Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szezlong. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter, ksztalt zapewniajacy funkcjonalnosc szezlonga przejawiajacy sie w nowoczesnej formie i polaczeniu funkcji wypoczynkowej z funkcja spania. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do innych mebli, przejawia sie w zastosowaniu w nim charakterystycznego ksztaltu - kanapy o dlugim siedzeniu z oparciem, gdzie oparcie i bok za pomoca nowoczesnej linii nawiazuja do klasycznych szezlongów. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w róznych kolorach, na przyklad w odcieniach bordo.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia szezlong w ujeciu z przodu fig. 2 widok szezlonga z podniesionym siedziskiem. Pozostala fotografia fig. 3 przedstawia szezlong w przykladowym ustawieniu. Szezlong wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada podnoszona prostokatna forme siedziska, oparcie szezlongu i jego bok o charakterystycznej nowoczesnej linii, a takze powtarzajacy sie element okregu zarówno w górnej czesci oparcia, podstawie charakterystycznych metalowych nóg, jak i pikowaniu poduch. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa przede wszystkim charakterystyczna forma i ksztalt szezlonga, zapewniajaca wygode i funkcjonalnosc, polaczenie funkcji wypoczynkowej z funkcja spania dzieki duzym wymiarom i pojemnikowi na posciel.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a chaise longue. The essence of the industrial design is a new, unique shape that ensures the chaise longue's functionality, manifesting itself in its modern form and combination of relaxation and sleeping functions. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design compared to other furniture is demonstrated by its distinctive shape – a long-seat sofa with a backrest, where the backrest and side panels, with their modern lines, allude to classic chaise longues. The furniture set based on the industrial design is made in various colors, for example, shades of burgundy. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the chaise longue from the front, Fig. 2 shows the chaise longue with the seat raised. The remaining photograph, Fig. 3, shows the chaise longue in an example configuration. This industrial-style chaise lounge features a raised rectangular seat, a backrest and side section with a distinctive, modern design, and a repeating circular element in the upper backrest, the base of the distinctive metal legs, and the cushion tufting. The essential features of this industrial design include the lounge lounge's distinctive form and shape, which provide comfort and functionality, combining both relaxation and sleeping functions thanks to its large dimensions and bedding storage.
