PL 23735 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych, przeznaczony zasadniczo do wyposazenia pokoju wypoczynkowego. W sklad kompletu wchodzi kanapa oraz fotel. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc, pikowan oraz w ksztalcie konturów. Ponadto kanapa posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicznych, gdzie fig. 1 – przedstawia kanape z przodu, fig. 2 – kanape w pozycji boczno- tylnej, fig. 3 – kanape z podniesionym siedziskiem, fig. 4 –kanape w pozycji rozlozonej, fig. 5 – fotel z przodu, zas fig. 6 – fotel z boku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi komplet elementów, w sklad którego wchodzi kanapa oraz fotel. Kazdy z elementów kompletu ma osadzona na drewnianych skosnych nogach podstawe, która z przodu posiada prostokatna tapicerowana oslone, zas powyzej sa umieszczone poduchy siedziska, zas z tylu znajduja sie poduchy oparcia. Poduchy maja pionowe i poziome przeszycia, które sa rozlokowane symetrycznie i pikowane na przecieciach przeszyc, zas na brzegach sa zaopatrzone w podwójne przeszycia. Tylna powierzchnia kazdego z elementów zestawu jest jednolita i gladka, natomiast skrajnie do podstawy sa umocowane tapicerowane boczki w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Zewnetrzne powierzchnie boczków sa gladkie, zas wszystkie krawedzie sa zaznaczone podwójnymi przeszyciami. Kanapa ma podstawe stanowiaca skrzynie poscielowa, na której sa umieszczone na typowych mechanizmach, polaczone z soba po dwie poduchy oparcia i siedziska, które maja trzy pionowe i dwa poziome przeszycia. W pozycji zlozonej oparcie jest lekko pochylone i z tylu szczelnie osloniete tkanina tapicerki, zas w pozycji rozlozonej poduchy oparcia i siedziska tworza jednolita plaska powierzchnie. Fotel ma waska podstawe, na której sa trwale umieszczone waskie poduchy siedziska i oparcia z dwoma pionowymi i dwoma poziomymi przeszyciami. The set comprises a sofa and an armchair. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the arrangement of stitching lines, quilting, and contours. Furthermore, the sofa has additional functional features related to the function of transforming from a seat to a reclining piece. The industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa from the front, Fig. 2 shows the sofa in the side-rear position, Fig. 3 shows the sofa with the seat raised, Fig. 4 shows the sofa in the unfolded position, Fig. 5 shows the armchair from the front, and Fig. 6 shows the armchair from the side. The industrial design is a set of elements, consisting of a sofa and an armchair. Each element of the set rests on a wooden slanted base with a rectangular upholstered cover at the front, seat cushions above, and backrest cushions at the rear. The cushions feature vertical and horizontal stitching, symmetrically arranged and quilted at the stitching intersections, while the edges are double-stitched. The back surface of each element is uniform and smooth, while upholstered, cuboid-shaped side panels are attached to the base. The outer surfaces of the side panels are smooth, and all edges are marked with double stitching. The sofa has a bedding box base, on which two backrest and seat cushions are attached using standard mechanisms, each with three vertical and two horizontal stitching. When folded, the backrest is slightly tilted and tightly covered by the upholstery fabric at the back. When unfolded, the seat and backrest cushions form a single, flat surface. The armchair has a narrow base, on which the narrow seat and backrest cushions are permanently attached, with two vertical and two horizontal stitching. The set is available in various upholstery color combinations. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of upholstered furniture, consisting of a sofa and an armchair, is characterized in that each element of the set has a base mounted on wooden sloping legs, which has a rectangular upholstered cover at the front, and above it are seat cushions, and at the back there are back cushions, the cushions have vertical and horizontal stitching that is arranged symmetrically and quilted at the intersections of the stitching, and the edges are provided with double stitching, furthermore the back surface of each element of the set is uniform and smooth, while upholstered sides in the shape of a cuboid are attached to the outermost part of the base, where their outer surfaces are smooth, and all edges are marked with double stitching, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 6. 2. A set of upholstered furniture is characterized in that the sofa has a base constituting a bedding box on which two backrest and two seat cushions are placed with typical mechanisms, connected together, which have three vertical and two horizontal stitchings, while in the folded position the backrest is slightly inclined and tightly covered with upholstery fabric at the back, while in the unfolded position the backrest and seat cushions form a uniform flat surface, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 4. 3.
