(MTP-Meble 2001, Poznan, Polska) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni mebli. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, na któ- rych pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - kanape w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - kanape i fotel w widoku z boku, oraz zalaczonych fotogra- fiach, gdzie na fig. 4 - przedstawiono kanape w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 - kanape po rozlozeniu z funkcja do spania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig 6 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu fig. 7 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 9 do fig. 11- meble w widoku z boku w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych.Meble wypoczynkowe w calosci tapicerowane, w sklad których wchodza kana- pa i fotel charakteryzuja sie tym, ze kanapa i fotel spoczywaja na trapezopodobnych nózkach, a podstawa mebli ma ksztalt prostokatnej skrzyni, na której spoczywaja sie- dzisko, podlokietniki oraz klin oparcia o przekroju bocznym zblizonym do trapezu pro- stokatnego, o który jest oparta prostokatna poducha oparcia. Podlokietniki maja ksztalt profilowanych walców o przekroju podobnym do kropli zwróconej wierzcholkiem do wewnatrz w kierunku siedziska, na którym spoczywaja znaczna czescia, druga czescia wystajac poza podstawe, przy czym przekrój podlokietników jest podkreslony przez przeszycie wokól jego ksztaltu, zas pomiedzy podlokietnikami sa prostokatne poduchy siedziska, a na nich spoczywaja poduchy oparcia, kazda u dolu z wycieciem po ze- wnetrznej strome na podlokietnik, tak, ze ich sumaryczna szerokosc jest równa dlugo- sci siedziska, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 oraz fotografii - fig. 4 do fig. 11. Kanapa ma dwie poduchy siedziska, których sumaryczna dlugosc jest mniejsza niz dlugosc podstawy siedziska, natomiast oparcie ma dwie poduchy, bedace swym lu- strzanym odbiciem, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 oraz fotografii - fig. 4 i fig. 5. Kanapa moze wystepowac w odmianie z funkcja do spania, jak pokazano na za- laczonej fotografii - fig. 5. Fotel ma siedzisko z jednej poduchy i jej szerokosc jest mniejsza od szerokosci podstawy, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2 i fotografii - fig. 7. Kanapa i fotel moze wystepowac w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii - fig. 8 do fig. 11. Nózki kanapy i fotela sa drewniane, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 11. Meble sa tapicerowane w calosci - z wyjatkiem nóg - zóltym poszyciem, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 6.Meble sa tapicerowane w calosci — z wyjatkiem nóg - ciemnozóltym poszyciem, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 7 . The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and the properties of the furniture surface. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photographs, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - the sofa in the front view, in fig. 2 - the armchair in the front view, fig. 3 - the sofa and the armchair in the side view, and in the attached photographs, where in fig. 4 - the sofa in the perspective view, fig. 5 - the sofa after unfolding with the sleeping function in the perspective view, fig. 6 - the armchair in the perspective view from the back, fig. 7 - the armchair in the front view, fig. 9 to fig. 11 - the furniture in the side view in different color variants. Fully upholstered lounge furniture, which includes the sofa and the armchair, is characterized by the fact that the sofa and the armchair rest on trapezoidal legs, and the base of the furniture has the shape of a rectangular box on which the seat, armrests and the backrest wedge with a side cross-section rest. close to a rectangular trapezoid, against which the rectangular backrest cushion rests. The armrests have the shape of profiled cylinders with a cross-section similar to a drop turned with the apex inwards towards the seat on which they rest with a significant part, the other part protruding beyond the base, the cross-section of the armrests is emphasized by stitching around its shape, and between the armrests there are rectangular seat cushions, and on them rest the backrest cushions, each at the bottom with a cutout on the outer side for the armrest, so that their total width is equal to the length of the seat, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 and photographs - Fig. 4 to Fig. 11. The sofa has two seat cushions, the total length of which is shorter than the length of the seat base, while the backrest has two cushions, which are the mirror image of each other. reflection, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photographs - Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.
