W tylnej czesci podlokietników boczne poduchy bocznych oparc stykaja sie z poducha tylnego oparcia o lukowej górnej krawedzi zawierajacej na czolowej powierzchni, w czesci srodkowej poziome przeszycia z wglebieniem, dzielac j a na górna i dolna poduche tylnego oparcia, jak na rysunku fig. 1 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 5 i fig. 6. Odmiana pierwsza wzoru przemyslowego jak na fig. 1 i fig. 5 jest sofa dwuosobowa stanowiaca skladowy wyrób stylowego kompletu mebli wypoczynkowych, której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o budowie segmentowej i o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej szerokosci fotela. Dominujaca powierzchnie cokolu stanowi jednolita przednia czesc wysuwnego zespolu siedziska. Miedzy dwoma segmentami poduch tylnego oparcia i poduch siedziska znajduja sie w jednej plaszczyznie szczeliny polaczeniowe, zas na powierzchniach czolowych poszczególnych segmentów poduch tylnego oparcia wykonane sa w czesci srodkowej poziome przeszycia z wglebieniami, jak uwidoczniono na rysunku fig. 2. Odmiana druga wzoru przemyslowego jak na fig. 1, fig. 5 i fig. 2 jest sofa trzyosobowa której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o budowie segmentowej i szerokosci zblizonej do potrójnej szerokosci fotela.Dominujaca powierzchnie cokolu stanowi jednolita przednia czesc wysuwnego zespolu siedziska. Miedzy trzema segmentami poduch tylnego oparcia i poduch siedziska znajduja sie w jednej plaszczyznie szczeliny polaczeniowe, zas na czolowych powierzchniach poszczególnych segmentów poduch tylnego oparcia wykonane sa w czesci srodkowej poziome przeszycia z wglebieniami, jak uwidoczniono na rysunku fig. 3 oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 7 i fig. 8. Odmiana trzecia wzoru przemyslowego jak na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 jest kanapa narozna, której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze stanowi ja trzysegmentowy zestaw czolowy siedziska polaczony z naroznikowym trapezowym siedziskiem z jednosegmentowym zestawem bocznym siedziska, przy czym segmentom siedziska odpowiadaja segmenty poduch tylnego oparcia, zas naroznikowemu trapezowemu siedzisku, odpowiadaja dwie lukowe poduchy tylnego oparcia. Od zewnetrznej strony czolowej i bocznej , kanapa zakonczona jest podlokietnikami, zas powierzchnie cokolu stanowia przednie czesci wysuwnych zespolów siedziska czolowego i bocznego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 4 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 9. PLThe industrial design is a stylish set of lounge furniture consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa, and a corner sofa. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial arrangement of the individual pieces, characterized by both decorative and functional values, as well as ergonomic features. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings and illustrative material. The drawings schematically illustrate Fig. 1: a frontal view of the armchair, Fig. 2: a perspective view of the two-seater sofa, Fig. 3: an axonometric view of the three-seater sofa, and Fig. 4: a frontal view of the corner sofa. A stylish set of lounge furniture according to an industrial design has an outer surface covered in a color and texture characteristic of upholstery leather and upholstery fabric. In the furniture set according to the design, the armchair constitutes a modular unit for the two-seater sofa and the three-seater sofa. The industrial-style armchair features essential industrial design features, including a cuboid armrest with arched side surfaces that transition to a cylindrical shape at the top. The outer side surfaces of the armrests feature vertical bolsters profiled with a thickened strip, while the upper cylindrical surfaces of the armrests feature overlapping, layered side backrest cushions that connect to the seat cushion in a wedge-shaped manner. The front surfaces of the armrests, parallel to the outer surfaces, feature distinctive recessed cupolas, decoratively defining the shape of the armrests. On the front surface of the armchair, the stitching composition is complemented by the quadrangular outline of the front part of the extendable seat assembly, which constitutes the dominant front surface of the plinth, above which is the surface of the cuboidal seat cushion protruding beyond the plinth. At the rear of the armrests, the side cushions of the side backrests meet the rear backrest cushion with an arched upper edge containing horizontal stitching with a recess in the frontal area and a central section, dividing it into upper and lower rear backrest cushions, as shown in Fig. 1 and in the illustrative material Figs. 5 and 6. The first variant of the industrial design as shown in Figs. 1 and 5 is a two-seater sofa constituting a component of a stylish lounge furniture set, whose essential industrial design features include a seat and rear backrest with a segmented structure and a width approximately twice the width of the armchair. The dominant surface of the plinth is the uniform front part of the extendable seat assembly. There are connecting gaps in one plane between the two segments of the rear backrest cushions and the seat cushions, and the front surfaces of the individual segments of the rear backrest cushions have horizontal stitching with recesses in the middle, as shown in Fig. 2. The second variant of the industrial design as in Fig. 1, Fig. 5 and Fig. 2 is a three-seater sofa whose essential features of the industrial design are that it has a seat and rear backrest with a segmented structure and a width close to three times the width of the armchair. The dominant surface of the plinth is the uniform front part of the extendable seat assembly. There are connecting gaps in one plane between the three segments of the rear backrest cushions and the seat cushions, and on the front surfaces of the individual segments of the rear backrest cushions there are horizontal stitching with recesses in the middle, as shown in the drawing Fig. 3 and in the illustrative material Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. The third variant of the industrial design as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 is a corner sofa, the essential features of which of the industrial design are that it consists of a three-segment front seat assembly connected to a corner trapezoidal seat with a single-segment side seat assembly, wherein the seat segments correspond to the segments of the rear backrest cushions, and the corner trapezoidal seat corresponds to two arc-shaped rear backrest cushions. The sofa is finished with armrests on the outer front and side surfaces, while the plinth surfaces are the front sections of the extendable front and side seat assemblies, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 4) and in the illustrative material (Fig. 9). This stylish set of lounge furniture, based on an industrial design, can be easily adjusted from a sitting position to a lying position. Importantly, these operations are performed easily, without physical effort. Another important advantage of the set is the possibility of storing bedding in a specially built-in container. The furniture's design and shape, in accordance with the design, allow for complete relaxation, fulfilling ergonomic functions, which, combined with aesthetic qualities, give the set a high aesthetic and functional value, as confirmed by furniture customers.
