Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i foto- grafii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - sofe dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - sofe i fotel w widoku z boku, oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 4 - przedstawiono sofe w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - fotel w wi- poczynkowe w widoku z boku w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych. Meble wypoczynkowe, w sklad których wchodza sofa i fotel charakteryzuja sie tym, ze sa posadowione na nózkach rozstawionych pod katem, przy czym pomie- dzy nogami sa lukowato wyprofilowane, tapicerowane boki mebli siegajace w dolnej czesci poniza siedziska, zas w górnej wystajace ponad siedzisko i stanowiace jedno- czesnie podlokietniki, pomiedzy bokami mebli jest pod katem, równolegle do przed- nich nóg, usytuowana tapicerowana plyta oparcia, a siedzisko stanowia miekkie, pro- stokatne poduchy, na których spoczywaja prostokatne, majace forme klasycznych po- duszek do spania, poduchy oparcia, a na bokach - podlokietnikach mebli sa male po- duszki, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig.2, fig. 3 oraz fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 13.
