Meble wypoczynkowe Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia ....PA 2002 roku. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe z przeznaczeniem do pokoju, salonu lub gabinetu . Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztal- cie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 sofe trzyosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - powiekszona sofe dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - sofe dwuosobo- wa w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - fotel w widoku z przodu oraz zalaczonych fotogra- fiach, gdzie na fig. 5 przedstawiono sofe trzyosobowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 sofe dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu. The subject of the industrial design is lounge furniture intended for a room, living room, or study. The essence of the design is a new form of the item, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photographs, which show - in Fig. 1 - a three-seater sofa in a front view, in Fig. 2 - an enlarged two-seater sofa in a front view, Fig. 3 - a two-seater sofa in a front view, Fig. 4 - an armchair in a front view, and in the attached photographs, where Fig. 5 shows a three-seater sofa in a perspective view, and Fig. 6 a two-seater sofa in a front view. The furniture according to the industrial design, which includes a three-seater sofa, an enlarged two-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa and an armchair, is characterized by being fully upholstered, placed on legs with rounded edges, like all the other components of the furniture, on the legs are mounted wide, oval-shaped legs whose side surfaces resemble a trapezoid with arched sides and an upper base, the sides of the furniture which also constitute armrests, between which there is a seat base with parallel stitching downwards, on which lie two rectangular, three-dimensional seat cushions with rounded edges and corners, with rectangular back cushions resting on them and supported by a backrest board, also with rounded edges and corner sofas, but the shape of classic cushions, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1-Fig. 4 and photographs Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. The three-seater sofa, the enlarged two-seater sofa and the two-seater sofa have a seat base stitched three times, the total width of the seat cushions is equal to the width of the seat base, while the four backrest cushions are smaller, but arranged they can create a semi-circular support for the back and head, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1-Fig. 4 and photographs Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. The armchair has a seat base element stitched vertically once, the width of the seat cushion is equal to the width of the seat base, and the backrest cushion is profiled in the shape of a stylized capital letter "T", the base of which is based on the seat cushion, while the canopy rests on the sides - armrests, giving in the general view the outline of the furniture in in a shape similar to a semicircle, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4.
