Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli tapicerowanych, przeznaczony zasadniczo do wyposazenia pokoju wypoczynkowego. W sklad kompletu wchodzi sofa szeroka z funkcja rozkladania, sofa waska oraz fotel. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ukladzie linii przeszyc i konturów oraz w zastosowaniu ruchomych zaglówków, które podnosza uzytecznosc i umozliwiaja zmiane ogólnego wygladu. Ponadto sofa posiada cechy uzytkowe zwiazane z funkcja przeksztalcania z mebla do siedzenia w mebel do lezenia. Na górze powierzchni tylnej jest uksztaltowane gniazdo zaglówkowe z jednym lub dwoma zaglówkami, które uformowane sa zgodnie z lukowatym ksztaltem powierzchni tylnej i górnych powierzchni boczków. Wewnatrz korpusu umieszczone sa gladkie o zaokraglonych narozach poduchy oparcia oraz poduchy siedziska, które ponadto na brzegach maja naszyte pasy z umieszczonym na brzegach grubym sciegiem, takim samym, jak na boczkach. Obok poduch, na wewnetrznej powierzchni pólkolistych boczków sa swobodnie umieszczone trójkatne poduchy. Sofa szeroka ma wydluzony, owalny korpus z podwójnym siedziskiem i oparciem, nad którymi znajduja sie dwa zaglówki, przy czym skrajne naroza poduch sa zaokraglone, zas srodkowe uksztaltowane prostokatnie, ponadto pod zdejmowanymi poduchami siedziska jest umieszczony rozkladany stelaz z materacem do lezenia. Sofa waska ma owalny korpus z podwójnym siedziskiem i oparciem, nad którymi znajduja sie dwa zaglówki, przy czym skrajne naroza poduch sa zaokraglone, zas srodkowe uksztaltowane prostokatnie, analogicznie jak w sofie szerokiej. The set includes a wide sofa with a reclining function, a narrow sofa, and an armchair. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the arrangement of stitching lines and contours, as well as the use of movable headrests, which enhance its usability and allow for changing the overall appearance. Furthermore, the sofa has functional features related to the function of transforming from a seat to a lounger. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where fig. 1. shows a wide sofa from the front, fig. 2. - a wide sofa with one headrest raised, fig. 3. - a wide sofa in the front-side position, fig. 4. - a wide sofa in the unfolded position, fig. 5. - a wide sofa in a side view, and fig. 6. - a wide sofa in a rear-side position, furthermore fig. 7. shows a narrow sofa from the front, fig. 8. - a fragment of the side of the furniture, while fig. 9. - an armchair in a front view, fig. 10. - an armchair in a side view with a raised headrest, fig. 11. - an armchair in a back view, and fig. 12. - an armchair in a back view with a raised headrest. The industrial design is a set of elements, including a wide sofa with a reclining function, a narrow sofa, and an armchair. Each element of the set has a uniform body in the form of an open capsule, where the low front surface smoothly connects to semicircular side surfaces, which diagonally increase the height and connect to the high rear surface. All these surfaces are formed diagonally, arching downwards. The upper surfaces of the side panels feature semicircular stripes with a thick, expressive stitching on the edges, in a different, contrasting color. At the top of the rear surface is a shaped headrest socket with one or two headrests, formed in accordance with the arched shape of the back surface and the upper surfaces of the side panels. Inside the body are smooth, rounded-corner backrest and seat cushions, each with a sewn-on stripe and a thick stitching along the edges, identical to the side panels. Next to the cushions, triangular cushions are freely placed on the inner surface of the semicircular side panels. The wide sofa has an elongated, oval body with a double seat and backrest, above which are two headrests. The outer corners of the cushions are rounded, while the middle ones are rectangular. Furthermore, a fold-out frame with a mattress for lying down is located under the removable seat cushions. The narrow sofa has an oval body with a double seat and backrest, above which are two headrests. The outer corners of the cushions are rounded, while the middle ones are rectangular, similar to the wide sofa. The armchair has a round body with a single seat and backrest, with a headrest above the backrest cushion. The set is available in various upholstery color combinations.
