Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw meblowy mogacy stanowic samodzielne wypo- sazenie pomieszczenia lub byc czescia skladowa istniejacego wyposazenia. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni ze- stawu meblowego wyrózniajacego sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergono- micznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia lub lezenia, jak równiez skladania i rozkladania do okreslo- nych funkcji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia czolowy widok perspektywiczny pierwszej odmiany zestawu meblowego, fig. 1.1 - widok perspektywiczny z przodu posredniego oparcia w pierwszej odmianie zestawu meblo- wego, fig. 1.2 - widok z przodu naroznego lacznika w pierwszej odmianie zestawu meblowego, fig. 2 - widok z przodu drugiej odmiany zestawu meblowego, fig. 2.1 - widok perspektywiczny boczku z wy- chylnym podlokietnikiem, fig. 3 - widok z przodu trzeciej odmiany zestawu meblowego, fig. 4 - widok z przodu czwartej odmiany zestawu meblowego. Zestaw meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest rodzajem mebli tapicerowanych majacych zewnetrzna powierzchnie pokrycia o barwie i fakturze charakterystycznej dla tkaniny meblowej. Zestaw meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, w polozeniu zlozonym stanowi w pierwszej odmianie naroznik skladajacy sie z zestawu skladowych segmentów meblowych polaczonych ze soba rozlacznie, ksztaltowo lacznikami znajdujacymi sie na bocznych przyleglych powierzchniach mebli. Naroznik zawiera na bocznych zewnetrznych krawedziach prostopadloscienne boczne oparcia. Z jednej strony bocznego oparcia zestawione sa dwa pojedyncze fotele o dwuczesciowej powierzchni czolowej cokolu, z nakryciem warstwowym tkaninowym powierzchni siedziska i rozlozonego tylnego odchylnego oparcia, skladanego w czesci srodkowej o kat do 180°. Fotele oddzielone sa od siebie posrednim boczkiem o prostopadlosciennej budowie majacym w widoku z góry ksztalt trapezu z za- oblona czolowa mniejsza podstawa trapezu i nakryta od góry zdobnicza plyta oslonowa, jak na fig. 1.1. Prostopadle ramie naroznika stanowi dwuosobowa kanapa o szerokosci zblizonej do podwój- nej szerokosci fotela oraz o dwuczesciowej powierzchni czolowej cokolu z nakryciem warstwo- wym tkaninowym powierzchni siedziska i rozlozonego tylnego odchylonego oparcia. Dwa podluz- ne zestawy naroznika polaczone sa ze soba prostopadlym naroznym lacznikiem z lukowa tylna i czolowa powierzchnia mebla, majacym dwuczesciowa powierzchnie czolowa cokolu z nakryciem warstwowym tkaninowym powierzchni siedziska. Wyróznikiem jest umieszczenie nad górna po- wierzchnia tylnego oparcia, lukowej poziomej plytki podtrzymywanej trapezowymi podporowymi plytkami, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1.2. Na górnej powierzchni drugiego prostopadlosciennego oparcia osadzona jest zdobnicza plytka oslonowa, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. W zestawie meblowym wedlug wzoru przemyslowego druga odmiana mebla jest kanapa naroz- na skladajaca sie z rozmieszczonego prostopadle zestawu kanapy dwuosobowej i otomany. Kanapa dwuosobowa ma dwuczesciowa powierzchnie czolowa cokolu polaczona z nakryciem warstwowym tkaninowym powierzchni siedziska i rozlozonego tylnego odchylnego oparcia którego wymiary i ksztal- ty nadaja kanapie charakter zestawu dwóch foteli. Od zewnetrznej bocznej strony kanapy dwuosobo- wej znajduje sie boczek z wychylnym podlokietnikiem bedacym po rozlozeniu oparciem, jak na fig. 2.1. Prostopadly zestaw kanapy naroznej stanowi otomana z lukowym zewnetrznym naroznikiem czolowym oraz zlozonego do powierzchni siedziska tylnego odchylnego oparcia. Czolowa powierzch- nia cokolu ma dwuczesciowa budowe z nakryciem warstwowym tkaninowym powierzchni siedziska, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. W pierwszej odmianie zestaw meblowy stanowi naroznik skladajacy sie z zestawu skla- dowych segmentów meblowych polaczonych ze soba rozlacznie, ksztaltowo lacznikami znajdujacymi sie na bocznych przyleglych powierzchniach mebli. Naroznik zawiera na bocznych zewnetrznych krawedziach prostopadloscienne boczne oparcia. Z jednej strony bocznego oparcia zestawione sa dwa pojedyncze fotele o dwuczesciowej powierzchni czolowej cokolu z nakryciem warstwowym tkaninowym powierzchni siedziska i rozlozone- go tylnego odchylnego oparcia, skladanego w czesci srodkowej o kat do 180°. Fotele od- dzielone sa od siebie posrednim oparciem o prostopadlosciennej budowie majacym w widoku z góry ksztalt trapezu z zaoblona czolowa mniejsza podstawa trapezu i nakryta od góry zdobnicza plyta oslonowa. Dwa podluzne zestawy naroznika polaczone sa ze soba prostopadlym naroznym lacznikiem z lukowa tylna i czolowa powierzchnia mebla, majacym dwuczesciowa powierzchnie czolowa cokolu z nakryciem warstwowym tkaninowym powierzchni siedziska i tylnego oparcia. Wyróznikiem jest umieszczenie nad górna powierzchnia tylnego oparcia, lukowej poziomej plytki podtrzymywanej trapezowymi podporowymi plytkami. Na górnej powierzchni drugiego prostopadlosciennego oparcia osadzona jest zdobnicza plytka oslonowa. 2. Druga odmiana zestawu meblowego jest kanapa narozna skladajaca sie z rozmieszczo- nego prostopadle zestawu kanapy dwuosobowej i otomany. Kanapa dwuosobowa ma dwuczesciowa powierzchnie czolowa cokolu polaczona z nakryciem warstwowym tkani- nowym powierzchni siedziska i rozlozonego tylnego odchylnego oparcia, którego wymiary i ksztalty nadaja kanapie charakter zestawu dwóch foteli. Od zewnetrznej bocznej strony kanapy dwuosobowej znajduje sie boczek z wychylnym podlokietnikiem bedacym po roz- lozeniu oparciem. Prostopadly zestaw kanapy naroznej stanowi otomana z lukowym ze- wnetrznym naroznikiem czolowym oraz zlozonego do powierzchni siedziska tylnego od- chylnego oparcia. Czolowa powierzchnia cokolu ma dwuczesciowa budowe z nakryciem warstwowym tkaninowym powierzchni siedziska. 3. Trzecia odmiana zestawu mebli jest kanapa dwu/trzyosobowa majaca dwuczesciowa po- wierzchnie czolowa cokolu oraz prostopadle trzy segmenty tylnego odchylnego oparcia zlozonego do powierzchni siedziska. 4. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and coloring of the surface of the furniture set distinguished by high aesthetic, utility, and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting or lying down, as well as folding and unfolding for specific functions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a front perspective view of the first variant of the furniture set, Fig. 1.1 - a front perspective view of the intermediate backrest in the first variant of the furniture set, Fig. 1.2 - a front view of the corner connector in the first variant of the furniture set, Fig. 2 - a front view of the second variant of the furniture set, Fig. 2.1 - a perspective view of the side with a tiltable armrest, Fig. 3 - a front view of the third variant of the furniture set, Fig. 4 - a front view of the fourth variant of the furniture set. The furniture set according to the industrial design is a type of upholstered furniture having an external surface covered with a colour and texture characteristic of furniture fabric. Furniture set according to industrial design, in folded position, in the first version constitutes a corner sofa consisting of a set of component furniture segments connected with each other detachably, shape-wise with connectors located on the side adjacent surfaces of the furniture. The corner sofa contains on the side outer edges cuboid side backrests. On one side of the side backrest, two single armchairs are set with a two-part frontal surface of the base, with a layered fabric covering of the seat surface and a folded rear reclining backrest, foldable in the middle part by an angle of up to 180°. The armchairs are separated from each other by an intermediate side of a cuboid structure having the shape of a trapezoid in a top view with a rounded front cover, a smaller base of the trapezoid and a decorative cover plate covered from above, as in fig. 1.1. The perpendicular arm of the corner sofa is a two-person sofa with a width close to twice the width of the armchair and with a two-part front surface of the plinth with a layered fabric covering of the seat surface and a folded back reclined backrest. The two longitudinal sets of the corner sofa are connected with each other by a perpendicular corner connector with an arced back and front surface of the furniture, having a two-part front surface of the plinth with a layered fabric covering of the seat surface. The distinguishing feature is the placement of an arched horizontal plate supported by trapezoidal support plates above the upper surface of the backrest, as shown in Fig. 1.2. A decorative cover plate is mounted on the upper surface of the second cuboid backrest, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1. In the furniture set according to the industrial design, the second type of furniture is a corner sofa consisting of a perpendicularly arranged set of a two-seater sofa and an ottoman. The two-seater sofa has a two-part frontal surface of the plinth connected with a layered fabric covering of the seat surface and the folded back reclining backrest, the dimensions and shapes of which give the sofa the character of a set of two armchairs. On the outer side of the two-seater sofa there is a side section with a swing armrest which, when unfolded, serves as a backrest, as in fig. 2.1. The perpendicular set of the corner sofa consists of an ottoman with an arched outer front corner section and a swing backrest folded to the rear seat surface. The front surface of the plinth has a two-part structure with a layered fabric covering of the seat surface, as shown in the attached illustration material, fig. 2. In the furniture set according to the industrial design, the third variant of the furniture is a two-/three-seater sofa having a two-part front surface of the plinth and three segments of the rear reclining backrest folded perpendicularly to the seat surface, as shown in the attached illustration material, fig. 3. In the furniture set, the fourth variant is a corner connector with an arc-shaped rear and front surface, a two-part front surface of the plinth and perpendicular reclining rear backrests folded to the seat surface, as shown in the attached illustration material, fig. 4. PL 19652 3 Essential features of the industrial design 1. Two long sets of the corner sofa are connected with each other by a perpendicular corner connector with an arced back and frontal surface of the furniture, having a two-part frontal surface of the base with a layered fabric covering of the seat surface and the back backrest. The distinguishing feature is the placement above the upper surface of the back backrest of an arced horizontal plate supported by trapezoidal support plates. A decorative cover plate is mounted on the upper surface of the second rectangular backrest. 2. The second type of furniture set is a corner sofa consisting of a perpendicularly arranged set of a two-person sofa and an ottoman. The two-seater sofa has a two-part frontal surface of the base connected with a layered fabric covering of the seat surface and a folded-out rear reclining backrest, the dimensions and shapes of which give the sofa the character of a set of two armchairs. On the outer side of the two-seater sofa there is a side section with a tiltable armrest, which after folding acts as a backrest. The perpendicular set of the corner sofa is an ottoman with an arched outer frontal corner and a rear reclining backrest folded to the seat surface. The frontal surface of the base has a two-part structure with a layered fabric covering of the seat surface. 3. The third type of furniture set is a two/three-seater sofa with a two-part frontal surface of the base and three segments of the rear reclining backrest folded perpendicularly to the seat surface. 4.
