The new and unique character of the lounge chair based on the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The industrial design armchair features an upholstered section consisting of a seat and backrest, which form a single unit, with the front of the seat slightly raised and the backrest tilted back in an arched manner. The seat is set in a frame formed by two parallel cylindrical half-rings. The upper ends of the frame are equipped with upholstered armrests with a lateral contour roughly resembling a triangle, while the front ends have an angled shape. The lower part of the frame has a bowl-shaped base. The first variation of the lounge chair, as modeled, features an upholstered section consisting of a seat and backrest, forming a single unit. The front of the seat is slightly raised and the backrest is arched backward. The backrest also features a headrest in the form of a rectangular cushion, connected to the backrest by rod elements bent at right angles. The seat is set in a frame formed by two parallel cylindrical half-rings. The upper armrests are equipped with upholstered armrests with a triangular-shaped side profile and a square-shaped front profile. The lower part of the frame has a bowl-shaped base. The second variation of the lounge chair, as modeled, features an upholstered section consisting of a seat and a high backrest, forming a single unit. The seat is slightly raised from the front, while the high backrest is arched backward. The armchair's seat is set in a frame formed by two parallel cylindrical half-rings. The upper ends of the frame are fitted with upholstered armrests with a triangular shape on the sides and a square-shaped front. The lower part of the frame has a bowl-shaped base.
