(MTP-Meble 2001, Poznan, Polska) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe z przeznacze- niem do duzych mieszkan, pokoi dziennych i salonów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - kanape w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - kanape i fotel w widoku z boku, fig. 3a - taboret - podnózek w wido- ku z boku, oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 4 - przedstawiono kanape w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 - kanape w widoku perspektywicz- nym, fig. 7 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 8 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym,fig. 9 - kanapa i fotel w widoku z boku z taboretem - podnózkiem, fig. 10 do fig. 12 meble w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych. Meble wypoczynkowe tapicerowane, w sklad których wchodza sofa, fotel i ta- boret charakteryzuja sie tym, ze sa posadowienie na metalowych stopach, umieszczo- nych pod prostokatnymi, szerokimi, majacymi prostokatne czola z pólkolistymi wypro- filowaniami od wewnatrz nad podlozem, bokami stanowiacymi jednoczesnie nogi me- bli, a w górnej czesci podlokietniki, pomiedzy którymi jest siedzisko z wyraznie zazna- czonym podzialem na dwa elementy i polozone na nie prostokatne poduchy oraz plyta oparcia o przekroju bocznym podobnym do trapezu ze spoczywajacymi na niej prosto- katnymi poduchami oparcia, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 3 a i zalaczonej fotografii fig. fig. 4 do fig. 12. Kanapa i fotel wchodzacy w sklad mebli wypoczynkowych sa posadowione na metalowych polerowanych stopach w ksztalcie sztabek, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fo- tografii fig. 4 do fig. 12. Kanapa ma dwie poduchy siedziska, których sumaryczna dlugosc jest równa dlugosci siedziska, natomiast oparcie ma dwie miekkie, prostokatne poduchy, bedace swym lustrzanym odbiciem oraz dwie poduszki stanowiace dodatkowe podlokietniki, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 oraz fotografii - fig. 4 i fig. 5. Fotel ma jedna poduche siedziska i jej szerokosc jest równa szerokosci siedzi- ska, zas poducha oparcia jest szerokoscia równa szerokosci plyty oparcia, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2 i fotografii - fig. 5, fig. 7 i fig. 8. Taboret - podnózek ma podstawe w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych kra- wedziach i pofalowanych pionowych bokach sprawiajacych wrazenie trójelementowo- sci, na której spoczywa prostokatna poducha o zaokraglonych naroznikach, jak poka- zano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3a i fotografii fig. 9 .Kanapa i fotel moze wystepowac w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii - fig. 8 do fig. 12. Meble wypoczynkowe sa tapicerowane brazowym poszyciem, z tym, ze, boki, plyta oparcia i siedzisko sa gladkie, natomiast poduchy siedziska, poduchy oparcia i poduszki maja poszycie we wzory, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 9. Exhibition priority: May 8, 2001 (MTP-Meble 2001, Poznań, Poland). The subject of the industrial design is lounge furniture intended for large apartments, living rooms, and parlors. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a sofa in a front view, in fig. 2 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 3 - a sofa and an armchair in a side view, fig. 3a - a stool - footrest in a side view, and in the attached photograph, where fig. 4 - a sofa in a front view, fig. 5 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 6 - a sofa in a perspective view, fig. 7 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 8 - an armchair in a perspective view, fig. 9 - a sofa and an armchair in a side view with a stool - footrest, fig. 10 to fig. 12 furniture in various color variants. Upholstered lounge furniture, which includes a sofa, an armchair and a stool, is characterized by being placed on metal feet placed under rectangular, wide, rectangular fronts with semicircular profiles on the inside above the ground, the sides constituting the legs of the furniture, and in the upper part there are armrests, between which there is a seat with a clearly marked division into two elements and rectangular cushions placed on them, and a backrest plate with a side cross-section similar to a trapezoid with rectangular backrest cushions resting on it, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 3a and the attached photograph Fig. 4 to Fig. 12. The sofa and the armchair included in the lounge furniture are placed on metal feet. polished bar-shaped feet, as shown in the attached photo from Fig. 4 to Fig. 12. The sofa has two seat cushions, the total length of which is equal to the length of the seat, while the backrest has two soft, rectangular cushions, which are mirror images of each other, and two cushions constituting additional armrests, as shown in the attached drawing from Fig. 1 and photographs - Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The armchair has one seat cushion and its width is equal to the width of the seat, while the backrest cushion is equal to the width of the backrest plate, as shown in the attached drawing from Fig. 2 and photographs - Fig. 5, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. The stool-footrest has a rectangular base with rounded edges and wavy vertical sides giving the impression of a three-piece structure on which it rests. rectangular cushion with rounded corners, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 3a and photograph fig. 9. The sofa and the armchair can come in different color variations, as shown in the attached photograph - fig. 8 to fig. 12. The lounge furniture is upholstered with brown fabric, but the sides, backrest board and seat are plain, while the seat cushions, backrest cushions and pillows have patterned fabric, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 4 to fig. 9. The furniture is upholstered with navy blue fabric, as shown in fig. 10. The furniture is upholstered with cream fabric, as shown in fig. 11.
