Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wersalka rozkladana z mozliwoscia latwej zmiany uzytkowania z siedzenia, po rozlozeniu do lezenia. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie mebla wyrózniajacego go zarówno walorami zdobniczymi, jak i zaletami uzytkowymi, w tym i ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia, czy lezenia, a takze skladania i rozkladania do okreslonej funkcji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok aksonometryczny wersalki rozkladanej. Dodatkowo przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w materiale ilustracyjnym stanowiacym kolorowe odbitki zdjec zglaszanego mebla, i tak na fig. 2 przedstawiony jest widok czolowy wersalki rozkladanej przystosowanej do siedzenia, fig. 3 - wersalka w polozeniu rozlozonym do lezenia. Wersalka rozkladana ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie uksztaltowaniem podlokietników o pionowych bocznych scianach zakonczonych w górnej czesci walcowymi poduchami bocznych oparc, majacych w plaszczyznie podlokietników katowe pochylenie ze wzniosem od czola do powierzchni tylnego oparcia. Na czolowych powierzchniach podlokietników osadzone sa pionowe listwowe elementy ozdobne, majace w widoku z przodu zarys zblizony do wydluzonej litery „S", z górnym odchyleniem na zewnatrz i zagieciem do wewnatrz odcinka dolnego. Miedzy koncami pionowych listwowych elementów ozdobnych, na dolnej krawedzi powierzchni czolowej cokolu zamocowane sa segmenty poziomych listwowych elementów ozdobnych, z lukowym wglebieniem w czesci srodkowej kazdego segmentu. Na górnej powierzchni cokolu umieszczona jest trzysegmentowa poducha siedziska, z podwójnym pikowaniem kazdego segmentu poduchy, wzdluz calej dlugosci siedziska, przy czym poszczególne segmenty polaczone sa w jednolita poduche siedziska, zlukowa górna czolowa krawedzia. Po przeciwleglej stronie poducha siedziska styka sie z prostopadloscienna poducha tylnego oparcia skladajaca sie z trzech segmentów, z podzialem odpowiadajacym liniom podzialów segmentów poduchy siedziska. W polozeniu uzytkowym poducha tylnego oparcia stanowi jednolita budowe. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni kazdego segmentu poduchy tylnego oparcia uksztaltowane sa z podwójnymi stebnowaniami, wraz z wglebieniami, wzdluzne zarysy dwóch równoleglych pólelips, zas boczne powierzchnie poduchy tylnego oparcia stykaja sie z wewnetrznymi powierzchniami podlokietników, przy czym ich zewnetrzne krawedzie sa wyprofilowane pogrubionym walcowym paskiem - kiederem. Na dolnej powierzchni cokolu zamocowane sa w narozach katowe stopki z lukowymi przejsciami od podstawy do górnych krawedzi, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2 i fig. 3. W wersalce rozkladanej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ksztalt poduch siedziska i tylnego oparcia oraz podlokietników zapewniaja wygodne i ergonomiczne siedzenie, a takze lezenie, nadajac równoczesnie wersalce wysokie walory zdobnicze. Zamocowanie obrotowe w podlokietnikach tylnego oparcia pozwala na latwa zmiane polozenia wersalki z funkcji siedzenia do funkcji lezenia. Wysokie walory uzytkowe i zdobnicze stwarzaja warunki wykorzystywania wersalki rozkladanej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zarówno jako samodzielnego wolno stojacego mebla, jak równiez jako jednego ze skladowych kompletu mebli. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a convertible sofa bed that can be easily converted from a sitting position to a lying position after unfolding. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shaping of the furniture, distinguishing it both through decorative qualities and functional advantages, including ergonomic ones related to the comfort of sitting or lying down, as well as folding and unfolding for a specific function. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the convertible sofa bed. Additionally, the subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrative material consisting of color prints of photographs of the submitted furniture. For example, Fig. 2 shows a frontal view of the convertible sofa bed adapted for sitting, and Fig. 3 shows the sofa bed in the unfolded lying position. The sofa bed has essential industrial design features, including armrests with vertical side walls terminated at the top by cylindrical side cushions, which have an angular inclination in the plane of the armrests, rising from the front to the backrest. Vertical decorative strip elements are mounted on the front surfaces of the armrests, with an outline resembling an elongated "S" when viewed from the front, with the upper section sloping outward and the lower section folding inward. Segments of horizontal decorative strip elements are mounted between the ends of the vertical decorative strip elements, on the lower edge of the front surface of the plinth, with an arc-shaped recess in the center of each segment. A three-segment seat cushion is placed on the upper surface of the plinth, with each cushion segment double-quilted along the entire length of the seat, with the individual segments joined into a single seat cushion with an arcuate upper leading edge. On the opposite side, the seat cushion meets a cuboid rear backrest cushion, consisting of three segments, with divisions corresponding to the division lines of the seat cushion segments. In the use position, the rear backrest cushion is a single unit. On the outer surface of each segment of the rear backrest cushion, there are shaped with double stitching, together with recesses, longitudinal outlines of two parallel half-ellipses, while the side surfaces of the rear backrest cushion are in contact with the inner surfaces of the armrests, with their outer edges being profiled with a thickened cylindrical strip - kierder. Angled feet with arc-shaped transitions from the base to the upper edges are mounted on the lower surface of the plinth, as shown in the attached drawing (Fig. 1) and in the illustrative material (Fig. 2 and Fig. 3). In the industrial-style sofa bed, the shape of the seat cushions, backrest cushions, and armrests provide comfortable and ergonomic seating and lying, while also giving the sofa a high decorative value. A swivel mount in the backrest armrests allows for easy adjustment of the sofa bed from sitting to lying. Its high functional and decorative qualities make it suitable for use as a standalone, free-standing piece of furniture, or as part of a furniture set.
