ZESTAW WYPOCZYNKOWY Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 08.02.2007 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy skla- dajacy sie z kanapy naroznej i pufy przeznaczony zarówno do pokojów dziennych jak i mogacy spelniac role do spania. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac mebla prze- jawiajaca sie we wzajemnym ukladzie elementów o charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono zestaw przygotowany do spania, na fig. 2 przedstawiono kanape narozna z nakladka na podlokietniku i zaglówkami, a na fig. 3 pufe z nakladka. Zestaw wypoczynkowy w calosci tapicerowany posiadajacy prostokat- ne poduchy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest skomponowany z uzupelniaja- cych sie modulów o ogólnym wygladzie prostopadloscianów osadzonych na podluznych stopach w widoku z przodu podobnych do prostokatnego trape- zu, nalozonymi na siedziska i oparcie prostokatnymi, plaskimi, niezbyt gru- bymi poduchami nieco szerszymi niz szerokosc modulów siedziska, zas sze- rokosc poduch oparcia odpowiada szerokosci poduch siedziska, jak to poka- zano na zalaczonej fotografii fig 1 do fig. 3. Kanapa narozna ma boczne podlokietniki i tylne oparcia w ksztalcie prostopadloscianów spoczywajacych na waskich dlugich podstawach, z tym,ze tylne oparcie jest wyzsze anizeli boczne, natomiast siedzisko jest zesta- wione z trzech modulów, dwóch - mniejszego i wiekszego - na dluzszym boku i jednego na krótszym, przy czym modul krótszego boku jest przykry- ty jedna poducha i wyprofilowany w ksztalt litery „L", we wnetrzu której jest umieszczony boczny podlokietnik, zas wiekszy modul siedziska dluz- szego boku jest przykryty dwoma poduchami i jest ruchomy, tak, ze daje sie wysuwac, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig 1 i fig. 2. Pufa jest przykryta dwoma poduchami, stanowi modul dlugoscia przy- stajacy do wiekszego modulu siedziska kanapy, ale jest od niego wezszy, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 3. The subject of the industrial design is a lounge set consisting of a corner sofa and a pouffe, intended for both living rooms and sleeping. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the furniture, manifested in the mutual arrangement of elements with characteristic artistic effects. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the set ready for sleeping, Fig. 2 shows the corner sofa with an armrest overlay and headrests, and Fig. 3 shows the pouffe with an overlay. The fully upholstered lounge set with rectangular cushions is characterized by the fact that it is composed of complementary modules with the general appearance of cuboids mounted on elongated feet in the front view similar to a rectangular trapezoid, with rectangular, flat, not too thick cushions placed on the seats and backrest, slightly wider than the width of the seat modules, while the width of the backrest cushions corresponds to the width of the seat cushions, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 1 to fig. 3. The corner sofa has side armrests and rear backrests in the shape of cuboids resting on narrow long bases, but the rear backrest is higher than the side ones, while the seat is composed of three modules, two - smaller and larger - on the longer side and one on the shorter, where the module of the shorter side is covered with one cushion and profiled in the shape of the letter "L", inside which there is a side armrest, while the larger seat module of the longer side is covered with two cushions and is movable so that it can be pulled out, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The pouffe is covered with two cushions, constitutes a module in length that is congruent with the larger seat module of the sofa, but is narrower than it, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 3. Both the armrests of the sofa and the pouffe can have a rigid cover in the shape of a simplified letter "Cja" placed on it, this is shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 to Fig. 3. The sofa can be equipped with flattened headrests with a length similar to the length of the seat cushions and the backrest, as shown in ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1.
