PL 25652 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa narozna, zawierajaca szeroki segment rozkladany, z jednej strony osloniety boczkiem, zas z drugiej strony polaczony z wydluzonym segmentem skrzyniowym. Przedmiot wzoru jest przedstawiony w wersjach wykonania, które zachowuja takie samo zestawienie bryl, zas róznia sie elementami wykonczenia boczków i nózek. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebla, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, w ksztalcie konturów oraz w wykonczeniu boczków. Ponadto kanapa posiada cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z duza, uchylna skrzynia poscielowa oraz funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zawiera szeroki segment rozkladany z wysuwana na podnosnikach poducha, z jednej strony osloniety boczkiem, zas z drugiej strony polaczony z wydluzonym segmentem skrzyniowym. Dolne podstawy obydwu segmentów sa osloniete lekko wybrzuszonymi, tapicerowanymi powierzchniami. Powyzej sa umieszczone gladkie poduchy, które na krawedziach wyoblonych brzegów maja podwójne przeszycia. W tylnej czesci podstaw znajduja sie oparcia, które od tylu sa pionowe i gladkimi powierzchniami, zas z przodu sa lekko przechylone i osloniete poduchami oparcia, majacymi po jednym glebokim poziomym przeszyciu, umieszczonym w polowie ich powierzchni. Segment rozkladany ma podstawe z wysuwana na podnosnikach poducha przeznaczona do lezenia, ponadto powyzej sa uformowane podwójne siedzisko z podwójnym oparciem, ponadto skrajnie jest umieszczony boczek, osadzony na ozdobnych nózkach. Wydluzony segment skrzyniowy ma podstawe w formie skrzyni poscielowej, nad która znajduje sie uchylna pokrywa, zawierajaca siedzisko narozne oraz pojedyncze siedzisko boczne, które z tylu i z boku maja oparcia i poduchy siedziskowe. Z przodu tej pokrywy jest umieszczona, szersza od siedzisk, poducha, zaslaniajaca zewnetrzny bok oparcia. Z przodu podstawa segmentu skrzyniowego jest osadzona na ozdobnych nózkach. Kanapa moze wystepowac w dwóch lustrzanych wykonaniach, w róznych zestawieniach kolorów materialu tapicerskiego. Kanapa w pierwszej wersji wykonania ma boczek w formie prostopadlosciennej poduchy o gladkiej powierzchni zewnetrznej, której górna czesc, od strony wewnetrznej, zweza sie lukowato ku górze, tworzac szpiczasta krawedz z dwoma przeciwleglymi uwydatnionymi narozami, natomiast ozdobne nózki sa umieszczone skosnie na zewnatrz pod naroznikami boczka i podstawy i w górnej czesci sa skosne, zas w dolnej czesci sa pionowe. Kanapa w drugiej wersji wykonania ma boczek o gladkiej, lekko odchylonej na zewnatrz, prostokatnej powierzchni zewnetrznej, która na górze tworzy wyoblona krawedz. Wewnetrzna strona boczka u dolu laczy sie z brzegiem podstawy, zas powyzej jest wyoblona i oslonieta, wystajaca nieznacznie poza przedni i górny brzeg, gladka poducha. Wzdluz boczka i przodu podstawy segmentu skrzyniowego sa umieszczone ozdobne nózki w formie poziomego, dlugiego, prostokatnego profilu, który na koncach ma uformowane pionowe slupki, podtrzymujace konstrukcje mebla. The design is presented in versions that retain the same shape but differ in the finishing of the side panels and legs. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the arrangement of the stitching lines, the shape of the contours, and the finishing of the side panels. Furthermore, the sofa features functional features related to a large, tilting bedding box and the ability to transform from a seat to a lounger. The industrial design subject comprises a wide folding segment with a cushion that slides out on lifters, covered on one side with a side panel and connected to an elongated box segment on the other. The lower bases of both segments are covered with slightly raised, upholstered surfaces. Above them are smooth cushions with double stitching on the rounded edges. The backs of the bases contain backrests, which are vertical at the back and smooth, while the fronts are slightly tilted and covered with backrest cushions, each with a deep horizontal stitching located halfway down their surface. The reclining segment has a base with a reclining cushion, extending on lifters. Above this is a double seat with a double backrest, and at the outermost end is a side section mounted on decorative legs. The elongated box segment has a base in the form of a bedding box, above which is a hinged lid containing a corner seat and a single side seat, each with backrests and seat cushions at the rear and sides. At the front of this cover is a cushion, wider than the seats, covering the outer side of the backrest. At the front, the base of the box section rests on decorative legs. The sofa is available in two mirrored finishes, with different upholstery color combinations. The first version of the sofa features a side section in the form of a rectangular cushion with a smooth outer surface, the upper part of which, on the inside, tapers upwards, creating a pointed edge with two opposing, accentuated corners. Decorative legs are placed diagonally outward, beneath the corners of the side section and base. They are diagonal in the upper section and vertical in the lower section. The second version of the sofa features a side section with a smooth, slightly outward-curving, rectangular outer surface, which forms a rounded edge at the top. The inner side of the side section connects to the edge of the base at the bottom, while above it is a rounded and covered, smooth cushion that protrudes slightly beyond the front and top edges. Decorative legs in the form of a long, horizontal, rectangular profile are placed along the sides and front of the box section base, with vertical posts formed at the ends to support the furniture structure. In addition, along the side and front of the base of the box segment there are decorative legs in the form of a horizontal, long, rectangular profile, which has vertical posts formed at the ends, supporting the furniture structure, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 6 - Fig. 8.
