Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. Polish design description Rz 12084 describes a sofa whose inner surfaces of the backrest and both armrests are covered with decorative elastic cushions, arc-shaped in a shape reflecting the outline of the surface they cover and upholstered on all sides with the same upholstery as the sofa, with the backrest of the sofa covered by two elastic cushions. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawings and photographs, which show - in the drawing in Fig. 1 - the sofa in a front view, in Fig. 2 - the sofa in a side view and in the attached photograph, where in Fig. 3 - the sofa in a front view, Fig. 4 - the sofa in a perspective view.
