5. – the sofa with a raised seat, fig. 6. – the sofa in an unfolded position, while fig. 7. – the pouffe with one seat cushion raised high in a front-side view, fig. 8. – the pouffe with one seat cushion raised high in a side-back view, fig. 9. – the pouffe from the side with one seat cushion raised high, and fig. 10. – the pouffe from the side with one seat cushion partially raised. The industrial design is a set of elements comprising a sofa and a multifunctional pouffe. Each element of the set has an upholstered base mounted on square wooden legs, which taper conically towards the bottom and are arranged in the corners of the base. The base is supported by tall, slightly curved, thick cushions, covered from above by flat top cushions, each with one longitudinal stitch and several crosswise stitches. The top cushions are quilted at symmetrically arranged stitching intersections. The sofa has a bedding box-shaped base, on which are connected, single, tall backrest and seat cushions, covered by top cushions, placed on lifting mechanisms. The outer sofa features cuboid-shaped sides with rounded corners and edges accentuated with double stitching. The outer surfaces feature one vertical and one horizontal stitch with central quilting. When folded, the backrest is slightly tilted and the back is tightly covered with upholstery fabric. When unfolded, the backrest and seat cushions create a uniform, flat surface with symmetrical quilting. The pouffe has a rectangular base, on which two tall square cushions are placed, covered with top cushions. One of the cushions is movable and, when lifted, becomes a backrest with two positions, revealing the flat, upholstered surface of the base. When the pouffe is attached to the sofa, the set becomes a corner sofa, expanding its range of functionality. The set is available in various upholstery color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, characterized in that it comprises a sofa and a multi-functional pouffe, each element of the set having an upholstered base mounted on wooden legs with a square cross-section, which taper conically towards the bottom and are arranged in the corners of the base, and on the base there are placed high, slightly rounded, thick cushions, covered from above with flat top cushions, which have one longitudinal and several transverse stitching, furthermore the top cushions are quilted at symmetrically arranged points of intersection of the stitching lines, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1. - fig. 10. 2. A set of upholstered furniture, characterized in that the sofa has a base in the form of a bedding box, on which are placed on lifting mechanisms, single high backrest and seat cushions, covered with top cushions, and the outermost part of the sofa has sides in the shape of a cuboid with rounded corners and edges highlighted with double stitching, while the outer surfaces of the sides have one vertical and one horizontal stitching with centrally placed quilting, moreover, in the folded position the backrest is slightly inclined and tightly covered with the upholstery fabric at the back, while in the unfolded position the backrest and seat cushions create a uniform flat surface with symmetrical quilting, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 6.
