Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe z przeznacze- niem zwlaszcza do pokoju, salonu lub gabinetu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - kanape w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - kanape i fotel w widoku z boku, oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 4 - przedstawiono kanape i na fig. 5 - fotel w przykladowym zestawieniu, fig. 6 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 - fotel w widoku z tylu, fig. 7 - fotel i kanapemeble w widoku z boku oraz na fig. 9 do fig. 12 meble w róznych odmianach kolory- stycznych. Meble wypoczynkowe w calosci tapicerowane, posadowione na podstawach skrzynkowych, w sklad których wchodza kanapa i fotel charakteryzuja sie tym, ze kanapa i fotel sa posadowione na drewnianych nogach, maja boki o zaokraglonych, miekkich naroznikach i krawedziach podobne do trapezów prostokatnych zwróconych katami prostymi ku górze i stanowiacymi jednoczesnie w górnej czesci podlokietniki, z tym, ze boki przykrywaja czesciowo plyte oparcia w ksztalcie klina oraz prostokatna plyte siedziska, na których spoczywaja prostokatne poduchy siedziska i oparcia, przy czym ksztalt kazdego elementu mebli jest zaznaczony szwami, jak pokazano na zala- czonym rysunki fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 oraz fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 12. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a sofa in a front view, in fig. 2 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 3 - a sofa and an armchair in a side view, and in the attached photograph, where in fig. 4 - a sofa is shown and in fig. 5 - an armchair in an exemplary arrangement, fig. 6 - an armchair in a perspective view, fig. 7 - an armchair in a back view, fig. 7 - an armchair and a sofa in a side view, and in figs. 9 to fig. 12 - furniture in various color variants. Fully upholstered lounge furniture, set on box bases, which includes a sofa and an armchair, is characterized by the fact that the sofa and the armchair are set on wooden legs, have sides with rounded, soft corners and edges similar to rectangular trapezoids with right angles upwards and constituting armrests in the upper part, but the sides partially cover a wedge-shaped backrest board and a rectangular seat board on which rectangular seat and backrest cushions rest, the shape of each furniture element being marked with seams, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 12. The furniture, according to the pattern, is set on round wooden legs with polished metal ends. with disc-shaped feet, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1-Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 12. The furniture can be available in different varieties and color compositions, as shown in the attached photograph - Fig. 4 to Fig. 12. The sofa and the armchair included in the lounge furniture set have a seat, sides, backrest board, cushions covered with upholstery material in the same shade of green, as shown in the attached photograph - Fig. 9. The sofa and the armchair included in the lounge furniture set have a seat, sides, backrest board, cushions covered with upholstery material in the same shade of light brown, as shown in the attached photograph - Fig. 10. The sofa and the armchair included in the lounge furniture set have a seat, sides, backrest board, cushions covered with upholstery material in the same shade of yellow, as shown in the attached photograph - Fig. 11.
