(MTP-Meble 2001, Poznan, Polska) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i foto- grafii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - sofe dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - sofe i fotel w widoku z boku, oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 4 - przedstawiono sofe w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - fotel w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - fotel w wi- poczynkowe w widoku z boku w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych. Meble wypoczynkowe, w sklad których wchodza sofa i fotel charakteryzuja sie tym, ze sa posadowione na nózkach rozstawionych pod katem, przy czym pomie- dzy nogami sa lukowato wyprofilowane, tapicerowane boki mebli siegajace w dolnej czesci poniza siedziska, zas w górnej wystajace ponad siedzisko i stanowiace jedno- czesnie podlokietniki, pomiedzy bokami mebli jest pod katem, równolegle do przed- nich nóg, usytuowana tapicerowana plyta oparcia, a siedzisko stanowia miekkie, pro- stokatne poduchy, na których spoczywaja prostokatne, majace forme klasycznych po- duszek do spania, poduchy oparcia, a na bokach - podlokietnikach mebli sa male po- duszki, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig.2, fig. 3 oraz fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 13. Exhibition priority: May 8, 2001 (MTP-Meble 2001, Poznań, Poland) The subject of the industrial design is lounge furniture. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in Fig. 1 - a two-seater sofa in a front view, in Fig. 2 - an armchair in a front view, Fig. 3 - a sofa and armchair in a side view, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 4 shows a sofa in a front view, Fig. 5 - an armchair in a perspective view, Fig. 6 - an armchair in a front view, Fig. 7 - a side view of a lounge armchair in various color variations. The lounge furniture, which includes a sofa and an armchair, is characterized by being placed on legs spaced at an angle, with arched, upholstered sides of the furniture between the legs reaching below the seat in the lower part, and protruding above the seat in the upper part and constituting armrests, between the sides of the furniture there is an upholstered backrest board placed at an angle, parallel to the front legs, and the seat is made of soft, rectangular cushions on which rectangular backrest cushions in the form of classic sleeping pillows rest, and on the sides - armrests of the furniture there are small cushions, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 13. The sofa and the armchair included in the set The lounge furniture sets are placed on metal tubular legs set at an angle and ending with feet in the shape of conical saucers, as shown in the attached drawing - Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and photographs - Fig. 4 to Fig. 13. The sofa and the armchair have small cushions on the sides - armrests, the upholstery and its texture are the same as the seat and backrest cushions, as shown in photographs Fig. 4 to Fig. 13. The sofa and the armchair included in the furniture set may come in different color compositions, as shown in the attached photograph - Fig. 4 to Fig. 13. The sofa and the armchair have a backrest board and sides upholstered with a light gray cover, while the backrest cushions, seat cushions and armrest cushions are red, as shown in the attached photograph.
