Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel, zwlaszcza biurowy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt i wyglad fotela. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu, ma tapicerowane oparcie pleców w ksztalcie prostokata z lukowymi przeszyciami tapicerki. Fotel ma takie same przeszycia w przedniej czesci tapicerowanej poduchy siedzenia. Podlokietniki fotela maja podpore z rurki, uksztaltowana w widoku bocznym jako splaszczony okrag, na którego górnym, prostoliniowym odcinku oraz na czesci przedniego luku tej podpory zamocowana jest nakladka podlokietnika, zas dolna, prostoliniowa czesc podpory i tylny luk podpory sluzy do mocowania podlokietników do fotela. Przeszycia tapicerki przebiegaja w taki sposób, ze na fotelu z wysokim oparciem pleców, u góry sa dwa przeszycia poprzeczne w ksztalcie litery C, z których dolne, przebiegajace przez cala szerokosc oparcia, tworzy u góry oparcia pleców poduszke pod glowe, a na tej poduszce jest równolegle przeszycie górne, przebiegajace tylko przez czesc szerokosci oparcia pleców, jak pokazano na rysunku, fig.2 i zdjeciu fig.4. U dolu oparcia pleców sa tez dwa przeszycia w ksztalcie litery C, zwróconej wierzcholkiem do góry oparcia, a koncami siegajace do poduchy siedzenia, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig.2, fig.3, fig.7 oraz zdjecia, fig.4 i fig.8. Fotel z niskim oparciem pleców nie ma poduchy dla oparcia glowy i ma w górnej czesci oparcia jedno przeszycie w ksztalcie litery C przebiegajace przez czesc szerokosci oparcia, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig.3, fig.7 i zdjeciu, fig.8. Motyw przeszycia jest powtórzony w przedniej czesci poduchy siedzenia. Najbardziej z przodu krzesla znajduje sie przeszycie C skierowane wierzcholkiem do srodka siedzenia, przebiegajace poprzecznie przez czesc szerokosci poduchy siedzenia. Za nim przebiega równolegle przeszycie, siegajace wierzcholkami litery C do przednich narozy poduchy siedzenia, jak pokazano na rysunku, fig. 5 . Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma trzy odmiany:- odmiana pierwsza to fotel z wysokim oparciem pleców, z poducha oparcia glowy, z obrotowa podstawa, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig.l, fig.2 1 zdjeciu fig.4, - odmiana druga to fotel z niskim oparciem pleców i z jednym przeszyciem w górnej czesci 9parcia, z obrotowa podstawa, jak pokazano na rysunku, fig.3, - trzecia odmiana to fotel z niskim oparciem i z jednym przeszyciem w górnej czesci oparcia, zp stala, sprezysta podstawa z rurek, jak pokazano na lysunkach, fig.6, fig.7 i zdjeciu fig. 8 . Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Lukowe przeszycia w ksztalcie litery C, umieszczone podwójnie, równolegle do siebie u dolu oparcia pleców, w przedniej czesci poduchy siedzenia i w górnej czesci oparcia pleców w fotelu z wysokim oparciem, przy czym jedno przeszycie siega koncami do narozy poduchy oparcia pleców/poduchy siedzenia a drugie przebiega przez czesc szerokosci tych poduch, jak pokazano na rysunkach, fig.2 i zdjeciu fig.4. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the shape and appearance of the armchair. The industrial design is characterized by a frontal view of an upholstered rectangular backrest with arc-shaped stitching. The armchair features the same stitching on the front of the upholstered seat cushion. The armrests of the armchair have a tubular support, shaped in a side view as a flattened circle, on the upper, rectilinear section of which and part of the front arc of this support are attached an armrest cover. The lower, rectilinear section of the support and the rear arc of the support are used to attach the armrests to the armchair. The upholstery stitching is arranged in such a way that on a chair with a high backrest, there are two C-shaped cross stitches at the top, the lower one, running across the entire width of the backrest, forms a head cushion at the top of the backrest, and on this cushion there is a parallel upper stitching, running only across part of the width of the backrest, as shown in drawing, fig. 2 and photo, fig. 4. At the bottom of the backrest there are also two C-shaped stitches, with the apex facing the top of the backrest and the ends reaching to the seat cushion, as shown in drawings, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 7 and photos, fig. 4 and fig. 8. The low-back chair has no headrest cushion and has a single C-shaped stitching in the upper section of the backrest, running across part of the width of the backrest, as shown in Figure 3, Figure 7, and the photograph, Figure 8. The stitching motif is repeated in the front section of the seat cushion. At the frontmost end of the chair is a C-stitch, with its apex toward the center of the seat, running transversely across part of the width of the seat cushion. Behind this, a parallel stitching runs, extending the apex of the C to the front corners of the seat cushion, as shown in Figure 5. The industrial design armchair has three varieties: - the first variety is an armchair with a high backrest, with a headrest cushion, and a swivel base, as shown in the drawings, fig. 1, fig. 2 and photo fig. 4, - the second variety is an armchair with a low backrest and one stitching in the upper part of the backrest, with a swivel base, as shown in the drawing, fig. 3, - the third variety is an armchair with a low backrest and one stitching in the upper part of the backrest, with a fixed, springy tubular base, as shown in the drawings, fig. 6, fig. 7 and photo fig. 8. Essential features of the industrial design 1. Arcuate C-shaped stitching arranged twice parallel to each other at the bottom of the backrest, at the front of the seat cushion and at the top of the backrest of the high-backed chair, with one stitching extending with its ends to the corners of the backrest/seat cushion and the other running across part of the width of these cushions, as shown in the drawings, fig. 2 and photograph, fig. 4. 2. The armrests of the seat consist of a tubular support, shaped in a side view as a flattened circle, on the upper flat section of which and on part of the front arc there is attached a wooden or plastic overlay, bent in an arc, adhering to the profile of that part of the support on which it is mounted, as shown in the drawings, fig. 1, fig. 6 and photos, fig. 4 and fig. 8.
