(MTP-Meble 2001, Poznan, Pobka) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, na których poka- zano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - kanape w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - kanape i fotel w widoku z boku, oraz zalaczona fotografii, gdzie na fig. 4 przedstawiono - kanape w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 5 - kanape po rozlozeniu z funkcja do spania, fig. 6 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, fig. 7 - kanape w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 8 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 9 - kanape i fotel w widoku z boku, fig. 10 do fig. 14 - meble w widoku z boku w róznych odmianach koloiystycznych. Exhibition priority: May 8, 2001 (MTP-Meble 2001, Poznań, Pobka). The subject of the industrial design is lounge furniture. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a sofa in a front view, in fig. 2 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 3 - a sofa and an armchair in a side view, and in the attached photograph, where fig. 4 shows - a sofa in a front perspective view, fig. 5 - a sofa after unfolding with a sleeping function, fig. 6 - an armchair in a rear perspective view, fig. 7 - a sofa in a front perspective view, fig. 8 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 9 - a sofa and an armchair in a side view, figs. 10 to fig. 14 - furniture in a side view in various circular variations. Lounge furniture, consisting of a sofa and an armchair, which are mounted on box bases, fully upholstered with a sleeping function, is characterized by the fact that on the base box rest two rectangular mattresses - seat cushions, placed one on top of the other, while the sides of the furniture expand triangularly towards the backrest, they are closely connected to the back plate of the sofa, creating together with the base a spatial form similar to a stylized upholstered box without a lid and one side, and on the mattresses - seat cushions and the backrest board rest rectangular backrest cushions, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 14. The sofa included in the furniture set, when folded, has the form of a two-seater armchair, with two soft backrest cushions resting on the back backrest plate, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photographs Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 8. The sofa included in the set has additional cushions, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photographs Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 8. The sofa included in the set, when unfolded, serves as a sleeping bed, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 5. The armchair included in the furniture set has one back cushion resting on a back plate, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 6 and Fig. 7. The lounge furniture, consisting of a sofa and an armchair, is mounted on metal legs, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 14. The furniture may be available in different colour combinations, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 4 to Fig. 14. The furniture has sides, back plate, seat base, covered with a light yellow non-woven fabric, while the seat cushions, back cushions and additional cushions are covered with a shiny plum-coloured non-woven fabric, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 10. The furniture is covered with a shiny light yellow non-woven fabric, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 11. The furniture has sides, backrest board, seat base, covered with a gold non-woven fabric, while the seat cushions, backrest cushions and additional cushions are covered with a honey-coloured non-woven fabric, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 4 to Fig. 12.
