Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach i foto- grafiach, na których pokazano - na rysunkach na fig. 1 - fotel w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - mebel w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - sofe 2 osobowa w widoku z przodu i fig. 4 - sofe 2 osobowa rozlozona do spania oraz zala- czonych fotografiach, gdzie na fig. 5 - pokazano sofe 2 osobowa w wi- doku z przodu, na fig. 6 i fig 8 - fotel w widoku ogólnym, fig. 7 - mebel w widoku z boku, fig. 9 - fotel w widoku z przodu. Meble tapicerowane skladajace sie z sofy i fotela charakteryzuja sie tym, ze sa skomponowane z bryl o prostokatnym przekroju, przy czym boki mebli stanowia graniastoslupy o prostokatnych podstawach ulozone horyzontalnie a ich górne plaszczyzny stanowia jednoczesnie podlokietniki, których zewnetrzne narozniki sa pólkoliscie zaokraglone i maja przeszycia wzdluz krawedzi podkreslajace ich ksztalt, sa posado-wione na stopach uformowanych w scieta piramide. Pomiedzy bokami jest umieszczona podstawa siedziska z wzdluznie zaznaczonym syme- trycznym podzialem na dwa elementy, ze spoczywajacymi na niej pro- stokatnymi, regularnymi w ksztalcie poduchami siedziska, na których z kolei spoczywaja prostokatne, lecz bardziej wypukle niz na siedzisku, poduchy oparcia wsparte o ukosnie ulozona plyte oparcia polaczona z bokami mebli, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 4 i zalaczonych fotografiach fig. 5 do fig. 9. Sofa dwu osobowa ma dwie poduchy siedziska, i dwie poduchy oparcia oraz posiada dodatkowe poduszki, w ksztalcie klasycznych podu- szek do spania, poszyte ciemniejsza tkanina niz pozostale elementy me- bla, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3, oraz fotografii fig. 5. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawings and photographs, which show: Fig. 1 - a front view of the armchair; Fig. 2 - a side view of the furniture; Fig. 3 - a front view of a two-seater sofa; Fig. 4 - a two-seater sofa folded out for sleeping; and the attached photographs, where Fig. 5 shows a front view of a two-seater sofa; Figs. 6 and 8 - a general view of the armchair; Fig. 7 - a side view of the furniture; Fig. 9 - a front view of the armchair. Upholstered furniture consisting of a sofa and an armchair is characterized by being composed of rectangular shapes, with the sides of the furniture being horizontally arranged prisms with rectangular bases, and their upper surfaces constituting armrests, the outer corners of which are semicircularly rounded and have stitching along the edges emphasizing their shape, and are placed on feet formed in a truncated pyramid. Between the sides there is a seat base with a longitudinally marked symmetrical division into two elements, with rectangular, regular-shaped seat cushions resting on it, on which in turn rest rectangular, but more convex than on the seat, back cushions supported by a diagonally arranged backrest board connected to the sides of the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 and the attached photographs Fig. 5 to Fig. 9. The two-seater sofa has two seat cushions and two back cushions, and has additional cushions in the shape of classic sleeping cushions, covered with a darker fabric than the other elements of the furniture, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3 and photograph Fig. 5. When extended forward, the sofa can function as a sleeping furniture, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4. The furniture may be upholstered with beige non-woven fabric, have brown additional cushions and brown feet, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 5 to Fig. 9. The furniture may come in various varieties and color compositions. The furniture may be covered with non-woven fabric, leather or a leather-like material.
