(MTP-Meble 2001, Poznan, Polska) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kanapa naroznikowa Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których pokazano - na rysunkach na fig. 1 - kanape w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - roz- lozona kanape w widoku z boku, oraz zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie na fig. 3 przed- stawiono - kanape w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - kanape w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 5 - kanape w widoku z boku, fig. 6 - kanape rozlozona w widoku z przodu,rozlozona w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - kanape w widoku z boku pokryta materialem ta- picerowanym w kolorze ciemnego brazu, fig. 8 - kanape w widoku z boku pokryta materialem tapicerowanym w kolorze jasnego bezu, fig. 9 i na fig. 10 - kanape, której boki i poduchy sa ciemniejszego koloru, a poduchy siedziska jasniejszego koloru. Kanapa z funkcja do spania w calosci tapicerowana, o podstawie w ksztalcie dwóch prostokatnych skrzyn przylegajacych do siebie w ten sposób, ze jedna przylega krótszym bokiem do dluzszego boku drugiej charakteryzuje sie tym, ze boki kanapy stanowiace jednoczesnie jej nogi maja ksztalt podobny do trapezu prostokatnego, któ- rego górny bok stanowiacy podlokietnik i frontowy bok sa lukowato na zewnatrz wy- profilowane i polaczone z plyta pleców kanapy tworzac stylizowana klamre, natomiast skrzynie siedziska z przodu spoczywaja na metalowych nózkach. Na poduchach siedzi- ska spoczywaja prostokatne poduchy oparcia o szerokosci zblizonej do szerokosci poduch siedziska Element siedziska stykajacy sie z sasiednim elementem krótszym bokiem do spania jest rozkladany w ten sposób, ze rozciaga sie go na trzy szerokosci, przy czym pierwsza stanowia poduchy oparcia zas reszte pozostale czesci siedziska, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunki fig. 1 , fig.2 i fotografii fig. 3 do fig. 10. Kanapa wedlug wzoru moze wystepowac w róznych odmianach i kompozycjach kolorystycznych oraz byc wyposazona w dodatkowe miekkie poduchy, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig.3 d o fig. 10. Kanapa wedlug wzoru ma boki, plyte oparcia, poduchy oparcia, podstawe sie- dziska, poduchy siedziska i dodatkowe poduchy pokryte brazowa wlóknina, jak to po- kazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 3 do fig. 7. Priority from the exhibition: 08.05.2001 (MTP-Meble 2001, Poznań, Poland) The subject of the industrial design is a corner sofa. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawings and photographs, which show - in the drawings in fig. 1 - the sofa in a front view, in fig. 2 - the unfolded sofa in a side view, and in the attached photographs, where fig. 3 shows - the sofa in a front view, fig. 4 - the sofa in a perspective front view, fig. 5 - the sofa in a side view, fig. 6 - the unfolded sofa in a front view, the unfolded sofa in a front view, fig. 7 - the sofa in a side view covered with a dark brown upholstered material, fig. 8 - the sofa in a side view covered with a light beige upholstered material, fig. 9 and fig. 10 - a sofa whose sides and cushions are of a darker colour and the seat cushions are of a lighter colour. A fully upholstered sofa with a sleeping function, with a base in the shape of two rectangular boxes adjacent to each other in such a way that one is adjacent with its shorter side to the longer side of the other. The sides of the sofa, which also constitute its legs, have a shape similar to a rectangular trapezoid, the upper side of which, constituting the armrest, and the front side are arched outwards and connected to the back panel of the sofa, creating a stylized clamp, while the front seat boxes rest on metal legs. Rectangular backrest cushions with a width similar to the width of the seat cushions rest on the seat cushions. The seat element in contact with the adjacent element with the shorter sleeping side is folded out in such a way that it is stretched three widths, the first being the backrest cushions and the rest being the remaining seat parts, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 3 to Fig. 10. The sofa according to the pattern may be available in various varieties and color compositions and be equipped with additional soft cushions, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 3 to Fig. 10. The sofa according to the pattern has sides, a backrest board, backrest cushions, a seat base, seat cushions and additional cushions covered with brown non-woven fabric, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 3 to Fig. 7. The sofa has sides, backrest plate, backrest cushions, seat base, seat cushions and additional cushions covered with light beige non-woven fabric as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 8. The sofa has sides, backrest plate, backrest cushions and additional cushions covered with plum-colored non-woven fabric, while the seat base and seat cushions are beige-colored, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 9.
