Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe z przeznaczeniem, zwlaszcza do salonów, pokoi dziennych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - kanape w widoku z przodu, fig. la - kanape w widoku z przodu po rozlozeniu na fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - fotel w widoku z boku, fig. 3a - taboret, oraz zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie na fig. 4 przedstawiono kanape w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - kanape w widoku z boku w wersji rozlozonej, fig. 6 - kanape w wersji rozlozonej z funkcja do spania, fig. 7 - kanape wwersji poszerzonej, fig. 8 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 9 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 10 - kanapa i fotel w widoku z boku, fig. 11 - taboret w widoku z boku, fig. 12 do fig. 13 - meble w widoku z boku w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych. Meble wypoczynkowe, w calosci tapicerowane, w sklad których wchodza wielomodulowa kanapa, fotel i taboret charakteryzuja sie tym, ze kanapa, fotel i taboret sa posadowione na metalowych nogach, przy czym kanapa i fotel maja szerokie prostokatne boki o zaokraglonych, miekkich naroznikach i krawedziach, majace na zewnetrznych, pionowych powierzchniach rozciecia i wszywki w ksztalcie wydluzonych ostrokatnych trójkatów z materialu, którym sa pokryte poduchy siedziska i oparcia, a ponad to boki mebli stanowia jednoczesnie w górnej czesci prostokatne podlokietniki, przykrywaja plyte oparcia w ksztalcie klina oraz prostokatna skrzynie siedziska, na których spoczywaja prostokatne poduchy siedziska i oparcia, przy czym ksztalt kazdego elementu mebli jest zaznaczony odpowiednimi szwami, jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 do fig. 3a i fotografiach fig. 4 do fig. 15. Kanapa wchodzaca w sklad zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych ma dwa moduly bedace lustrzanym odbiciem, posiadajace kazdy swój komplet nóg, skrzynie siedziska, jeden bok i plyte oparcia, oraz jedna duza poduche siedziska i jedna duza poduche oparcia tak, ze po zestawieniu ich tworzy sie dwuosobowa kanapa, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4. W odmianie kanapa ma modul ze szpilkowata noga i kwadratowa poducha siedziska, po wstawieniu którego pomiedzy dwa moduly bez boków utworzy mebel naroznikowy bez oparcia w narozniku, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 5 i fig.6. W odmianie kanapa ma modul z jednym bokiem o wydluzonej skrzyni siedziska i wydluzona plyta oparcia, tak, ze mieszcza sie na nich po dwie poduchy siedziska oparcia, przy czym siedzisko moze byc rozkladane tak iz kanapa bedzie spelniala funkcje do spania, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 6.W odmianie kanapa moze miec modul z samym oparciem, majacy skrzynie siedziska i siedzisko o ksztalcie trapezu w widoku z góry, tak ze po zestawieniu z dwoma prostymi tworzy sie mebel o lukowatym obrysie, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 7. Fotel wchodzacy w sklad zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych posiada waska poduche oparcia i waska poduche oparcia, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 8.i fig. 9. Taboret wchodzacy w sklad mebli ma dlugosc zblizona do dlugosci boku fotela, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3 a i fotografii fig. 11. Skrzynia siedziska, boki i plyta oparcia mebli sa pokryte poszyciem o tym samym kolorze i fakturze, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii - fig. 4 do fig. 11. Poduchy oparcia i siedziska oraz dodatkowe poduszki sa pokryte poszyciem o tym samym kolorze i fakturze, który moze byc rózny od poszycia skrzyni siedziska, boków i oparcia, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 15. Meble wypoczynkowe wedlug wzoru moga wystepowac w róznych odmianach i kompozycjach kolorystycznych, przy czym trójkatna wszywka na zewnetrznych powierzchniach boków jest w kolorze i ma fakture zgodna z kolorem i wzorem poszycia poduch siedziska i oparcia, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 15. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photographs, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a sofa in a front view, fig. 1a - a sofa in a front view after unfolding, in fig. 2 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 3 - an armchair in a side view, fig. 3a - a stool, and in the attached photographs, where fig. 4 shows a sofa in a front view, fig. 5 - a sofa in a side view in an unfolded version, fig. 6 - a sofa in an unfolded version with a sleeping function, fig. 7 - a sofa in an extended version, fig. 8 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 9 - an armchair in a perspective view, fig. 10 - a sofa and an armchair in a side view, fig. 11 - a stool in a side view, figs. 12 to fig. 13 - furniture in a side view in various color variants. Fully upholstered lounge furniture, consisting of a multi-module sofa, armchair and stool, is characterized in that the sofa, armchair and stool are placed on metal legs, the sofa and armchair have wide rectangular sides with rounded, soft corners and edges, having on the outer, vertical surfaces slits and inserts in the shape of elongated sharp-angled triangles made of the material with which the seat and backrest cushions are covered, and in addition, the sides of the furniture also constitute rectangular armrests in the upper part, covering the wedge-shaped backrest plate and the rectangular seat box on which the rectangular seat and backrest cushions rest, the shape of each furniture element being marked with appropriate seams, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1 to Fig. 3a and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 15. The sofa included in the lounge furniture set has two modules that are mirror images of each other, each having its own set of legs, a seat box, one side and a backrest plate, as well as one large seat cushion and one large backrest cushion, so that when put together they create a two-seater sofa, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and the attached photograph Fig. 4. In a variant, the sofa has a module with a pin-shaped leg and a square seat cushion, which, when inserted between two modules without sides, will create a corner piece of furniture without a backrest in the corner, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. In a variant, the sofa has a module with one side with an elongated seat box and an elongated backrest plate, so that two seat cushions can fit on them, and the seat can be folded out so that the sofa can be used for sleeping, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 6. In a variant, the sofa can have a module with only a backrest, having a seat box and a seat with a trapezoidal shape in a top view, so that when put together with two straight lines, a piece of furniture with an arcuate outline is created, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 7. The armchair included in the set of lounge furniture has a narrow backrest cushion and a narrow backrest cushion, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 8 and Fig. 9. The stool included in the set of furniture has a length similar to the length of the side of the armchair, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3 a and photograph Fig. 11. The seat box, sides and backrest board of the furniture are covered with a cover of the same color and texture, as shown in the attached photograph - Fig. 4 to Fig. 11. The backrest and seat cushions and additional cushions are covered with a cover of the same color and texture, which may be different from the cover of the seat box, sides and backrest, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 4 to Fig. 15. The lounge furniture according to the pattern may come in different varieties and color compositions, wherein the triangular insert on the outer surfaces of the sides is in color and has a texture consistent with the color and pattern of the cover of the seat and backrest cushions, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 4 to Fig. 15.
