W sklad kompletu wchodzi sofa narozna oraz szeroki puf. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ogólnym ksztalcie mebli, a szczególnie w ksztalcie konturów i linii przeszyc oraz w konstrukcji podstawy i boczków, co jest dopelnione zdobniczym uksztaltowaniem nóg. Ponadto zestaw posiada dodatkowe cechy uzytkowe, umozliwiajace zmiane jego ogólnego wygladu poprzez zmiane polozenia i nachylenia ruchomych oparc i boczków sofy naroznej, zas dostawienie pufa z przodu sofy naroznej, zestaw uzyskuje postac rozlozonej kanapy do lezenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony, na rysunku w widokach perspektywicznych, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia sofe w ujeciu przednio-bocznym z odchylonymi boczkami, fig. 2 – sofe w ujeciu boczno-tylnym od strony krótszego boku z przesunietymi przykladowo oparciami, fig. 3 – sofe w ujeciu boczno-przednim od strony wydluzonego boku, fig. 4 – sofe w ujeciu boczno-przednim od strony krótszego boku z przesunietymi przykladowo oparciami, zas fig. 5 – sofe z przodu z wyprostowanymi boczkami z przystawionym pufem, natomiast fig. 6 – przedstawia puf. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi zestaw mebli tapicerowanych, w sklad którego wchodzi sofa narozna oraz szeroki puf. Kazdy z elementów zestawu posiada waska tapicerowana podstawe, osadzona na fantazyjnych nogach, gdzie górne, skosne, ciemne ramiona utrzymujace podstawe, sa zakonczone pionowymi, jasnymi, okraglymi slupkami. Na kazdej podstawie umieszczone sa prostokatne poduchy siedzisk, które wystaja nieznacznie poza podstawy, zas ich krawedzie boczne sa wykonczone wyraznymi przeszyciami. Siedziska na górze maja wzdluzne i poprzeczne przeszycia, dzielace ich powierzchnie na równe kwadraty. Zestaw moze miec w rózne kolory i faktury materialu tapicerskiego. Sofa narozna zawiera szeroki segment, majacy dwa siedziska i jeden boczek, polaczony z waskim segmentem, zawierajacym wydluzone siedzisko oraz skrajnie umieszczony, drugi boczek. Z tylu siedzisk znajduja sie ruchome oparcia, których poduchy maja na krawedziach analogicznie wykonane przeszycia. Gladkie powierzchnie przednie tych poduch sa ozdobione, umieszczonymi posrodku, pojedynczymi poziomymi przeszyciami. Tylne powierzchnie oparc sa jednolite i gladkie. Kazde oparcie niezaleznie przyjmuje przednia lub tylna pozycje ustawienia. W pozycji tylnej oparcie ma nieznacznie wiekszy kat pochylenia do tylu i odslania wieksza czesc powierzchni siedziska. Skrajnie przy siedziskach sa umieszczone szerokie, prostokatne boczki, których dolne czesci oslaniaja boki podstaw i siedzisk. Z zewnatrz, na gladkich powierzchniach boczków znajduja sie dlugie, poziome przeszycia, tworzace krawedzie przechylania górnych czesci boczków, które moga przyjmowac pozycje pionowa lub odchylona lekko na zewnatrz. Boczki równiez wystaja poza boczne krawedzie podstaw. Na krawedziach boczków znajduja sie przeszycia analogicznie wykonane, jak w pozostalych elementach sofy. Sofa moze wystepowac w dwóch lustrzanych wykonaniach. Puf na podstawie ma umieszczona, prostokatna duza poduche, wykonczona analogicznie jak poduchy sofy, ponadto jego wysokosc jest zgodna z wysokoscia sofy, zas wymiary poduchy sa dopasowane do szerokiego segmentu sofy oraz do bocznej czesci waskiego segmentu sofy. Przy dostawieniu pufa z przodu, przed szerokim segmentem sofy naroznej i dosunieciu go do bocznej czesci waskiego segmentu, zestaw uzyskuje postac rozlozonej kanapy do lezenia, poszerzajac zakres funkcjonalnosci. The set includes a corner sofa and a wide pouffe. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the overall shape of the furniture, particularly in the contours and stitching lines, as well as in the construction of the base and sides, which is complemented by the decorative shape of the legs. Furthermore, the set has additional functional features that allow for changing its overall appearance by changing the position and inclination of the movable backrests and sides of the corner sofa. By adding the pouffe to the front of the corner sofa, the set becomes an unfolded couch for lounging. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing in perspective views, where Fig. 1 shows the sofa from a front-side view with folded-back sides, Fig. 2 – the sofa from a side-back view from the shorter side with, for example, offset backrests, Fig. 3 – the sofa from a side-front view from the elongated side, Fig. 4 – the sofa from a side-front view from the shorter side with, for example, offset backrests, Fig. 5 – the sofa from the front with straightened sides and an attached pouffe, while Fig. 6 shows a pouffe. The subject of the industrial design is a set of upholstered furniture, which includes a corner sofa and a wide pouffe. Each element of the set features a narrow upholstered base, set on elegant legs, where the upper, sloping, dark arms supporting the base are topped with vertical, light, round uprights. Rectangular seat cushions protrude slightly beyond the bases, and their side edges are finished with distinctive stitching. The upper seats feature longitudinal and transverse stitching, dividing their surfaces into equal squares. The set is available in various colors and textures of upholstery. The corner sofa comprises a wide section with two seats and one side section, connected to a narrow section containing an extended seat and a second side section at the far end. At the rear of the seats are movable backrests, the cushions of which feature similar stitching on their edges. The smooth front surfaces of these cushions are decorated with single, central, horizontal stitching. The back surfaces of the backrests are uniform and smooth. Each backrest can independently adjust to a forward or rear position. In the rear position, the backrest tilts slightly backward, exposing more of the seat surface. Wide, rectangular side panels are located at the far ends of the seats, the lower sections of which cover the sides of the bases and seats. On the outside, the smooth surfaces of the side panels feature long, horizontal stitching, creating tilting edges for the upper sections of the side panels, which can be positioned vertically or slightly tilted outward. The side panels also extend beyond the side edges of the bases. The edges of the side panels feature stitching similar to the other elements of the sofa. The sofa is available in two mirror-finish finishes. The pouffe's base features a large, rectangular cushion, finished in a similar way to the sofa's cushions. Furthermore, its height matches the sofa's height, and the cushion's dimensions are adjusted to fit the sofa's wide section and the side section of the narrow section. By placing the pouffe in front of the wide section of the corner sofa and pushing it against the side section of the narrow section, the set becomes a fully unfolded couch, expanding its functionality. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A corner sofa, characterized in that it comprises a wide segment, having two seats and one side, connected to a narrow segment, having an elongated seat and the second side located at the extreme back of the seats, furthermore there are movable backrests, the cushions of which have similarly made stitching on the edges, the smooth front surfaces of these cushions are decorated with single horizontal stitching placed in the middle, while the back surfaces of the backrests are uniform and smooth, moreover, each backrest can independently assume the front or rear position, where in the rear position the backrest has a slightly greater angle of inclination towards the back and exposes a larger part of the seat surface, while at the far ends of the seats there are wide, rectangular side panels, the lower parts of which cover the sides of the bases and seats, while on the outside, on the smooth surfaces of the side panels there are long, horizontal stitching, creating the tilting edges of the upper parts of the side panels, which can take a vertical or slightly outward tilted position, moreover, the side panels also protrude slightly beyond the side edges of the bases, and there are stitching on the edges of the side panels similarly to the other parts of the set, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 5. 3. The wide pouffe is characterized by the fact that on the base there is a large, rectangular cushion, finished similarly to the seat cushions of the sofa, moreover, its height is consistent with the height of the sofa, and the dimensions of the cushion are adjusted to the wide segment of the sofa and to the side part of the narrow segment of the sofa, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 5 and Fig. 6.
