Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Kanapa ma rozmiarowo zblizone dwie poduchy siedziska, dwie poduchy oparcia i dwie mniejsze dodatkowe poduszki, przy czym w formie rozlozonej spelniajac funkcje do spania poduchy oparcia spelniaja role zaglówków, zas dodatkowe poduszki role klasycz- nych poduszek do spania, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i zalaczonej foto- grafii fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 7. Fotel ma jedna poduche oparcia i jedna poduche siedziska, jak pokazano na zala- czonym rysunku fig. 2 i fotografii fig. 6 i fig 8. Meble spoczywaja na drewnianych, zakonczonych metalowymi blyszczacymi sto- pami, walcowatych nózkach, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 3 i zala- czonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig 11. Meble moga wystepowac w róznych kompozycjach kolorystycznych, przy czym dolny pas poszycia na siedzisku i kolor poszycia poduch i poduszek jest taki sam, jak po- kazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 11.Kanapa i fotel maja siedzisko i boki - podlokietniki tapicerowane ciemnopopiela- tym poszyciem, natomiast dolny pas siedziska, poduchy oparcia, poduchy siedziska oraz dodatkowe poduszki pokryte jasnopopielatym poszyciem, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fo- tografii fig. 10. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a sofa in a front view, in fig. 2 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 3 - a sofa and an armchair in a side view, and in the attached photograph, where in fig. 4 is presented a sofa in a front view, fig. 5 - a sofa in a perspective view, fig. 6 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 7 - a sofa folded out for sleeping, fig. 8 - an armchair in a perspective view, fig. 9 - to 11 sofas and armchairs in various color compositions. Lounge furniture mounted on box bases, fully upholstered, with a sleeping function, which includes: a sofa and an armchair, is characterized by the fact that the sofa and the armchair rest on wooden legs, on which a rectangular seat is mounted, extending to the sides - armrests in rectangular in frontal cross-section, and rectangular in side view with circularly rounded upper corners, connected to a backrest plate set at an obtuse angle in relation to the seat, protruding above the sides but lower than the backrest cushions, on which rest soft, rectangular backrest cushions with a longitudinally arranged fold of recess, under which there are soft, rectangular seat cushions the front edges of which form an even plane with the front edges of the seat and sides, while additional cushions lie on the armrests, the seat being upholstered in the lower part with a cover in the color of the cushions and pillows, and the shape of the seat, sides and the division of the seat into color elements is emphasized by stitching, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 11. The sofa has two seat cushions of similar size, two backrest cushions and two smaller additional cushions, while when unfolded, the backrest cushions function as headrests and the additional cushions function as classic sleeping cushions, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 and the attached photographs fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 7. The armchair has one backrest cushion and one seat cushion, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 2 and photographs fig. 6 and fig. 8. The furniture rests on wooden cylindrical legs with shiny metal feet, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 3 and the attached photographs fig. 4 to fig. 11.
